00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:08.000
Cool guys. So I'm starting a new series today called TELIOS. I had a nice picture for it.

00:00:08.000 --> 00:00:14.000
I don't know if you can still pull it up. And so I believe we've come out of the wilderness

00:00:14.000 --> 00:00:19.000
that we were talking about. And now we've got to come into this place called TELIOS.

00:00:19.000 --> 00:00:27.000
TELIOS basically means reaching its end or full grown or to be mature.

00:00:27.000 --> 00:00:35.000
That is the idea of TELIOS where you come into your fullness.

00:00:35.000 --> 00:00:42.000
There's a metamorphosis that happens where you come into a place of maturity or perfection almost.

00:00:42.000 --> 00:00:46.000
But I'd go with the words reaching its end, full grown, mature.

00:00:46.000 --> 00:00:55.000
And today I want to start with the idea of renewing our faith for the new post-COVID landscape

00:00:55.000 --> 00:00:58.000
that we have to journey through. And I'll talk about that next week.

00:00:58.000 --> 00:01:02.000
What does a post-COVID landscape look like? So I keep repeating that word.

00:01:02.000 --> 00:01:06.000
It almost sounds like Jurassic Park 4 or something.

00:01:06.000 --> 00:01:09.000
But next week we'll explain what post-COVID landscape looks like.

00:01:09.000 --> 00:01:17.000
But today we're going to talk about how do we renew our faith because we need faith for what we need to step into.

00:01:17.000 --> 00:01:22.000
When it comes to anything that God reveals, because we talked about how in the wilderness

00:01:22.000 --> 00:01:27.000
God was revealing things to us, that he was showing us his power so that we can come back part of it stronger.

00:01:27.000 --> 00:01:31.000
So one of the things that happens is whenever God reveals something,

00:01:31.000 --> 00:01:36.000
he reveals it and then gives us permission to walk in it.

00:01:36.000 --> 00:01:48.000
And after he gives us permission to walk in it, he expects us to exert faith or release faith or realize it through faith actually.

00:01:48.000 --> 00:01:56.000
Realize it through faith. So anytime God reveals something, his intent is now that I've revealed it to you,

00:01:56.000 --> 00:02:01.000
I'm giving you permission for it. But you can only realize it through faith.

00:02:01.000 --> 00:02:05.000
I'm giving you permission to walk in it and I'll even give you the provision.

00:02:05.000 --> 00:02:11.000
So for example in Exodus chapter 3 verse 6, God comes and says to Moses,

00:02:12.000 --> 00:02:18.000
Hey Moses, I just want you to know that I am who I am and that is the revelation I'm giving you.

00:02:18.000 --> 00:02:25.000
Then he says to Moses, listen Moses, I want you, I'm giving you permission to go back into Egypt and tell Pharaoh, let my people go.

00:02:25.000 --> 00:02:30.000
And then in verse 21 he says to Moses, hey by the way Moses, I just want you to know that when you leave Egypt,

00:02:30.000 --> 00:02:33.000
you will not go empty handed, I will provide for you.

00:02:33.000 --> 00:02:39.000
And now after having said all that, Moses had to step out in faith.

00:02:39.000 --> 00:02:43.000
But our problem or at least my problem is very often when it comes to faith,

00:02:43.000 --> 00:02:56.000
I have realized two things that I still lack confidence in some areas and I still operate in fear.

00:02:56.000 --> 00:03:00.000
Different pen.

00:03:00.000 --> 00:03:13.000
I still operate, I still lack confidence and I still operate in fear.

00:03:13.000 --> 00:03:16.000
I don't know if that's common to you but I'm still struggling with it.

00:03:16.000 --> 00:03:20.000
I still suffer in certain areas from a lack of confidence.

00:03:20.000 --> 00:03:23.000
I'm not confident that God will necessarily do it.

00:03:23.000 --> 00:03:27.000
And then I still operate in fear and it shows two things.

00:03:27.000 --> 00:03:31.000
If I'm lacking confidence and I'm operating fear,

00:03:31.000 --> 00:03:40.000
it means that I really haven't come to a place called Teleos when it comes to love and when it comes to faith.

00:03:40.000 --> 00:03:43.000
The Bible says perfect love casts out fear.

00:03:43.000 --> 00:03:49.000
If I'm still afraid, it means I haven't matured in love.

00:03:49.000 --> 00:03:55.000
And I haven't matured in faith because I still am not confident.

00:03:55.000 --> 00:04:01.000
And my struggle and this again, I could easily say our struggle,

00:04:01.000 --> 00:04:07.000
but my struggle is I sometimes find that God is, I had, this was a very difficult teaching to write.

00:04:07.000 --> 00:04:12.000
I had to go and say to God, listen God, I'm going to say something now that is going to make me look ugly

00:04:12.000 --> 00:04:15.000
and make it look like I'm accusing you.

00:04:15.000 --> 00:04:17.000
But please can you handle it?

00:04:17.000 --> 00:04:18.000
And of course he can.

00:04:18.000 --> 00:04:24.000
So here's what I've realized that in some areas I find God unreliable.

00:04:28.000 --> 00:04:30.000
I find him unreliable.

00:04:30.000 --> 00:04:36.000
I'm not sure that if I lean back on him that he'll actually come through.

00:04:40.000 --> 00:04:42.000
I find him unreliable in some areas.

00:04:42.000 --> 00:04:46.000
For some of us it may be a few areas, for some of us it may be some areas,

00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:48.000
for some of us it may be many areas.

00:04:48.000 --> 00:04:52.000
And then I was telling him that not only do I find you unreliable,

00:04:52.000 --> 00:04:56.000
but I find that I can't hold you to account or demand an answer from you

00:04:56.000 --> 00:04:59.000
or keep you answerable to me for being unreliable.

00:04:59.000 --> 00:05:03.000
And that frustrates me even more because when he doesn't come through,

00:05:03.000 --> 00:05:06.000
it's not like I can go and say, excuse me, how come you didn't do this?

00:05:06.000 --> 00:05:08.000
I can't do that. He's God.

00:05:08.000 --> 00:05:12.000
It's almost like he gets away with it.

00:05:12.000 --> 00:05:17.000
This is why I said I told him ahead of time that this is going to be an ugly conversation.

00:05:17.000 --> 00:05:21.000
Now either this is my experience and it's not yours,

00:05:21.000 --> 00:05:25.000
or perhaps it's your experience also by the look of your faces.

00:05:25.000 --> 00:05:29.000
Some of you are pretending, some of you are letting on.

00:05:30.000 --> 00:05:32.000
Any questions, anything you want to add?

00:05:32.000 --> 00:05:35.000
Do you understand what I'm saying?

00:05:35.000 --> 00:05:39.000
My struggle in my experience of God, our struggle in my experience of God,

00:05:39.000 --> 00:05:44.000
I still find that in some areas I think of him as unreliable in those areas.

00:05:44.000 --> 00:05:48.000
As in it's not that he hasn't come through, it's not that he won't come through,

00:05:48.000 --> 00:05:54.000
it's not that he doesn't come through, but I still am not sure that if I lean back that I won't fall.

00:05:54.000 --> 00:05:59.000
It's like a 50-50 chance sometimes, or a 75-25 chance.

00:05:59.000 --> 00:06:04.000
And then I find it difficult that if he's unreliable, I can't hold him answerable or accountable.

00:06:05.000 --> 00:06:09.000
Because he's God, so he does what he wants to do.

00:06:15.000 --> 00:06:17.000
So what was God's response? God's response was,

00:06:17.000 --> 00:06:21.000
Hey Jacob, can you pick an area where you find me highly reliable?

00:06:22.000 --> 00:06:27.000
So I started thinking, okay, what area do I find God absolutely reliable all the time?

00:06:27.000 --> 00:06:32.000
Where I'm never in doubt that he's totally reliable, I've never doubted it in my life.

00:06:32.000 --> 00:06:38.000
One of the areas that I found where I'm absolutely sure of his reliability is when it comes to forgiveness.

00:06:40.000 --> 00:06:45.000
I found that it doesn't matter what I do, it doesn't matter how I did it deliberately or unknowingly,

00:06:45.000 --> 00:06:51.000
whether I did it with my eyes wide open or my eyes wide shut, it doesn't matter how I did it.

00:06:51.000 --> 00:06:56.000
I find that when it comes to forgiveness, he's absolutely reliable.

00:06:56.000 --> 00:07:00.000
That I can go to him and tell him that I was sorry I did it knowingly,

00:07:00.000 --> 00:07:04.000
I knew I could come and talk to him about it after I committed the sin,

00:07:04.000 --> 00:07:09.000
and I can go through everything starkly with him, but I'm absolutely sure that God will forgive me.

00:07:10.000 --> 00:07:14.000
And he asked me this question, why are you so sure that I'll forgive you?

00:07:14.000 --> 00:07:18.000
Why are you so confident that you can rely on me for forgiveness?

00:07:18.000 --> 00:07:25.000
And my answer was fourfold. One, his word, I'm absolutely sure of his word in that area.

00:07:27.000 --> 00:07:32.000
That if I confess my sins, he's faithful and just too. Forgive me. I'm absolutely sure of that.

00:07:32.000 --> 00:07:41.000
His nature, that he is my father, and like any good father, he's willing to let go

00:07:41.000 --> 00:07:46.000
once I tell him how repentant I am or how sorry I am or sometimes that I'm not sorry,

00:07:46.000 --> 00:07:52.000
but I wish I was sorry and I'm really feeling bad that I went ahead and sinned anyways.

00:07:52.000 --> 00:07:56.000
His nature towards me when it comes to forgiveness is super kind.

00:07:57.000 --> 00:08:04.000
And then I found that his covenant I can trust, as in his promise that,

00:08:04.000 --> 00:08:10.000
listen, I shed my blood for you so that your sins may be obliterated from my presence.

00:08:10.000 --> 00:08:13.000
That even though they were red as crimson, they are white as snow.

00:08:13.000 --> 00:08:16.000
That I've removed your sin as far as the east is from the west.

00:08:16.000 --> 00:08:22.000
I'm very sure of the death of Christ on the cross as an absolute forgiveness for me.

00:08:24.000 --> 00:08:30.000
So there's his word, his nature, his...

00:08:30.000 --> 00:08:35.000
And then the last thing I'm very sure of is his heart or attitude towards me.

00:08:35.000 --> 00:08:39.000
His heart or his attitude towards me when it comes to forgiveness.

00:08:39.000 --> 00:08:42.000
You know there's not been a single time in my life where I've asked for...

00:08:42.000 --> 00:08:45.000
I'm not exaggerating. There's not been a single time in my life

00:08:45.000 --> 00:08:48.000
where I've asked God for forgiveness and not only does he forgive me,

00:08:48.000 --> 00:08:52.000
but after he forgives me, he comes and says something to me that is so blooming nice

00:08:52.000 --> 00:08:57.000
that it restores me. It just doesn't leave me forgiven. It restores me.

00:08:57.000 --> 00:09:03.000
It's like a parent forgiving a child, but after forgiving a child,

00:09:03.000 --> 00:09:06.000
as a child walks away with their head held in shame thinking,

00:09:06.000 --> 00:09:08.000
yes, he's forgiven me, but I shouldn't have done it.

00:09:08.000 --> 00:09:12.000
The parent goes, grabs the child and says, you're my favorite.

00:09:12.000 --> 00:09:17.000
There's never been a time where I have sinned and he's not come and said,

00:09:17.000 --> 00:09:22.000
Jacob, not only do I forgive you, but I just want you to know how precious you are to me.

00:09:22.000 --> 00:09:27.000
His heart towards me when it comes to forgiveness is so marvelous.

00:09:27.000 --> 00:09:30.000
I never doubt his forgiveness towards me.

00:09:30.000 --> 00:09:34.000
And in answering this question, God said, so now you see your problem.

00:09:34.000 --> 00:09:39.000
Because when it comes to other areas of my life, I'm not able to rely on him

00:09:39.000 --> 00:09:46.000
because I find that his word has been diluted by my experience.

00:09:46.000 --> 00:09:50.000
His word has been diluted by my experience.

00:09:50.000 --> 00:09:55.000
His word may say something, but I've experienced the opposite so many times

00:09:55.000 --> 00:09:58.000
that his word is now diluted. It doesn't have the same strength.

00:09:58.000 --> 00:10:05.000
That when it comes to his nature, I'm not confident of his nature

00:10:05.000 --> 00:10:09.000
because my experience tells me he might fail.

00:10:09.000 --> 00:10:13.000
When it comes to his covenant, I feel like yes, he hung on a cross.

00:10:13.000 --> 00:10:17.000
Yes, he said it is finished, but the covenant isn't guaranteed enough

00:10:17.000 --> 00:10:21.000
because my experience says otherwise.

00:10:21.000 --> 00:10:26.000
What happens in the process, it makes you hesitant to ask for anything in that area.

00:10:26.000 --> 00:10:31.000
You're scared to ask because if you ask, what if he doesn't come through,

00:10:31.000 --> 00:10:35.000
it'll cause you to be disappointed again, it'll cause you to resent him again.

00:10:35.000 --> 00:10:39.000
Now why would you want to resent the one you love?

00:10:39.000 --> 00:10:44.000
And so what do we do? We don't ask, we just hope. Hope ain't good enough.

00:10:44.000 --> 00:10:48.000
Hope is a little better than wish.

00:10:48.000 --> 00:10:51.000
I wish this would happen to me, I hope this would happen to me.

00:10:51.000 --> 00:10:55.000
That still ain't good enough.

00:10:55.000 --> 00:10:59.000
So we want to talk about solutions. How do we get past this?

00:10:59.000 --> 00:11:03.000
How do I solve this?

00:11:03.000 --> 00:11:07.000
This is why many of us would rather resolve things ourselves

00:11:07.000 --> 00:11:11.000
or reason it out in our heads than go to God

00:11:11.000 --> 00:11:17.000
because our experience has taught us that this is not an area where you can rely on God.

00:11:17.000 --> 00:11:22.000
And you can be stuck there and go to your grave.

00:11:22.000 --> 00:11:26.000
Any questions?

00:11:26.000 --> 00:11:30.000
Yep.

00:11:30.000 --> 00:11:34.000
Yeah, nature is character.

00:11:34.000 --> 00:11:38.000
Attitude is the heart that the character is expressed through.

00:11:38.000 --> 00:11:42.000
So nature is my character.

00:11:42.000 --> 00:11:46.000
So let's say I was the most generous person on Earth.

00:11:46.000 --> 00:11:50.000
That's my character.

00:11:50.000 --> 00:11:54.000
The heart attitude is when I actually buy you a car.

00:11:54.000 --> 00:11:58.000
So that's how it works.

00:12:02.000 --> 00:12:06.000
Any questions?

00:12:06.000 --> 00:12:10.000
Please, did I just confess a whole lot of my inadequacies or is this real for you?

00:12:10.000 --> 00:12:14.000
Sue says it's good. That's the way it is.

00:12:14.000 --> 00:12:18.000
Anyone else who wants to give me a little more support than that?

00:12:18.000 --> 00:12:22.000
You can relate. Karen relates.

00:12:22.000 --> 00:12:26.000
Oh, sinful woman.

00:12:26.000 --> 00:12:30.000
Okay.

00:12:30.000 --> 00:12:34.000
Yeah.

00:12:34.000 --> 00:12:38.000
I wish I could get to a place where I could be a little more supportive.

00:12:38.000 --> 00:12:42.000
I wish I could be a little more supportive.

00:12:42.000 --> 00:12:46.000
Yeah, I wish I could get to a place where I can say that in every area

00:12:46.000 --> 00:12:50.000
I am easily able to rely on him that there is no fear

00:12:50.000 --> 00:12:54.000
and that I'm absolutely confident. Unfortunately, that ain't where I am.

00:12:58.000 --> 00:13:02.000
Yeah, it's a shame after all these years.

00:13:02.000 --> 00:13:06.000
But at some point you have to wake up and smell the coffee. So how do I solve this?

00:13:06.000 --> 00:13:10.000
One of the first things we can do, guys, is I know in this church

00:13:10.000 --> 00:13:14.000
we talk about being a much loved child.

00:13:14.000 --> 00:13:18.000
May I just change it around a little? Instead of going for the

00:13:18.000 --> 00:13:22.000
I'm a much loved child, can you begin your day by receiving

00:13:22.000 --> 00:13:26.000
him as your father afresh?

00:13:26.000 --> 00:13:30.000
Our confession is usually I'm a much loved child. Why not

00:13:30.000 --> 00:13:34.000
change it to every morning I receive you as my

00:13:34.000 --> 00:13:38.000
father. And then

00:13:38.000 --> 00:13:42.000
so ever since I started down this teaching, I've been

00:13:42.000 --> 00:13:46.000
multiple times during a day I'll go and say

00:13:46.000 --> 00:13:50.000
I receive you as a father, but what kind of a father?

00:13:50.000 --> 00:13:54.000
I've got my own little acronym for it. You can come up with yours.

00:13:54.000 --> 00:13:58.000
Mine is

00:13:58.000 --> 00:14:02.000
I know that doesn't go well with father, but it's the best I could

00:14:02.000 --> 00:14:06.000
come up with.

00:14:06.000 --> 00:14:10.000
So how do I, so I go to him

00:14:10.000 --> 00:14:14.000
quite often, I mean I've already done it twice this morning, where I

00:14:14.000 --> 00:14:18.000
say father I come to you and I receive you as a father first. Every morning I'll

00:14:18.000 --> 00:14:22.000
receive you as a father. Because I have to once again catch

00:14:22.000 --> 00:14:26.000
the fact that you're a good father. So for me father when it comes to this

00:14:26.000 --> 00:14:30.000
father I receive you as a willing father.

00:14:30.000 --> 00:14:34.000
You're a willing father. You're a willing father.

00:14:36.000 --> 00:14:40.000
The other one was either

00:14:40.000 --> 00:14:44.000
holy or hallowed father. Meaning there is something about you father

00:14:44.000 --> 00:14:48.000
that ain't, that isn't ordinary.

00:14:48.000 --> 00:14:52.000
There is still a sacredness, a holiness about you. Why

00:14:52.000 --> 00:14:56.000
is it important to put that in? Because it makes you realize that in his ways with

00:14:56.000 --> 00:15:00.000
you he cannot compromise holiness.

00:15:00.000 --> 00:15:04.000
That he's not a father who can do anything that is impure or wrong.

00:15:04.000 --> 00:15:08.000
The next one really caught me.

00:15:08.000 --> 00:15:12.000
He's highly aware of what's happening in my life. He's not

00:15:12.000 --> 00:15:16.000
unaware. It's not, remember guys when we talk to him in prayer

00:15:16.000 --> 00:15:20.000
it's not like he's going oh really I didn't know.

00:15:20.000 --> 00:15:24.000
Prayer is not informing him. Prayer is

00:15:24.000 --> 00:15:28.000
admission of your condition which he already knows. So I find

00:15:28.000 --> 00:15:32.000
this very helpful that he's aware, he's aware of every ache,

00:15:32.000 --> 00:15:36.000
pain, thought, sadness, fear.

00:15:36.000 --> 00:15:40.000
He's aware. He's aware of my

00:15:40.000 --> 00:15:44.000
restlings and my agony and my how am I going to manage this. He's aware.

00:15:44.000 --> 00:15:48.000
I find that very helpful. I mean

00:15:48.000 --> 00:15:52.000
if I being as evil as I am, when I become aware of

00:15:52.000 --> 00:15:56.000
something in your life, the way I get involved I'm fascinated that I

00:15:56.000 --> 00:16:00.000
actually care for you. Really it surprises me.

00:16:00.000 --> 00:16:04.000
And if I can feel that way about you and become aware

00:16:04.000 --> 00:16:08.000
of something and do something about it, how about this father who is highly aware?

00:16:08.000 --> 00:16:12.000
The next one is he's in control.

00:16:12.000 --> 00:16:16.000
He's in charge. That is very helpful because there's nothing

00:16:16.000 --> 00:16:20.000
that's happening in my life that he can't fix. He's in charge. He's in control.

00:16:20.000 --> 00:16:24.000
None of the universe, of the universe yes, but he's in charge of my life

00:16:24.000 --> 00:16:28.000
and he's highly responsible as a father.

00:16:28.000 --> 00:16:32.000
He takes his responsibility seriously.

00:16:32.000 --> 00:16:36.000
He takes his responsibility for Jacob seriously.

00:16:36.000 --> 00:16:40.000
He takes his responsibility for Jacob seriously.

00:16:44.000 --> 00:16:48.000
Finally

00:16:48.000 --> 00:16:52.000
he is kind. He is kind. He is kind.

00:16:52.000 --> 00:16:56.000
So I've been doing this

00:16:56.000 --> 00:17:00.000
for a little while now. Going to him and receiving him as a father.

00:17:00.000 --> 00:17:04.000
And what then happens is in really difficult situations, situations of fear,

00:17:04.000 --> 00:17:08.000
in situations of not being confident, this begins to renew confidence,

00:17:08.000 --> 00:17:12.000
bring me back to a place of not being afraid.

00:17:12.000 --> 00:17:16.000
It stops me from sinking into orphanhood.

00:17:16.000 --> 00:17:20.000
Orphanhood is when you abandon help from the

00:17:20.000 --> 00:17:24.000
father and try to solve things yourself. It prevents

00:17:24.000 --> 00:17:28.000
me from being the elder brother. The elder brother is the one who lives in the house

00:17:28.000 --> 00:17:32.000
but doesn't know he is loved. It prevents me from being the prodigal son.

00:17:32.000 --> 00:17:36.000
The prodigal son is the one who just wants the promises but doesn't

00:17:36.000 --> 00:17:40.000
want the father. The prosperity gospel is prodigal.

00:17:40.000 --> 00:17:44.000
That's too

00:17:44.000 --> 00:17:48.000
general a statement, but it fits in a few places.

00:17:50.000 --> 00:17:54.000
So that's the first step.

00:17:54.000 --> 00:17:58.000
The second step is can you try

00:17:58.000 --> 00:18:02.000
and see if you can make obedience

00:18:02.000 --> 00:18:06.000
if you can make obedience

00:18:06.000 --> 00:18:10.000
and pleasing him

00:18:10.000 --> 00:18:14.000
the main

00:18:14.000 --> 00:18:18.000
focus instead of the outcome.

00:18:20.000 --> 00:18:24.000
Instead of the outcome.

00:18:24.000 --> 00:18:28.000
Part of the reason we are afraid is because we

00:18:28.000 --> 00:18:32.000
don't know what the outcome is. We don't know whether it will work.

00:18:32.000 --> 00:18:36.000
I mean I remember Darshan saying to me yesterday, hey Jacob when I go back to Toronto I don't know if this is going to work man.

00:18:36.000 --> 00:18:40.000
Like I said here, this is my last shot. I've tried everything else. I'm not going to be able to do it.

00:18:40.000 --> 00:18:44.000
I'm going to be able to do it. I'm going to be able to do it.

00:18:44.000 --> 00:18:48.000
I'm going to be able to do it. I'm going to be able to do it.

00:18:48.000 --> 00:18:52.000
This is my last shot. I've tried everything else. I don't know if this is going to work.

00:18:52.000 --> 00:18:56.000
And yet in his obedience he has pleased God.

00:18:56.000 --> 00:19:00.000
Can I shift my focus to obedience and pleasing God?

00:19:00.000 --> 00:19:04.000
Where oh God this is what you've asked me to do at present. I'll do it.

00:19:04.000 --> 00:19:08.000
Oh God I want to please you.

00:19:08.000 --> 00:19:12.000
How do you do obedience and pleasing? What is obedience an outcome of?

00:19:12.000 --> 00:19:16.000
Obedience is an outcome of love. Pleasing him is an outcome of faith.

00:19:16.000 --> 00:19:22.000
Because without faith it is impossible to please him. And if you love me you will obey me.

00:19:22.000 --> 00:19:30.000
What if in every area of my life, be it when my body is hurting, be it when I'm scared of something nasty happening,

00:19:30.000 --> 00:19:38.000
be it when I'm running out of money and don't have a job, be it when I'm stuck in a situation that I can't extricate myself out of.

00:19:38.000 --> 00:19:44.000
What if my two main foci, focus, whatever the word is,

00:19:44.000 --> 00:19:48.000
would be one, hey father I'll be obedient in whatever you ask me to do.

00:19:48.000 --> 00:19:52.000
And I'll try to please you by trusting you.

00:19:52.000 --> 00:19:58.000
How the outcome works out, I'm going to pick up the desired outcome that I have in my heart and give it to you like play dough.

00:19:58.000 --> 00:20:04.000
So that you can shape it. Because this I know, that whatever you do will be beyond what I can ask, think or imagine.

00:20:04.000 --> 00:20:08.000
Because Efficient 320 says that. So here is my desired outcome.

00:20:08.000 --> 00:20:12.000
I'm not going to abandon my desired outcome. I'm going to have expectations.

00:20:12.000 --> 00:20:16.000
But here is my desired outcome. This is what I'm hoping will happen.

00:20:16.000 --> 00:20:22.000
But here is the play dough of my desired outcome. Could you now begin to mold it with your nail scarred hands?

00:20:22.000 --> 00:20:28.000
Because I know for a fact that it is going to come out better than I can ask, think or imagine.

00:20:28.000 --> 00:20:34.000
So it doesn't matter whether it's a pain in my body, whether it's money I need, whether it's the salvation of somebody,

00:20:34.000 --> 00:20:40.000
whether it's the freedom of somebody, whether it's marriage, whether it's finding the right person.

00:20:40.000 --> 00:20:44.000
It doesn't matter what it is. These two things kick in.

00:20:50.000 --> 00:20:55.000
Because we can only control our obedience. We can only control pleasing him. He controls the outcome.

00:20:55.000 --> 00:21:00.000
The Bible says it again and again. Man can throw the dice. God controls the outcome.

00:21:00.000 --> 00:21:05.000
And the thing is, when it comes to his children, I do not, you know in hindsight,

00:21:05.000 --> 00:21:09.000
I do not think that everything that I look at has turned out better than I desire.

00:21:19.000 --> 00:21:21.000
Any questions?

00:21:27.000 --> 00:21:29.000
Okay. Third.

00:21:29.000 --> 00:21:39.000
Let's redefine faith. Let's redefine faith. I know you know what faith is, but I'm just writing it down differently.

00:21:39.000 --> 00:21:47.000
Faith is the assurance.

00:21:47.000 --> 00:21:57.000
I love it. Faith is the assurance. It's his absolute assurance, all the title deed.

00:21:57.000 --> 00:22:03.000
This is an old way of saying it. A title deed was what you would get when you would buy a home.

00:22:03.000 --> 00:22:07.000
Before you occupied the home, you would get a title deed saying the home belongs to you.

00:22:07.000 --> 00:22:11.000
I remember getting a call from this guy called Raj in Surrey saying,

00:22:11.000 --> 00:22:17.000
hey, just want you to know you qualified for your car. And I was behaving as if I already had the car.

00:22:17.000 --> 00:22:20.000
Why? Because he just called me and told me I have the car.

00:22:20.000 --> 00:22:24.000
This is the word of a man who said, hey, I have the car.

00:22:24.000 --> 00:22:29.000
This is the word of a man who's saying I've gotten the car, I've been approved, you got the car.

00:22:29.000 --> 00:22:34.000
And so I'm behaving like I already have it. I'm cleaning my old car because I'm going to return it.

00:22:34.000 --> 00:22:40.000
But it's the word of a man. The title deed is something you have in your possession,

00:22:40.000 --> 00:22:43.000
even though you haven't occupied what is actually yours.

00:22:43.000 --> 00:23:00.000
It's the assurance or the title deed of things I hope or expect because it's divinely guaranteed.

00:23:00.000 --> 00:23:05.000
Because it is divinely guaranteed.

00:23:13.000 --> 00:23:16.000
It's divinely guaranteed.

00:23:23.000 --> 00:23:29.000
So it is important to hope and expect. You must have a hope or an expectation.

00:23:29.000 --> 00:23:38.000
It must be divinely guaranteed, as in either in the word or God has already shown it to you.

00:23:38.000 --> 00:23:45.000
And then you already have the assurance or the title deed.

00:23:45.000 --> 00:23:50.000
It is perceiving as Tortue.

00:23:50.000 --> 00:23:57.000
It is perceiving as real fact that which hasn't been revealed to my senses.

00:23:57.000 --> 00:24:03.000
It's perceiving as real fact that which hasn't been revealed to my senses.

00:24:03.000 --> 00:24:04.600
revealed to my senses.

00:24:04.600 --> 00:24:07.660
It is perceiving as real fact that which hasn't been

00:24:07.660 --> 00:24:08.900
revealed to my senses.

00:24:14.700 --> 00:24:16.840
And so I started cleaning my car.

00:24:16.840 --> 00:24:19.520
I started getting everything out of the car.

00:24:19.520 --> 00:24:19.840
Why?

00:24:19.840 --> 00:24:23.340
Because I was going to return the car and get the new one.

00:24:23.340 --> 00:24:25.520
There was no guarantee I had on paper.

00:24:25.520 --> 00:24:27.800
It was just the word of a man saying, you've been approved.

00:24:27.800 --> 00:24:30.120
You can come and pick up your new car.

00:24:30.120 --> 00:24:33.200
And that caused me to begin to walk as if I already had it.

00:24:33.200 --> 00:24:35.560
This is important, guys.

00:24:35.560 --> 00:24:37.280
This is important.

00:24:37.280 --> 00:24:40.480
It's not a denial of your present circumstances.

00:24:40.480 --> 00:24:42.440
It's not a denial of your present circumstances.

00:24:46.800 --> 00:24:48.720
But it is imposing a new value.

00:24:48.720 --> 00:24:50.680
It is imposing a new value.

00:24:50.680 --> 00:24:52.160
It is imposing a new value.

00:24:52.160 --> 00:24:57.160
It is renaming what you are going through.

00:25:22.160 --> 00:25:24.680
There's a cool story in Second Kings 4.

00:25:24.680 --> 00:25:28.320
It's about this woman who had a son, a son that was given to

00:25:28.320 --> 00:25:30.520
her as a promise from God.

00:25:30.520 --> 00:25:31.920
And he dies.

00:25:31.920 --> 00:25:34.120
He has a headache, and he dies.

00:25:34.120 --> 00:25:40.720
He dies, and she rushes to meet the prophet for help.

00:25:40.720 --> 00:25:43.520
And as she's going on her way, they ask her, what's wrong?

00:25:43.520 --> 00:25:44.120
It's a Sabbath.

00:25:44.120 --> 00:25:45.920
How come you're rushing away?

00:25:45.920 --> 00:25:47.840
And she says, it is all good.

00:25:47.840 --> 00:25:49.080
All is well.

00:25:52.960 --> 00:25:57.360
And then she goes further down, and people ask her, where are

00:25:57.360 --> 00:25:57.840
you going?

00:25:57.840 --> 00:25:59.000
Is everything OK?

00:25:59.000 --> 00:26:01.440
And she keeps saying, it is well.

00:26:01.440 --> 00:26:03.600
She gets to the prophet's servant, Gehazi.

00:26:03.600 --> 00:26:06.040
Gehazi asks her, is everything OK?

00:26:06.040 --> 00:26:06.760
It is all right.

00:26:06.760 --> 00:26:08.400
It is well.

00:26:08.400 --> 00:26:09.480
What was she doing?

00:26:09.480 --> 00:26:16.720
She was assured of things that she was expecting or hoping,

00:26:16.720 --> 00:26:18.640
because she knew it was divinely guaranteed.

00:26:19.320 --> 00:26:22.680
So she began to walk and talk and behave as if it was a done

00:26:22.680 --> 00:26:23.920
deal.

00:26:25.360 --> 00:26:27.800
And so the prophet comes, and he finds the boy dead.

00:26:27.800 --> 00:26:29.800
He lays down on the boy, prays for him.

00:26:29.800 --> 00:26:32.200
The boy wakes up and sneezes seven times.

00:26:32.200 --> 00:26:35.360
I was thinking, poor guy, if it was a COVID case, they would

00:26:35.360 --> 00:26:38.440
send him back into isolation immediately after having raised

00:26:38.440 --> 00:26:39.080
him from the dead.

00:26:39.080 --> 00:26:41.200
But that was just a thought on the side.

00:26:41.200 --> 00:26:42.840
Because he sneezed seven times.

00:26:42.840 --> 00:26:45.600
Sneezed twice, and you get thrown into isolation nowadays.

00:26:45.640 --> 00:26:52.200
So you see this in 2 Kings 4.23, where the woman keeps

00:26:52.200 --> 00:26:52.960
saying it is well.

00:26:52.960 --> 00:26:55.720
Guys, one of the things you have to realize is it is

00:26:55.720 --> 00:26:59.000
important for you to speak what you believe, and we'll

00:26:59.000 --> 00:27:00.560
get there slowly.

00:27:00.560 --> 00:27:01.800
Any questions on this?

00:27:05.240 --> 00:27:07.280
Learn this by heart.

00:27:07.280 --> 00:27:12.240
Faith is the assurance or the title deed of what I hope and

00:27:12.320 --> 00:27:15.000
expect, because it's divinely guaranteed.

00:27:15.000 --> 00:27:17.080
I have to keep going back there.

00:27:17.080 --> 00:27:23.680
I've got a rotator cuff that is so painful that I can't play

00:27:23.680 --> 00:27:25.280
Mike's guitar.

00:27:25.280 --> 00:27:27.200
Last week, I asked Mike to bring his guitar.

00:27:27.200 --> 00:27:30.160
I started playing it and realized that it is so painful

00:27:30.160 --> 00:27:31.560
that I can't play the big guitar.

00:27:31.560 --> 00:27:33.160
So I asked, what's her name?

00:27:33.160 --> 00:27:33.880
Emily?

00:27:33.880 --> 00:27:34.640
No, not Emily.

00:27:34.640 --> 00:27:36.080
Jane to get me her guitar.

00:27:36.080 --> 00:27:37.160
And I played the small guitar.

00:27:37.160 --> 00:27:39.800
I had to change the length of the guitar.

00:27:39.840 --> 00:27:42.840
I had to change the length of the belt today.

00:27:42.840 --> 00:27:43.960
Sheldon helped me do it.

00:27:43.960 --> 00:27:47.720
Because in any other position, my arm will hurt like crazy.

00:27:47.720 --> 00:27:50.240
It's been very painful when I go to sleep and stuff like

00:27:50.240 --> 00:27:50.760
that.

00:27:50.760 --> 00:27:56.560
But having said that, I also know that faith is the

00:27:56.560 --> 00:27:59.480
assurance of things I hope or expect.

00:27:59.480 --> 00:28:00.960
And what is my hope or expect?

00:28:00.960 --> 00:28:02.880
That will be completely repaired.

00:28:02.880 --> 00:28:05.880
That will be completely healed.

00:28:05.880 --> 00:28:08.720
Completely healed.

00:28:08.720 --> 00:28:11.480
Now, why do I have this hope or expectation?

00:28:11.480 --> 00:28:13.640
Because it's divinely guaranteed.

00:28:16.400 --> 00:28:22.160
But I still have to go back to the father who is willing, who

00:28:22.160 --> 00:28:27.200
is holy, who is highly aware of the pain that I have, who is

00:28:27.200 --> 00:28:31.120
in charge and in control, and who is super kind.

00:28:31.120 --> 00:28:33.920
And so I already know the outcome.

00:28:33.920 --> 00:28:37.160
So even though it may pain, it will not stop me from playing

00:28:37.160 --> 00:28:40.800
the guitar or going about life as normally as possible.

00:28:40.800 --> 00:28:42.880
Because it is just around the corner.

00:28:42.880 --> 00:28:44.400
It cannot be stopped.

00:28:44.400 --> 00:28:45.560
It must happen.

00:28:45.560 --> 00:28:47.200
I'm not even saying it will happen.

00:28:47.200 --> 00:28:48.440
It must happen.

00:28:55.760 --> 00:28:59.720
And so what if two minutes from now I feel otherwise about it?

00:28:59.720 --> 00:29:03.720
Well, three minutes from now, I'll go back to this.

00:29:03.720 --> 00:29:06.560
What if eight minutes from now I feel bad again?

00:29:06.600 --> 00:29:08.160
Ten minutes from now, I'll go back to it.

00:29:12.960 --> 00:29:13.560
What if?

00:29:17.400 --> 00:29:18.960
Yes, there are two ways of speaking.

00:29:18.960 --> 00:29:21.280
One is to speak because you believe.

00:29:21.280 --> 00:29:24.160
Two is to speak so that you believe.

00:29:24.160 --> 00:29:25.000
Yeah.

00:29:25.000 --> 00:29:26.520
Kids do that all the time.

00:29:26.520 --> 00:29:28.120
I know daddy's going to get me a car.

00:29:28.120 --> 00:29:29.680
I know my daddy's going to get me a car.

00:29:29.680 --> 00:29:30.440
I know my daddy's going to get me a car.

00:29:30.440 --> 00:29:34.320
And when he sees his daddy coming, it gets louder.

00:29:34.320 --> 00:29:35.440
So there's two ways to do it.

00:29:35.440 --> 00:29:37.200
Either you speak because you believe it.

00:29:37.200 --> 00:29:38.960
That is a preferred method.

00:29:38.960 --> 00:29:41.280
Or you speak it till you believe it.

00:29:41.280 --> 00:29:43.560
One is you're saying it because you made it.

00:29:43.560 --> 00:29:47.200
The other one is faking it till you make it.

00:29:47.200 --> 00:29:49.480
These are not biblical scriptures or anything.

00:29:49.480 --> 00:29:50.320
Just telling you.

00:29:51.760 --> 00:29:52.800
And rename it, guys.

00:29:52.800 --> 00:29:54.200
It's not a denying of my...

00:29:54.200 --> 00:29:57.280
I'm not denying that my hand hurts like crazy.

00:29:57.280 --> 00:29:58.840
I find it hard to put this jacket on.

00:29:58.840 --> 00:30:02.200
I was asking Jeevan to help me put this jacket on.

00:30:03.160 --> 00:30:05.560
So I'm not denying the circumstances,

00:30:05.560 --> 00:30:07.280
but I refuse to focus on it.

00:30:07.280 --> 00:30:09.560
Instead, I know a new value will be imposed

00:30:09.560 --> 00:30:11.120
and that value will be healing.

00:30:13.480 --> 00:30:14.320
Rename.

00:30:15.800 --> 00:30:18.000
Rename what you're going through.

00:30:18.000 --> 00:30:19.240
Is your hand not well?

00:30:19.240 --> 00:30:20.560
Rename it.

00:30:20.560 --> 00:30:21.400
Hand is well.

00:30:26.360 --> 00:30:29.080
Doubt, on the other hand, is wavering between two minds.

00:30:30.080 --> 00:30:32.720
What doubt does is it believes God's ability,

00:30:32.720 --> 00:30:36.440
but it questions his methods, it questions his motives,

00:30:36.440 --> 00:30:37.560
and it questions his character.

00:30:37.560 --> 00:30:39.360
Doubt is not...

00:30:39.360 --> 00:30:40.760
For us as Christians,

00:30:40.760 --> 00:30:43.160
doubt is not thinking God cannot do it.

00:30:43.160 --> 00:30:46.440
Doubt is believing God is able,

00:30:46.440 --> 00:30:50.400
but questioning his methods, his motives, his character.

00:30:50.400 --> 00:30:54.440
And so you drown in what, why, how, when.

00:30:54.440 --> 00:30:57.680
You drown in what, why, how, when.

00:30:57.680 --> 00:30:58.800
What's gonna happen?

00:30:59.760 --> 00:31:01.200
Why isn't it happening yet?

00:31:01.200 --> 00:31:02.440
How is it gonna happen?

00:31:02.440 --> 00:31:03.480
When is it gonna happen?

00:31:03.480 --> 00:31:04.320
And you drown.

00:31:13.600 --> 00:31:15.320
And the only way to overcome doubt

00:31:15.320 --> 00:31:16.720
is to go back into the word.

00:31:16.840 --> 00:31:19.840
Next one, 1 John 5, 14, 15.

00:31:19.840 --> 00:31:21.960
1 John 5, 14, 15.

00:31:21.960 --> 00:31:23.080
Beautiful verses.

00:31:23.080 --> 00:31:25.960
These verses you must learn by heart.

00:31:28.200 --> 00:31:30.800
This is a confidence that I have.

00:31:30.800 --> 00:31:34.240
That if I ask God anything according to his will,

00:31:34.240 --> 00:31:35.560
he hears me.

00:31:35.560 --> 00:31:36.400
He hears me.

00:31:36.400 --> 00:31:37.240
He hears me.

00:31:37.240 --> 00:31:38.080
He hears me.

00:31:38.080 --> 00:31:38.920
He hears me.

00:31:38.920 --> 00:31:39.760
He hears me.

00:31:39.760 --> 00:31:40.600
He hears me.

00:31:40.600 --> 00:31:41.440
He hears me.

00:31:41.440 --> 00:31:42.280
He hears me.

00:31:42.280 --> 00:31:43.120
He hears me.

00:31:43.120 --> 00:31:43.960
He hears me.

00:31:43.960 --> 00:31:44.800
He hears me.

00:31:44.800 --> 00:31:45.640
He hears me.

00:31:45.800 --> 00:31:47.000
He hears me.

00:31:47.000 --> 00:31:48.760
And if he hears me,

00:31:48.760 --> 00:31:52.560
then I know that I have as my present possession

00:31:52.560 --> 00:31:53.800
whatever I asked of him.

00:31:53.800 --> 00:31:54.640
Just listen to it again.

00:31:54.640 --> 00:31:56.160
It's just crazy.

00:31:56.160 --> 00:31:59.120
It is so, it is so straightforward.

00:31:59.120 --> 00:32:00.880
This is the confidence that I have.

00:32:02.160 --> 00:32:06.080
That if I ask God for anything according to his will,

00:32:06.080 --> 00:32:06.960
he hears me.

00:32:07.920 --> 00:32:09.560
And if he hears me,

00:32:09.560 --> 00:32:13.040
then I can be sure that I can have as my present possession

00:32:13.040 --> 00:32:14.800
whatever I asked him for.

00:32:16.640 --> 00:32:18.960
So make sure when you ask that you fit your asking

00:32:18.960 --> 00:32:20.200
into his will.

00:32:20.200 --> 00:32:23.600
Make sure when you ask that you fit your asking

00:32:23.600 --> 00:32:25.360
into his will.

00:32:25.360 --> 00:32:26.520
Sometimes God will say,

00:32:26.520 --> 00:32:28.520
hey, do you want to rephrase it again?

00:32:31.280 --> 00:32:33.320
Father, I want a million dollars, Father.

00:32:33.320 --> 00:32:34.400
Can you rephrase it again?

00:32:34.400 --> 00:32:35.760
Father, can I have a hundred dollars?

00:32:35.760 --> 00:32:37.760
Cause I have this need to meet immediately.

00:32:39.360 --> 00:32:42.600
Meaning fit it so that it is within his will.

00:32:42.800 --> 00:32:43.920
It is within his will.

00:32:43.920 --> 00:32:47.120
Find out what God's desire and will for you is.

00:32:47.120 --> 00:32:48.520
Fit it into his will.

00:32:49.800 --> 00:32:51.600
Know the parameters within which

00:32:51.600 --> 00:32:53.600
you are supposed to operate at present.

00:32:55.480 --> 00:32:58.120
And then once you do, you have to behave.

00:32:59.200 --> 00:33:00.040
Here's the scripture.

00:33:00.040 --> 00:33:01.760
It says you can have, you...

00:33:04.560 --> 00:33:06.200
This is the confidence that I have.

00:33:06.200 --> 00:33:08.960
That if I ask anything according to his will,

00:33:08.960 --> 00:33:10.320
he hears me.

00:33:10.320 --> 00:33:12.040
And if he hears me,

00:33:12.080 --> 00:33:14.840
I know with certainty that I can have

00:33:14.840 --> 00:33:16.440
as my present possession,

00:33:16.440 --> 00:33:18.080
what I have asked him for.

00:33:23.640 --> 00:33:26.400
And so it goes back to the whole idea of behaving

00:33:26.400 --> 00:33:27.600
as if you have it,

00:33:28.680 --> 00:33:30.840
even though it hasn't come into your hands yet.

00:33:30.840 --> 00:33:31.680
Go ahead, Ruth.

00:33:33.560 --> 00:33:36.720
First John five, 14 and 15.

00:33:36.720 --> 00:33:39.360
You have to behave like you have it,

00:33:39.360 --> 00:33:40.840
even though you haven't received it.

00:33:40.840 --> 00:33:41.680
Really, Jacob?

00:33:41.720 --> 00:33:42.920
This is like brainwashing.

00:33:42.920 --> 00:33:44.720
It's psyching yourself up.

00:33:44.720 --> 00:33:47.480
You would think so, but unfortunately Jesus said it.

00:33:48.440 --> 00:33:51.960
Mark 11, verse 23, where he says,

00:33:51.960 --> 00:33:54.640
when you pray, believe that you have already

00:33:55.440 --> 00:33:58.280
received it and it shall be yours.

00:33:58.280 --> 00:33:59.280
I know these...

00:33:59.280 --> 00:34:01.920
I mean, the churches don't even talk about this anymore

00:34:01.920 --> 00:34:04.240
because they think it's a faith movement.

00:34:04.240 --> 00:34:05.800
No, it's Jesus' movement.

00:34:06.920 --> 00:34:08.680
In Mark 11, 23, he said this.

00:34:09.560 --> 00:34:12.400
Whatsoever, Jacob, you believe.

00:34:13.400 --> 00:34:15.920
You say in prayer that whatever you pray,

00:34:15.920 --> 00:34:19.040
believe, Jacob, that you have received it

00:34:19.040 --> 00:34:21.040
and it shall be yours.

00:34:28.680 --> 00:34:30.400
You have to behave like you believe

00:34:30.400 --> 00:34:31.960
before you receive it.

00:34:31.960 --> 00:34:33.760
You have to believe.

00:34:33.760 --> 00:34:35.280
Learn how to behave.

00:34:36.280 --> 00:34:38.360
Learn how to behave like you believe

00:34:38.360 --> 00:34:39.760
before you receive it.

00:34:42.800 --> 00:34:44.280
Examples, Abraham.

00:34:46.320 --> 00:34:49.120
Guy's 99 years old, but he behaves like

00:34:49.120 --> 00:34:52.360
he actually believes God that he's gonna have a child.

00:34:54.520 --> 00:34:57.200
Peter, never walked on water,

00:34:57.200 --> 00:34:59.200
behaves like he actually believes it

00:34:59.200 --> 00:35:00.800
because he steps out of the boat.

00:35:02.080 --> 00:35:03.880
One of the things I love doing,

00:35:03.880 --> 00:35:05.680
whenever there's a challenge of faith,

00:35:05.680 --> 00:35:09.080
is I like doing something that'll defy

00:35:09.080 --> 00:35:10.480
what I'm going through.

00:35:11.600 --> 00:35:13.080
So I remember once...

00:35:14.080 --> 00:35:15.280
Don't try this at home.

00:35:15.280 --> 00:35:18.080
This is only for professionals, like the most TV ads say.

00:35:18.080 --> 00:35:23.080
So one day I felt like my left side of my chest

00:35:23.080 --> 00:35:25.280
was hurting and my hand was hurting.

00:35:25.280 --> 00:35:28.480
I'm thinking, I've got to do something about this.

00:35:28.480 --> 00:35:29.880
So I used to have a treadmill then

00:35:29.880 --> 00:35:32.480
that was graciously given to me by a few people.

00:35:32.680 --> 00:35:34.080
So I don't know why.

00:35:34.080 --> 00:35:38.080
But so I decided to go on the treadmill

00:35:38.080 --> 00:35:41.480
and I decided, well, if my chest is hurting

00:35:41.480 --> 00:35:43.880
and my hand is hurting, let's just go

00:35:43.880 --> 00:35:47.680
and really wreck this treadmill for the next 30 minutes.

00:35:47.680 --> 00:35:49.680
And so I was on the 30 minutes.

00:35:49.680 --> 00:35:51.480
That's the longest I've ever been on the treadmill

00:35:51.480 --> 00:35:52.480
in my life.

00:35:52.480 --> 00:35:54.880
And after 30 minutes I got off and I thought to myself,

00:35:54.880 --> 00:35:57.080
looks like you're in fine shape, so keep going.

00:35:57.080 --> 00:35:58.880
So I'm not asking you to try it out.

00:35:58.880 --> 00:36:02.080
All I'm saying is sometimes you have to try it out

00:36:02.080 --> 00:36:05.280
and sometimes you have to behave like you actually believe

00:36:05.280 --> 00:36:06.680
that you have received it.

00:36:15.480 --> 00:36:16.280
Any questions?

00:36:18.880 --> 00:36:19.680
Any questions?

00:36:20.880 --> 00:36:21.680
Go ahead.

00:36:23.680 --> 00:36:24.880
How do you know God's will?

00:36:24.880 --> 00:36:28.080
The easiest way would be if the word says so,

00:36:28.080 --> 00:36:30.680
then you know it is yours.

00:36:30.680 --> 00:36:32.280
That is the easiest way.

00:36:32.280 --> 00:36:36.280
And most, many, many, many things are covered

00:36:36.280 --> 00:36:39.080
just through the simple promises of God in the Bible.

00:36:39.080 --> 00:36:41.480
And then there are specific things said to you

00:36:41.480 --> 00:36:45.680
where you have this absolute surety it's God

00:36:45.680 --> 00:36:46.880
and you've got to step out.

00:36:46.880 --> 00:36:49.280
And you may find that you're falling flat on your face,

00:36:49.280 --> 00:36:52.880
but it's soon you know how to get up and keep walking.

00:36:54.080 --> 00:36:57.080
Like every trip I've gone on, I've had to step out in faith.

00:36:57.080 --> 00:36:58.280
Go to Mongolia.

00:36:58.280 --> 00:37:00.080
Don't know anybody there, but you go there.

00:37:00.280 --> 00:37:02.480
And then whatever needs to happen happens.

00:37:02.480 --> 00:37:05.080
Your dad and me have gone to places together

00:37:05.080 --> 00:37:08.080
where we knew nobody, but something would transpire.

00:37:09.280 --> 00:37:11.880
So either it is because you've heard his voice

00:37:11.880 --> 00:37:13.680
or it is because of the Word of God.

00:37:15.680 --> 00:37:16.880
What is the risk?

00:37:16.880 --> 00:37:20.480
You might lose a lot of money and you might look really foolish.

00:37:20.480 --> 00:37:22.680
I mean, you think you don't look foolish?

00:37:25.280 --> 00:37:26.680
Look at what you've gone and done.

00:37:26.680 --> 00:37:29.280
Who in their right mind would do this?

00:37:29.280 --> 00:37:32.280
You had an apartment, you had a job, you had a girlfriend.

00:37:32.280 --> 00:37:36.280
Anyone who had any sense would stay there.

00:37:36.280 --> 00:37:38.680
But you've taken this ridiculous step of faith

00:37:38.680 --> 00:37:40.080
and you've stepped out here.

00:37:41.280 --> 00:37:42.280
Crazy, right?

00:37:45.280 --> 00:37:46.280
You don't laugh.

00:37:51.080 --> 00:37:55.280
But this is what adventures and adventures are all about.

00:37:55.280 --> 00:38:00.480
This is what adventures and God moments are made up of, guys.

00:38:02.080 --> 00:38:07.480
This opens doors so wide, so wide, that it changes everything.

00:38:10.280 --> 00:38:13.080
Behave as if you have already received it.

00:38:13.080 --> 00:38:14.280
I'll take five minutes more.

00:38:16.280 --> 00:38:18.480
Here's another crazy, crazy thought.

00:38:18.480 --> 00:38:21.080
Whatever you ask for in prayer according to his will,

00:38:21.080 --> 00:38:24.680
you actually receive it immediately in your spirit.

00:38:24.680 --> 00:38:26.280
You've got to realize this.

00:38:26.280 --> 00:38:29.080
God ain't delaying stuff.

00:38:29.080 --> 00:38:30.280
Whenever you ask for something,

00:38:30.280 --> 00:38:32.080
know that you've received it in your spirit.

00:38:32.080 --> 00:38:34.080
Receive it in your spirit.

00:38:34.080 --> 00:38:35.080
It is his will.

00:38:35.080 --> 00:38:37.280
The Bible says in the Amplified, it actually says,

00:38:37.280 --> 00:38:39.680
you have it as your present possession.

00:38:39.680 --> 00:38:42.880
How can you behave as if you've already received it?

00:38:42.880 --> 00:38:44.680
If you don't think you've already received it.

00:38:46.080 --> 00:38:49.280
You have in your heart to begin to believe that,

00:38:49.280 --> 00:38:52.280
ah shucks, God, I asked according to your will,

00:38:52.280 --> 00:38:54.280
so it is granted to me.

00:38:54.280 --> 00:38:56.480
Receive it in my spirit.

00:38:56.480 --> 00:38:59.080
And then, having received it in my spirit,

00:38:59.080 --> 00:39:04.480
I begin to watch it transpire in the physical.

00:39:05.680 --> 00:39:08.080
And if that takes a second, a minute,

00:39:09.280 --> 00:39:12.480
a year or 25 years like Abraham,

00:39:12.480 --> 00:39:15.680
I'll keep going to the fact that I will still behave

00:39:15.680 --> 00:39:18.680
like I believe it because I have received it.

00:39:18.680 --> 00:39:21.080
There's this thing called immediacy of faith

00:39:21.080 --> 00:39:23.680
and the eventuality of faith.

00:39:23.680 --> 00:39:27.080
One is you receive it immediately and then it says,

00:39:27.080 --> 00:39:29.680
with patience, cultivate the promise.

00:39:29.680 --> 00:39:31.480
Hebrews 10, 34 and 35.

00:39:32.680 --> 00:39:35.280
Patience and immediacy have to work together.

00:39:35.280 --> 00:39:39.280
When they combine, you have what you believed for

00:39:39.280 --> 00:39:40.280
and you receive it.

00:39:44.080 --> 00:39:46.680
You know, I think Acts 29 has a corporate ability

00:39:46.680 --> 00:39:48.080
to believe for great things,

00:39:48.080 --> 00:39:51.880
but has not yet built up the individual capacity

00:39:51.880 --> 00:39:54.880
to receive things that are ridiculous.

00:39:54.880 --> 00:39:56.680
We have the corporate ability.

00:39:56.680 --> 00:40:00.280
We, as a people together, can achieve great things,

00:40:00.280 --> 00:40:03.480
putting our faith, but when it comes to individual lives,

00:40:03.480 --> 00:40:05.880
we have to up our game some more.

00:40:08.280 --> 00:40:11.080
This involves a little bit of work, guys.

00:40:11.080 --> 00:40:12.880
It involves going to the word.

00:40:12.880 --> 00:40:14.880
It involves believing God.

00:40:14.880 --> 00:40:16.880
It involves receiving the Father.

00:40:16.880 --> 00:40:18.480
It involves going through this process.

00:40:18.480 --> 00:40:19.480
Why go through all this?

00:40:19.480 --> 00:40:21.880
Just resign yourself or call up the banker

00:40:21.880 --> 00:40:24.880
or call up your mother or call up your father and fix it.

00:40:26.480 --> 00:40:29.880
But you never get to enjoy the adventure of God

00:40:29.880 --> 00:40:31.080
when faith is absent.

00:40:33.280 --> 00:40:34.080
Never.

00:40:44.480 --> 00:40:46.080
Remember you have an active enemy.

00:40:47.480 --> 00:40:49.080
Remember you have an active enemy.

00:40:49.880 --> 00:40:50.680
The devil.

00:40:51.280 --> 00:40:52.280
Now here's the thing.

00:40:52.680 --> 00:40:56.680
The devil knows that he cannot penetrate the shield of faith.

00:40:57.880 --> 00:41:02.280
Ephesians 6 verse 16 says that you can quench the arrows

00:41:02.280 --> 00:41:05.280
of the evil one with the shield of faith.

00:41:05.280 --> 00:41:08.680
So the devil knows that he cannot penetrate the shield of faith.

00:41:08.680 --> 00:41:09.680
So what does he do?

00:41:09.680 --> 00:41:12.280
He tries to dissuade you from taking it up

00:41:12.280 --> 00:41:14.480
or persuade you to lay it down.

00:41:14.880 --> 00:41:16.680
And what trick does he use to do this?

00:41:16.680 --> 00:41:17.680
Viriness.

00:41:17.880 --> 00:41:19.280
He viries you.

00:41:19.480 --> 00:41:23.880
He viries you so that you won't go again and pick it up

00:41:23.880 --> 00:41:25.480
because you picked it up too often.

00:41:25.480 --> 00:41:28.680
He either dissuades you from picking it up

00:41:28.680 --> 00:41:31.080
or persuades you to lay it down

00:41:31.080 --> 00:41:35.880
because the weapon that he uses most effectively is attrition.

00:41:36.880 --> 00:41:40.880
Where the intent is can I keep up this pressure

00:41:40.880 --> 00:41:42.280
so that Jacob decides,

00:41:42.280 --> 00:41:44.080
eh, this is too much work.

00:41:46.880 --> 00:41:49.280
But if you can stand,

00:41:49.280 --> 00:41:53.080
you will break a bastion that he has built over years

00:41:53.080 --> 00:41:54.680
and it will never rise again.

00:41:55.280 --> 00:41:56.680
Never rise again.

00:41:58.680 --> 00:42:01.080
You can't imagine the number of times

00:42:01.080 --> 00:42:05.280
I had to stand up with faith against sickness.

00:42:06.680 --> 00:42:08.680
For years I did that

00:42:08.680 --> 00:42:11.280
when now that bastion's crumbled

00:42:11.280 --> 00:42:13.880
and it is not much of a fight.

00:42:13.880 --> 00:42:15.680
When you arm wrestle someone,

00:42:15.680 --> 00:42:17.880
once you beat them three times,

00:42:17.880 --> 00:42:19.680
they come to the table afraid.

00:42:22.880 --> 00:42:26.880
I've tried it with my 11-year-old nephew.

00:42:28.080 --> 00:42:30.480
He is dead scared of me now.

00:42:37.680 --> 00:42:38.680
So,

00:42:39.680 --> 00:42:42.280
don't cast away your confidence.

00:42:42.280 --> 00:42:44.680
There's an old song, children's song,

00:42:44.680 --> 00:42:47.480
keep the switch of faith turned on.

00:42:47.480 --> 00:42:49.280
Don't cast away your confidence,

00:42:49.280 --> 00:42:51.280
keep the switch of faith turned on.

00:42:51.280 --> 00:42:52.680
Don't cast away your confidence,

00:42:52.680 --> 00:42:54.280
Hebrews 10.35,

00:42:54.280 --> 00:42:56.280
because great are the rewards.

00:42:56.280 --> 00:42:57.880
Great are the rewards.

00:43:03.280 --> 00:43:04.280
So,

00:43:04.280 --> 00:43:06.680
don't cast away your confidence.

00:43:07.680 --> 00:43:09.080
Let me conclude.

00:43:09.080 --> 00:43:10.280
Use words, guys.

00:43:10.280 --> 00:43:11.880
When you feel like you're weary,

00:43:11.880 --> 00:43:13.480
when you, my God, man,

00:43:13.480 --> 00:43:17.280
this is such a cancer in our midst.

00:43:17.280 --> 00:43:19.280
We do not use words.

00:43:19.280 --> 00:43:23.080
If after being persuaded you cannot use words,

00:43:23.080 --> 00:43:26.880
it's highly unlikely that you will use words at home.

00:43:26.880 --> 00:43:30.680
Guys, I know that most of you are resilient and stubborn,

00:43:30.680 --> 00:43:32.080
but may I say something to you?

00:43:32.080 --> 00:43:33.280
You're not disciplined.

00:43:37.080 --> 00:43:38.880
It doesn't, it's not a blanket statement.

00:43:38.880 --> 00:43:40.680
Maybe some of you are very disciplined,

00:43:40.680 --> 00:43:43.080
but by a general rule,

00:43:43.080 --> 00:43:45.080
we are stubborn, but we are not disciplined.

00:43:45.080 --> 00:43:47.880
Stubbornness is what happens when we take a stubborn stand.

00:43:47.880 --> 00:43:49.680
Nope, this is the way I want it.

00:43:49.680 --> 00:43:51.480
It's not childlike, it's childish.

00:43:51.480 --> 00:43:52.480
It's churlish.

00:43:52.480 --> 00:43:54.080
It just demands its way.

00:43:54.080 --> 00:43:55.280
Discipline is something else.

00:43:55.280 --> 00:43:57.280
Discipline happens in here.

00:43:57.280 --> 00:44:00.080
Discipline repeats, repeats, repeats, repeats,

00:44:00.080 --> 00:44:02.480
and that is painful.

00:44:02.480 --> 00:44:03.880
And if we don't learn it now,

00:44:03.880 --> 00:44:06.480
we will not learn it in our old age.

00:44:06.480 --> 00:44:07.480
Unfortunately.

00:44:11.480 --> 00:44:13.280
Stubbornness and discipline are two different things.

00:44:13.280 --> 00:44:14.280
Don't confuse them.

00:44:15.680 --> 00:44:17.480
Just because you can take a stubborn stance

00:44:17.480 --> 00:44:18.880
doesn't mean you are disciplined.

00:44:18.880 --> 00:44:20.080
It just means you're stubborn.

00:44:23.280 --> 00:44:24.680
I need to make that very clear

00:44:24.680 --> 00:44:26.680
because I've seen people in this church

00:44:26.680 --> 00:44:28.880
who really can stand,

00:44:28.880 --> 00:44:30.480
have a high threshold of pain,

00:44:30.480 --> 00:44:32.880
can be stubborn, can get things done,

00:44:32.880 --> 00:44:34.480
but ask them to do something repeatedly

00:44:34.480 --> 00:44:36.280
over a few weeks, months,

00:44:36.280 --> 00:44:37.880
and you don't have the discipline for it.

00:44:49.880 --> 00:44:52.080
These things are learned through discipline.

00:44:52.080 --> 00:44:53.680
You got to do it again and again.

00:44:53.680 --> 00:44:54.280
What?

00:44:54.280 --> 00:44:56.480
Just because you get knocked down five times a day,

00:44:56.480 --> 00:44:57.680
you're going to stay down?

00:44:57.680 --> 00:44:58.480
Really?

00:44:59.680 --> 00:45:00.880
Phoebe would never walk.

00:45:04.480 --> 00:45:05.880
I'm sorry, I'm getting irritated.

00:45:08.280 --> 00:45:09.680
Use words, guys.

00:45:10.480 --> 00:45:12.080
No, actually, I'm not sorry at all.

00:45:13.080 --> 00:45:14.080
Use words.

00:45:14.880 --> 00:45:15.880
Use words.

00:45:15.880 --> 00:45:17.880
Use words when you're feeling weary,

00:45:17.880 --> 00:45:19.280
when you're feeling beaten down.

00:45:19.280 --> 00:45:19.880
Use words.

00:45:19.880 --> 00:45:22.280
Your faith or the lack of it speaks.

00:45:22.280 --> 00:45:24.680
Your faith or the lack of it speaks.

00:45:24.680 --> 00:45:25.480
Use words.

00:45:25.480 --> 00:45:28.680
It has the power to impart life or impart death.

00:45:28.680 --> 00:45:29.880
I know you know that.

00:45:29.880 --> 00:45:30.880
But use words.

00:45:30.880 --> 00:45:31.880
Use words.

00:45:31.880 --> 00:45:32.880
Use words.

00:45:32.880 --> 00:45:34.080
I know you know that.

00:45:34.080 --> 00:45:36.080
It's in Proverbs 18, verse 20.

00:45:37.080 --> 00:45:38.080
Use words.

00:45:40.080 --> 00:45:42.480
Steal your ship to the port of his calling

00:45:42.480 --> 00:45:43.880
by agreeing with him,

00:45:43.880 --> 00:45:46.480
by confessing things that he is saying about you.

00:45:47.480 --> 00:45:48.280
Remember, he said,

00:45:48.280 --> 00:45:50.680
whoever says to this mountain, be removed.

00:45:50.680 --> 00:45:53.680
Whoever says to this mulberry tree, be removed.

00:45:53.680 --> 00:45:55.880
There is this combination when you use words

00:45:55.880 --> 00:45:57.680
of faith and of authority,

00:45:57.680 --> 00:45:59.280
where you begin to speak to things.

00:45:59.280 --> 00:46:00.280
Be foolish.

00:46:00.280 --> 00:46:01.880
Speak to things.

00:46:03.480 --> 00:46:04.680
Speak to your back.

00:46:04.680 --> 00:46:06.280
Speak to my shoulder.

00:46:06.280 --> 00:46:08.080
Speak over people.

00:46:08.880 --> 00:46:10.880
Keeping it in our heads will not do any good.

00:46:10.880 --> 00:46:13.080
You don't know how many times I've said,

00:46:13.080 --> 00:46:14.880
rotate a cuff, you will heal.

00:46:14.880 --> 00:46:15.880
You will be repaired.

00:46:15.880 --> 00:46:18.080
God has healed my body over and over again

00:46:18.080 --> 00:46:19.280
in the last 32 years.

00:46:19.280 --> 00:46:20.480
This hand will be healed.

00:46:20.480 --> 00:46:23.080
And why am I saying it so confidently before you?

00:46:23.080 --> 00:46:25.280
Because I'll come and show you soon.

00:46:25.280 --> 00:46:28.080
This hand moving like a famous cricket bowler.

00:46:28.080 --> 00:46:29.080
Yeah.

00:46:29.080 --> 00:46:30.880
Right now I'm like that Sri Lankan bowler

00:46:30.880 --> 00:46:32.680
who has to throw the ball like this.

00:46:32.680 --> 00:46:34.080
What's his name?

00:46:34.080 --> 00:46:35.880
Okay, sorry.

00:46:35.880 --> 00:46:38.280
Apologies, apologies all around.

00:46:38.280 --> 00:46:40.280
Yeah.

00:46:40.280 --> 00:46:43.280
But soon, it'll be back in form.

00:46:43.280 --> 00:46:44.680
It's only a matter of time.

00:46:44.680 --> 00:46:47.080
This shoulder will repair.

00:46:48.080 --> 00:46:50.880
I'm not saying, God, you better do it, okay?

00:46:50.880 --> 00:46:52.480
My dignity is at stake.

00:46:52.480 --> 00:46:53.480
No.

00:46:53.480 --> 00:46:55.080
I'm not saying, God, you better do it, okay?

00:46:55.080 --> 00:46:56.080
My dignity is at stake.

00:46:56.080 --> 00:46:57.080
No.

00:46:57.080 --> 00:46:59.680
It's the most normal thing for him to do.

00:46:59.680 --> 00:47:04.680
After all, he's my father and he's back.

00:47:04.680 --> 00:47:07.880
He's willing, he's holy, he's aware,

00:47:07.880 --> 00:47:10.880
he is in charge and he's kind.

00:47:12.680 --> 00:47:13.680
Yeah.

00:47:15.080 --> 00:47:16.680
Use words, guys.

00:47:16.680 --> 00:47:18.480
Use words.

00:47:18.480 --> 00:47:19.880
And let me end with this sentence.

00:47:19.880 --> 00:47:21.880
In my...

00:47:21.880 --> 00:47:24.880
The more I quote COAT,

00:47:24.880 --> 00:47:28.880
the more I quote my heart with faith,

00:47:28.880 --> 00:47:32.480
the more I will reflect God's presence and promise.

00:47:32.480 --> 00:47:33.880
The more you do this,

00:47:33.880 --> 00:47:37.880
the more your heart gets coated with fresh...

00:47:38.880 --> 00:47:40.880
the fresh paint of faith.

00:47:40.880 --> 00:47:42.480
And if you don't,

00:47:42.480 --> 00:47:44.880
your heart will reflect your circumstances.

00:47:44.880 --> 00:47:49.880
If you do, your heart will mirror God's promise and provision.

00:47:49.880 --> 00:47:51.880
That's the strange thing with faith.

00:47:51.880 --> 00:47:53.880
You can't take a vacation,

00:47:53.880 --> 00:47:55.880
because when you take a vacation,

00:47:55.880 --> 00:47:59.880
the paint dries and it begins to reflect your circumstances.

00:47:59.880 --> 00:48:03.880
But as you begin to walk in faith on a daily basis,

00:48:03.880 --> 00:48:05.880
and here is a question I've asked Axe21 before.

00:48:05.880 --> 00:48:07.880
Is it your preference to walk in faith,

00:48:07.880 --> 00:48:10.880
or is it something you use when things are difficult?

00:48:13.880 --> 00:48:16.880
Jesus' preference was to walk in faith.

00:48:16.880 --> 00:48:18.880
It wasn't like, oops, no food today.

00:48:18.880 --> 00:48:20.880
Let's go fishing. Let's believe for fish.

00:48:20.880 --> 00:48:22.880
No, it was his preference.

00:48:22.880 --> 00:48:27.880
And so then your heart gets coated with faith

00:48:27.880 --> 00:48:32.880
and it begins to always reflect the promises and provision of God,

00:48:32.880 --> 00:48:35.880
while otherwise it will mirror your circumstances.

00:48:35.880 --> 00:48:38.880
And so faith has this ability to pull or connect

00:48:38.880 --> 00:48:41.880
what is available from my Father in heaven

00:48:41.880 --> 00:48:42.880
to my circumstances on earth.

00:48:42.880 --> 00:48:44.880
What a beautiful sentence.

00:48:44.880 --> 00:48:46.880
I don't know whether I came up with this sentence,

00:48:46.880 --> 00:48:47.880
beautiful sentence.

00:48:47.880 --> 00:48:49.880
I don't know whether I came up with it.

00:48:50.880 --> 00:48:51.880
Really, I forgot.

00:48:51.880 --> 00:48:53.880
Maybe it's someone else's, because it sounds really good.

00:48:53.880 --> 00:48:58.880
Faith pulls or connects what my Father has in heaven

00:48:58.880 --> 00:49:00.880
to my circumstances on earth.

00:49:00.880 --> 00:49:03.880
It's like when you pull two wires and connect them

00:49:03.880 --> 00:49:06.880
and the Christmas tree suddenly comes alight.

00:49:06.880 --> 00:49:07.880
It's like that.

00:49:07.880 --> 00:49:12.880
Faith pulls from heaven what my Father has for my situation

00:49:12.880 --> 00:49:14.880
and connects it to my circumstances on earth,

00:49:14.880 --> 00:49:16.880
and suddenly things begin to transpire.

00:49:16.880 --> 00:49:17.880
Any questions?

00:49:24.880 --> 00:49:25.880
Okay.

00:49:25.880 --> 00:49:27.880
Sheldon, you want to come and play for a second?

00:49:28.880 --> 00:49:30.880
Emily, you want to sing Miracle Worker?

00:49:33.880 --> 00:49:36.880
We'll end with that, and then if anyone needs prayer,

00:49:36.880 --> 00:49:38.880
we can pray for you.

00:49:38.880 --> 00:49:39.880
Okay.

00:49:41.880 --> 00:49:42.880
Pardon?

00:49:42.880 --> 00:49:44.880
You are here.

00:49:47.880 --> 00:49:51.880
Please believe that you receive it and behave like you receive it.

00:49:51.880 --> 00:49:53.880
It's critical.

00:49:54.880 --> 00:49:55.880
So important.

00:49:56.880 --> 00:49:58.880
Why are you standing in the middle of the hall?

00:49:59.880 --> 00:50:00.880
Let it show.

00:50:01.880 --> 00:50:02.880
Let it show.

00:50:09.880 --> 00:50:11.880
Let's sing the song as I play it.

00:50:12.880 --> 00:50:13.880
Please pray.

00:50:17.880 --> 00:50:19.880
Can I have the words for Waymaker?

00:50:19.880 --> 00:50:20.880
Thank you.

00:50:34.880 --> 00:50:41.880
You are here, moving in our midst.

00:50:42.880 --> 00:50:44.880
I worship you.

00:50:45.880 --> 00:50:48.880
I worship you.

00:50:49.880 --> 00:50:55.880
You are here, working in this place.

00:50:56.880 --> 00:50:58.880
I worship you.

00:50:59.880 --> 00:51:02.880
I worship you.

00:51:03.880 --> 00:51:10.880
You are here, moving in our midst.

00:51:11.880 --> 00:51:13.880
I worship you.

00:51:14.880 --> 00:51:17.880
I worship you.

00:51:18.880 --> 00:51:24.880
You are here, working in this place.

00:51:25.880 --> 00:51:27.880
I worship you.

00:51:28.880 --> 00:51:31.880
I worship you.

00:51:32.880 --> 00:51:39.880
Because you are Waymaker, Miracle Worker, Promise Keeper,

00:51:39.880 --> 00:51:46.880
Light in the darkness, my God, that is who you are.

00:51:47.880 --> 00:51:55.880
You are Waymaker, Miracle Worker, Promise Keeper,

00:51:55.880 --> 00:52:03.880
Light in the darkness, my God, that is who you are.

00:52:03.880 --> 00:52:05.880
That is who you are.

00:52:08.880 --> 00:52:11.880
That is who you are.

00:52:15.880 --> 00:52:18.880
Yes, that is who you are.

00:52:19.880 --> 00:52:26.880
You are here, touching every heart.

00:52:27.880 --> 00:52:30.880
I worship you.

00:52:30.880 --> 00:52:33.880
I worship you.

00:52:34.880 --> 00:52:41.880
You are here, healing every heart.

00:52:42.880 --> 00:52:45.880
I worship you.

00:52:46.880 --> 00:52:49.880
I worship you.

00:52:50.880 --> 00:52:56.880
You are here, and you're turning lives around.

00:52:57.880 --> 00:53:00.880
I worship you.

00:53:01.880 --> 00:53:04.880
I worship you.

00:53:05.880 --> 00:53:11.880
You are here, a man in every heart.

00:53:12.880 --> 00:53:14.880
I worship you.

00:53:15.880 --> 00:53:17.880
Let's sing that part again.

00:53:19.880 --> 00:53:25.880
You are here, working in this place.

00:53:26.880 --> 00:53:29.880
I worship you.

00:53:30.880 --> 00:53:33.880
I worship you.

00:53:34.880 --> 00:53:41.880
You are here, mending every heart.

00:53:42.880 --> 00:53:44.880
I worship you.

00:53:45.880 --> 00:53:47.880
I worship you.

00:53:48.880 --> 00:53:49.880
You are here, turning lives around.

00:53:49.880 --> 00:53:56.880
You are here, turning lives around.

00:53:57.880 --> 00:54:00.880
I worship you.

00:54:01.880 --> 00:54:02.880
I worship you.

00:54:03.880 --> 00:54:04.880
You're mending every heart.

00:54:05.880 --> 00:54:10.880
You are here, mending every heart.

00:54:11.880 --> 00:54:14.880
I worship you.

00:54:15.880 --> 00:54:18.880
I worship you.

00:54:19.880 --> 00:54:25.880
You are here, a way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper.

00:54:26.880 --> 00:54:33.880
Light in the darkness, my God, that is who you are.

00:54:34.880 --> 00:54:41.880
You are a way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper.

00:54:41.880 --> 00:54:48.880
Light in the darkness, my God, that is who you are.

00:54:49.880 --> 00:54:56.880
You are a way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper.

00:54:57.880 --> 00:55:04.880
Light in the darkness, my God, that is who you are.

00:55:04.880 --> 00:55:11.880
You are a way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper.

00:55:12.880 --> 00:55:20.880
Light in the darkness, my God, that is who you are.

00:55:21.880 --> 00:55:25.880
Even when I can't see it, you're working.

00:55:26.880 --> 00:55:29.880
Even when I can't feel it, you're working.

00:55:29.880 --> 00:55:33.880
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:55:34.880 --> 00:55:37.880
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:55:38.880 --> 00:55:41.880
Even when I can't feel it, you're working.

00:55:42.880 --> 00:55:44.880
Even when I don't see it, you're working.

00:55:45.880 --> 00:55:48.880
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:55:49.880 --> 00:55:52.880
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:55:53.880 --> 00:55:56.880
Even when I don't see it, you're working.

00:55:56.880 --> 00:56:00.880
Even when I don't feel it, you're working.

00:56:01.880 --> 00:56:03.880
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:56:04.880 --> 00:56:07.880
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:56:08.880 --> 00:56:11.880
Even when I don't feel it, you're working.

00:56:12.880 --> 00:56:14.880
Even when I don't see it, you're working.

00:56:15.880 --> 00:56:17.880
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:56:17.880 --> 00:56:21.520
You never stop, you never stop working.

00:56:21.520 --> 00:56:24.120
You never stop, never stop.

00:56:24.120 --> 00:56:29.120
You are way maker, miracle worker,

00:56:29.120 --> 00:56:33.720
promise keeper, light in the darkness.

00:56:33.720 --> 00:56:38.720
My God, that is who you are.

00:56:39.920 --> 00:56:44.800
You are way maker, miracle worker,

00:56:44.800 --> 00:56:49.200
promise keeper, light in the darkness.

00:56:49.200 --> 00:56:54.200
My God, that is who you are.

00:56:54.560 --> 00:56:57.560
That is who you are.

00:57:02.240 --> 00:57:06.240
That is who you are.
