Today I won't go into the details of what I saw. That's for 00:04:11.540 --> 00:04:17.980 another time, because I don't want to dramatize it. I just want to tell you that God wants 00:04:17.980 --> 00:04:24.980 us to be very much involved in the revival that he has spoken about. He wants us to 00:04:27.780 --> 00:04:32.460 be involved in it. This is something that he has set for us. One of the things that 00:04:32.460 --> 00:04:39.460 Jacob said when we started talking about revival, and I thought I understood it, but I did not 00:04:41.100 --> 00:04:46.380 understand it fully until this last week. So when he started talking about revival in 00:04:46.380 --> 00:04:53.260 Jan 2020, one of the things, if you remember, he said is, this revival is targeted to the 00:04:53.260 --> 00:05:00.260 young people. So he talked about 0 to 20, 21 to 39. Remember that? Remember that? So 00:05:02.860 --> 00:05:09.260 he talked about it. And I heard it. I understood it. I was like, yep, this is targeted to young 00:05:09.260 --> 00:05:15.860 people. But over the last one week, what's happened in my heart, and I feel I need to 00:05:15.860 --> 00:05:20.580 share it, because there may be some of you sitting here who was like me, that you heard 00:05:20.580 --> 00:05:26.180 it, you understood it, you obeyed it, you know that's what's going to happen, but you 00:05:26.180 --> 00:05:32.780 don't know why. Because I know that God is in the business of changing the direction 00:05:32.780 --> 00:05:37.740 of the earth, because he's got his plans. One of the things that I realized this last 00:05:37.740 --> 00:05:44.740 week is this heart that God has for the young people. Across the globe, if you look at the 00:05:45.500 --> 00:05:52.500 population, there's about 4.6 something billion people, 0 to 40, that are in that age group. 00:05:56.020 --> 00:06:03.020 That's about 60% of the entire world. And when God says, I want to do this, I want to 00:06:03.260 --> 00:06:10.260 target the young people, he's not saying that he's going to leave out the old. He is saying 00:06:11.020 --> 00:06:18.020 this is for every single person on the face of earth. However, I desire to target this 00:06:18.700 --> 00:06:24.940 generation, and I want them and their course to be corrected, because I am the God of the 00:06:24.940 --> 00:06:31.940 earth, and I have got a plan for the future of this earth. We are not talking about putting 00:06:32.020 --> 00:06:38.060 TikTok videos, because 0 to 20 year olds can see it and change. No. We are talking about 00:06:38.540 --> 00:06:45.540 God saying, he's looking down on earth, and he's saying, I want this generation to catch 00:06:46.780 --> 00:06:53.780 who I am. Because most of them don't know him. Many of us sitting here in this room 00:06:54.420 --> 00:07:01.420 know Jesus as who he is, because someone helped you understand it. And there is a generation 00:07:02.420 --> 00:07:09.420 on earth today, 0 to 10, 10 to 20, 20 to 30, 30 to 40, there is a generation who haven't 00:07:10.980 --> 00:07:17.980 heard of him. And God is saying, I contend for them. God is saying, they are mine. God 00:07:18.460 --> 00:07:24.140 is saying, Acts 29, the global church, here is what I am going to do. I am going to target 00:07:24.140 --> 00:07:30.020 these individuals, because you know what? 30 years from now, they are going to be the 00:07:30.020 --> 00:07:37.020 generation who will teach their kids. 30 years from now, Phoebe and Isaiah and Maya 00:07:38.140 --> 00:07:45.140 and Paul's kids, they are going to be the ones teaching their generations. Oh my goodness, 00:07:48.820 --> 00:07:55.820 what a responsibility we carry to teach this generation who God is, to show them the reality 00:07:56.340 --> 00:08:03.340 of the Father. Because trust me, when God looks down on earth today, while he has a 00:08:04.860 --> 00:08:11.860 heart for everyone, he is targeting this revival to young people. And I understood it before, 00:08:11.940 --> 00:08:17.940 I grasped it with my heart before, but I did not know the fullness of it until a few days 00:08:17.940 --> 00:08:23.940 ago. And I want to share it with you. Because you got to look at it with God's eyes. You 00:08:24.900 --> 00:08:31.180 got to look at it with God's eyes. He is not talking about the next 10 years. He is talking 00:08:31.180 --> 00:08:38.180 about the next 100 years, if there is 100. And what are we talking about? What are we 00:08:42.380 --> 00:08:49.380 talking about when we say revival? We are talking about this one thing, where God says, 00:08:50.100 --> 00:08:57.100 the awareness of my glory, I want you to know. The awareness of my glory, I want you to know. 00:09:02.940 --> 00:09:09.940 That's from Habakkuk. I want you to know that I am here. I want the generations to know 00:09:10.940 --> 00:09:17.940 my glory. And then we talked about this last time around. We said, when we say we want 00:09:22.060 --> 00:09:28.900 people to know his glory, what we are saying are really two things. We want them to know 00:09:28.900 --> 00:09:35.900 his greatness. We want them to know his holiness. And that's what this revival is about. 00:09:39.940 --> 00:09:46.940 And I am really not trying to make it something profound, because it's not profound. This 00:09:52.300 --> 00:09:58.220 is what God wants to do. And we have got to catch on it. We have got to decide if we are 00:09:58.220 --> 00:10:05.220 really a part of it or not. I really believe in my spirit, man. I really do. I am not a 00:10:10.740 --> 00:10:15.980 sharing this because I feel like there was nothing else. I know for a fact that God wants 00:10:15.980 --> 00:10:22.980 us to catch this. And there is not one person sitting here who is not included in that. 00:10:30.700 --> 00:10:37.700 But here is the thing, guys. We can go rara about it for the next 20 years, but if we 00:10:38.260 --> 00:10:45.260 don't jump in, we are opting out. If we don't jump into what God calls us to, in a sense, 00:10:48.260 --> 00:10:55.260 we are opting out. And we can opt out. That's an option. But we shouldn't fool ourselves, 00:10:58.020 --> 00:11:05.020 let me tell you, we shouldn't fool ourselves by staying on the fringes thinking we are 00:11:05.180 --> 00:11:12.180 where we need to be. I don't want to fool myself. Don't fool yourself thinking that 00:11:14.100 --> 00:11:20.700 yep, we are in the thick of it. There are levels that God wants us to see. As Bishop 00:11:20.700 --> 00:11:27.700 says, there are levels to this. There is more gear. There is more acceleration required 00:11:27.700 --> 00:11:34.700 of us. Are you with me? Questions? Questions, no? Yeah. Yeah. How do we participate in it? 00:11:34.700 --> 00:11:41.700 And that's what I'm hoping God will talk to us over the next little while. How do we participate 00:11:41.700 --> 00:11:48.700 in it? Because I have an option as a person, while I'm connected to Acts 29, to decide 00:11:50.700 --> 00:11:57.700 if I want to participate in it or not. And I have an option to do that. And I have an 00:11:57.700 --> 00:12:02.340 option to participate in it. Because I have an option as a person, while I'm connected 00:12:02.340 --> 00:12:08.980 to Acts 29, to decide if I want to be in the thick of it or if I want to be in the fringes 00:12:08.980 --> 00:12:15.980 of it or opt out. It's my personal decision. Similarly, all of us have that choice to make. 00:12:17.780 --> 00:12:24.460 And I'm telling you, we ain't talking about something that, yeah, we're making up. So God is after the entire earth, but He has a plan for the 00:12:42.940 --> 00:12:49.000 young because of the way He looks at the earth and the generations to come. Habakkuk, chapter 2, verse 14, meanwhile 00:13:00.120 --> 00:13:07.120 the earth fills up with awareness of God's glory as the waters cover the sea. And this 00:13:08.520 --> 00:13:15.360 awareness we talked about and we said, this awareness is a disruptive glory. We're not 00:13:15.360 --> 00:13:20.280 talking about something where we go, okay, over a meeting we are like, ah, we experience 00:13:20.280 --> 00:13:26.840 God. No, man. We've got to set our expectations so high. We are saying, if what I am saying 00:13:26.840 --> 00:13:32.660 is true, if what we are thinking of is true, here is what will happen. We will experience 00:13:32.660 --> 00:13:39.000 His disruptive glory and there is going to be a before and after. It is impossible for 00:13:39.600 --> 00:13:45.800 God's disruptive glory to come and there not to be an after picture. It will look very 00:13:45.800 --> 00:13:52.800 different from what it was before. And so if you are to receive and if you say, I want 00:13:53.240 --> 00:13:58.000 to be in the thick of it, Father, because there is nothing that prevents me from being 00:13:58.000 --> 00:14:05.000 in the thick of it. There is nothing that prevents you from being in the thick of it. 00:14:05.880 --> 00:14:12.880 There is not, trust me, when God looks down and looks at all of us sitting here, He doesn't 00:14:13.120 --> 00:14:19.120 say, oh, you know what, this is the last 30% and then this is the middle 20% and here is 00:14:19.120 --> 00:14:26.120 the first 30%. I don't know if it added up to 100, it doesn't matter. Guys, we are in 00:14:26.120 --> 00:14:33.120 the thick of it and all of us equally can be part of it. And that is the heartbeat that 00:14:36.040 --> 00:14:43.040 I am sensing. I really sense it. And we can't be sitting around thinking, yeah, we kind 00:14:43.760 --> 00:14:49.760 of talked about it and every now and then we talk about it again and don't really know. 00:14:49.760 --> 00:14:54.580 Because I know another thing. I know we are in it because I see things. I hear things 00:14:54.580 --> 00:14:59.460 that are happening to some of our lives. When I talk with some of our guys, I know 00:14:59.460 --> 00:15:06.460 what's happening. Man, God is reviving us. It is already in motion. It is, let me establish 00:15:08.260 --> 00:15:15.260 that it is already in motion. However, there are more levels to go. And so I can't think 00:15:15.260 --> 00:15:22.260 that as a person, this is as I said, this is no teaching, no sermon, no nothing. I've 00:15:23.300 --> 00:15:28.300 got a bunch of stuff on my heart. I'll talk about it. These guys may come up, do stuff 00:15:28.300 --> 00:15:33.300 in between. We'll see what God wants to do. So at no point am I looking at this and going, 00:15:33.300 --> 00:15:38.940 okay, yeah, it hasn't started. No, I know it has started. I know it has started based 00:15:39.820 --> 00:15:46.340 on what I'm hearing and what I'm seeing in the spiritual and in the physical. And so his disruptive glory will wash the earth and it 00:15:58.220 --> 00:16:05.220 comes in like a tsunami. When it comes in like a tsunami, we've got to expect it to 00:16:05.220 --> 00:16:12.220 come in like a tsunami. We can't expect it like standing on the beach, a few waves come 00:16:12.260 --> 00:16:19.260 in and go in. We've got to expect a tsunami to come down on us. The other thing about 00:16:21.140 --> 00:16:28.140 what God wants to do is to make sure that we're not going to be in a tsunami. He wants 00:16:28.660 --> 00:16:35.820 to make sure we're notasis this crisis. He's in another situation where God wants to crisp 00:16:35.820 --> 00:16:42.820 it up, and when it comes again we're going to throw up, and everything goes in powder 00:16:47.900 --> 00:16:55.780 and there's no others. So with the wrong twist card, he wants to relationship the 00:16:55.780 --> 00:17:01.300 said he will do. You're calibrating everything you're seeing, everything that's moving based 00:17:01.300 --> 00:17:08.300 on what heaven is saying and you're prepared for the shot. That is waiting. Waiting ain't 00:17:08.300 --> 00:17:16.500 this. So if I'm waiting for the next thing to happen, I've got to tell God, Abba, I ain't 00:17:16.500 --> 00:17:23.960 going anywhere. I've taken my position. And what is the position you've taken? What is 00:17:23.960 --> 00:17:34.560 the position you've taken? I've got to ask myself, Derek, what position are you taking 00:17:34.560 --> 00:17:48.760 in this? Because there is a position to take. And it begins with the Church of God. Revival 00:17:48.760 --> 00:17:56.040 begins with the Church of God. And so I can't think that this revival that he is causing 00:17:56.040 --> 00:18:07.520 is affecting the world, but not us. It affects us first. And we experience, for the lack of a 00:18:07.520 --> 00:18:21.400 better word, the tsunami first, before it reaches others. I went back and listened to, didn't get 00:18:21.400 --> 00:18:26.560 time to listen to all of the seven days of Shekinah. And if you don't know what I'm talking about, 00:18:26.560 --> 00:18:34.560 beginning of January 2020, when Jacob started talking about revival, I think there were seven 00:18:34.560 --> 00:18:41.680 days where we met, over a period of ten days or so. And there are teachings available on that, 00:18:41.680 --> 00:18:50.680 on our website and podcasts and stuff. I went through some of them. One of the things that we 00:18:50.680 --> 00:18:57.720 kept talking about is this idea that this is, this covers the entire world, number one. Number two, 00:18:57.720 --> 00:19:06.600 that God is a sovereign God. So me not involving in it will not stop him, because he'll go around 00:19:06.600 --> 00:19:17.560 me. He wants this done. He will accomplish it. It is my choice whether I jump into it or not. Trust 00:19:17.560 --> 00:19:22.680 me, guys, I'm not trying to condemn us. I'm not trying to make us feel bad, because I asked the 00:19:22.680 --> 00:19:30.560 very same questions to myself first before I ask you. And I'm telling you, I am not in the thick of 00:19:30.560 --> 00:19:40.040 it. And you've got to answer for yourself if you are in the thick of it or not. So I'm not trying to 00:19:40.040 --> 00:19:46.480 do anything, but help us hear the heartbeat of heaven. That is the only thing that I've been asked 00:19:46.480 --> 00:19:55.640 to do today. Nothing else. And I'll try to do it the best way I can. And I pray you talk to God while 00:19:55.640 --> 00:20:02.080 you hear these words. Because again, you're not just hearing. And one of the things he is saying to us as a church, because I really 00:23:24.340 --> 00:23:31.660 100% believe that this church is meant to be an example. There needs to be new 00:23:38.500 --> 00:23:46.060 life. There needs to be pure, more holy, more pure, more holy. He is always calling us higher. What those really do is it makes us feel like we need to figure out 00:26:34.780 --> 00:26:41.900 what's best and over time we believe that that's the best.
