00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:05.000
We'll break bread after this.

00:00:05.000 --> 00:00:10.000
Sam, you'll be so highly influential in this land.

00:00:10.000 --> 00:00:15.000
And I'll tell you why, because you have this

00:00:15.000 --> 00:00:20.000
annoying consistency.

00:00:20.000 --> 00:00:25.000
Really, annoyingly consistent. Just won't let go.

00:00:25.000 --> 00:00:30.000
Just will keep doing the same thing again and again and again.

00:00:30.000 --> 00:00:35.000
You're going to be so highly influential in this land.

00:00:35.000 --> 00:00:40.000
So I don't know what you're studying for, but

00:00:40.000 --> 00:00:45.000
head towards bureaucracy. It's a dirty

00:00:45.000 --> 00:00:50.000
word, but you can make it better. As in, end up

00:00:50.000 --> 00:00:55.000
helping people in government make good decisions.

00:00:55.000 --> 00:01:00.000
Yeah? So I'm not saying go stand for elections or stuff like that,

00:01:00.000 --> 00:01:05.000
because you're not corrupt enough. But you have the ability

00:01:05.000 --> 00:01:10.000
to influence those that are in power.

00:01:10.000 --> 00:01:15.000
And be annoyingly persistent as you are.

00:01:16.000 --> 00:01:21.000
I know you're too young, but you'll remember these words.

00:01:21.000 --> 00:01:26.000
The woman you meet and that you will marry will love your annoying persistence.

00:01:26.000 --> 00:01:31.000
She won't be someone who's looking for a guy who's going to go bungee jumping.

00:01:31.000 --> 00:01:36.000
But this will be the one quality she'll really like about you.

00:01:36.000 --> 00:01:41.000
That here is a guy who is so, not picky, not

00:01:41.000 --> 00:01:46.000
perfectionist, not finicky, but so

00:01:46.000 --> 00:01:51.000
studied about things you do. It's a brilliant quality, man. I don't have it.

00:01:51.000 --> 00:01:56.000
And because of that, you'll find your domain just

00:01:56.000 --> 00:02:01.000
increasing continuously. Because the one thing that makes

00:02:01.000 --> 00:02:06.000
God increase what you manage is your faithfulness. And you have that

00:02:06.000 --> 00:02:11.000
in Trump's. How old are you? Nuts, man. How do you get it at 16?

00:02:21.000 --> 00:02:26.000
Okay. Guys, so today we continue with Kingdom.

00:02:26.000 --> 00:02:31.000
And if you want a title for the topic, it's functional DNA.

00:02:31.000 --> 00:02:36.000
I know it sounds fancy, but it's really not. Functional DNA.

00:02:36.000 --> 00:02:41.000
Functional DNA.

00:02:41.000 --> 00:02:46.000
And all that means is, what is it that causes the kingdom to function?

00:02:46.000 --> 00:02:51.000
What are the essentials? Functional DNA. That's the title. So we continue with the idea of

00:02:51.000 --> 00:02:56.000
Kingdom. And we tried defining Kingdom last week. I don't know if you remember.

00:02:56.000 --> 00:03:01.000
So we said that the Kingdom is the rule, the control,

00:03:01.000 --> 00:03:06.000
the rule, the control, the influence

00:03:06.000 --> 00:03:11.000
of the King of the Universe.

00:03:11.000 --> 00:03:16.000
The rule, the control, the influence of the King of the Universe over his domain.

00:03:16.000 --> 00:03:21.000
Over his domain.

00:03:21.000 --> 00:03:26.000
Why? Because he wants to impact

00:03:26.000 --> 00:03:31.000
his domain with his will,

00:03:31.000 --> 00:03:36.000
with his purpose, with his victory,

00:03:36.000 --> 00:03:41.000
with his intent. And in the process,

00:03:41.000 --> 00:03:46.000
he begins to produce here on Earth,

00:03:46.000 --> 00:03:51.000
a culture, values,

00:03:51.000 --> 00:03:56.000
lifestyle that

00:03:56.000 --> 00:04:01.000
displays his glorious nature

00:04:01.000 --> 00:04:06.000
and his desire for his people.

00:04:06.000 --> 00:04:11.000
That's what we said it was last time. That the Kingdom is the

00:04:11.000 --> 00:04:16.000
rule, the control, the influence of the King of the Universe over his domain.

00:04:16.000 --> 00:04:21.000
In our case, the King rules everything.

00:04:21.000 --> 00:04:26.000
Why does he do this? Because he wants to impact his domain with his will, with his purpose,

00:04:26.000 --> 00:04:31.000
with his victory, because there are things to subdue, with his intent.

00:04:31.000 --> 00:04:36.000
Dot your I's and cross your T's always, guys. With his will, purpose, victory, intent.

00:04:36.000 --> 00:04:41.000
And in the process of doing that,

00:04:41.000 --> 00:04:46.000
in the process of using his rule and control and influence to do that, he begins to produce here on Earth

00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:51.000
a culture, values, and a lifestyle amongst his people

00:04:51.000 --> 00:04:56.000
that displays his glorious nature and displays his desires.

00:04:56.000 --> 00:05:01.000
And it's always expressed through the people that he prepares. So we talked about that last time.

00:05:01.000 --> 00:05:06.000
And so this time we want to look at, okay, so what's the functional DNA of the Kingdom as in?

00:05:06.000 --> 00:05:11.000
What is it that allows the Kingdom to

00:05:11.000 --> 00:05:16.000
work well amongst us? We are the ones who need functional DNA. What is it that

00:05:16.000 --> 00:05:21.000
will help us live the Kingdom very normally in life, where you can be in any situation

00:05:21.000 --> 00:05:26.000
and you know the keys that make this Kingdom work in our midst?

00:05:26.000 --> 00:05:31.000
So that's what we look at. So the Kingdom has keys. The Kingdom has keys.

00:05:31.000 --> 00:05:36.000
The Kingdom has keys. Matthew 16, 19 talks about it. The Kingdom has keys.

00:05:36.000 --> 00:05:41.000
In Matthew 16, 19, Peter stumbled upon it.

00:05:41.000 --> 00:05:46.000
But we are not supposed to stumble on it. It's all been provided for us.

00:05:46.000 --> 00:05:51.000
What do you mean Kingdom has keys? Okay, so you come here. Let's assume this building is a Kingdom.

00:05:52.000 --> 00:05:57.000
You can't enter if you don't have keys. And so the first key that is given to anybody

00:05:57.000 --> 00:06:02.000
who wants to enter and function in this Kingdom is that unless you be born again,

00:06:02.000 --> 00:06:07.000
and there are three, I mean just look at just that bit. Four things that you have to keep in mind if you want to

00:06:07.000 --> 00:06:12.000
even be just participating at the entry of this Kingdom. One, you have to be born again.

00:06:12.000 --> 00:06:17.000
Two, you have to be born of water and of

00:06:17.000 --> 00:06:22.000
Spirit. Yeah, fire.

00:06:22.000 --> 00:06:27.000
You have to be born again. You have to be born of water and the Spirit. You have to be like a little child.

00:06:27.000 --> 00:06:32.000
Otherwise you cannot enter the Kingdom.

00:06:32.000 --> 00:06:37.000
So these three are just basics. And four, you have to realize that

00:06:37.000 --> 00:06:42.000
the Kingdom of God is in your midst even though you cannot see it. And we'll talk about it later.

00:06:42.000 --> 00:06:47.000
And four, simple keys just for entry.

00:06:47.000 --> 00:06:52.000
Peter took it a step further when he was the first man on the face of the earth, the first man in the universe

00:06:52.000 --> 00:06:57.000
to look at Jesus and say, you are Christ the anointed one, the Messiah, the one who is the Son of God

00:06:57.000 --> 00:07:02.000
that we have heard about through our prophets all this time. First man on the face of the earth. What does that do for him?

00:07:02.000 --> 00:07:07.000
Suddenly Jesus says to him, okay, since you made this discovery

00:07:07.000 --> 00:07:12.000
and you have the audacity to speak it out, I will give you the keys

00:07:12.000 --> 00:07:17.000
to open and shut this Kingdom.

00:07:17.000 --> 00:07:22.000
Once you begin to grasp some of the things that makes this Kingdom function,

00:07:22.000 --> 00:07:27.000
you'll be surprised at how well you can walk in it here and draw people to walk in it too.

00:07:27.000 --> 00:07:32.000
So the keys to the Kingdom. Matthew 16, 19 talks about it.

00:07:32.000 --> 00:07:37.000
Tons of keys. We'll discuss some. It's too exhaustive.

00:07:37.000 --> 00:07:42.000
So when we are talking about keys, we are talking about the laws, the principles,

00:07:42.000 --> 00:07:47.000
laws, the principles,

00:07:47.000 --> 00:07:52.000
and core truths, and core truths

00:07:52.000 --> 00:07:57.000
that aren't very difficult.

00:07:57.000 --> 00:08:02.000
And if we hold on to them, we'll function really well with them.

00:08:02.000 --> 00:08:07.000
And these then begin to anchor, they begin to ignite,

00:08:07.000 --> 00:08:12.000
they begin to fuel Kingdom life.

00:08:17.000 --> 00:08:22.000
I mean, just think, if everybody got those three things together,

00:08:22.000 --> 00:08:27.000
that one of the keys to entry to the Kingdom is I have to be born again.

00:08:27.000 --> 00:08:32.000
Two, I have to be born of water and spirits, and we can't go into defining that right now.

00:08:32.000 --> 00:08:37.000
Three, I have to be like a little child. Guys, even as we listen to this teaching, even as I'm teaching it,

00:08:37.000 --> 00:08:42.000
unless I teach it as a child who's understood it, and unless you receive it as a child,

00:08:42.000 --> 00:08:47.000
you will not benefit from these Kingdom principles.

00:08:47.000 --> 00:08:52.000
And I'll get off the bat that I have to approach anything with regard to the Kingdom as a child.

00:08:52.000 --> 00:08:57.000
Not childishly, but as a child.

00:08:57.000 --> 00:09:02.000
And what do I mean, approach things of the Kingdom as a child?

00:09:02.000 --> 00:09:07.000
It means taking these truths and receiving them with sufficient awe,

00:09:07.000 --> 00:09:12.000
a sense of discovery, an obsession, with joy,

00:09:12.000 --> 00:09:17.000
trusting that these truths will affect you.

00:09:17.000 --> 00:09:22.000
This is how kids react.

00:09:22.000 --> 00:09:27.000
I used to be very friendly with two kids who are now 35, and I would bring them things

00:09:27.000 --> 00:09:32.000
like nails, hooks,

00:09:32.000 --> 00:09:37.000
Lego pieces from under my bed,

00:09:37.000 --> 00:09:42.000
and I'd give to them and I'd spin a story about how this Lego piece fell off the space shuttle

00:09:42.000 --> 00:09:47.000
or stuff like that, and they would then take it and there would be this awe,

00:09:47.000 --> 00:09:52.000
this sense of discovery, this obsession. It fell off a space shuttle, it fell off a space shuttle,

00:09:52.000 --> 00:09:57.000
and then trying to figure out where it fit on the space shuttle, and then the joy of it,

00:09:57.000 --> 00:10:02.000
and the receiving it with so much trust, which was wrong on my part, but with God that won't happen.

00:10:02.000 --> 00:10:07.000
Yeah, but you get the point.

00:10:07.000 --> 00:10:12.000
But the thing is, that is how I must receive these truths, and we find it very hard to receive these truths like this,

00:10:12.000 --> 00:10:17.000
either because we come from a place of, yeah, I know this, or we come from a place of,

00:10:17.000 --> 00:10:22.000
I'm not sure this works. So even as I was writing these notes, I was telling the Lord, Father,

00:10:22.000 --> 00:10:27.000
I've got to come and teach this and receive it like a child.

00:10:27.000 --> 00:10:32.000
And once you discover these keys, guys,

00:10:32.000 --> 00:10:37.000
and we already know many of them, we're just trying to be intentional about it,

00:10:37.000 --> 00:10:42.000
once you discover these keys, you'll find that you are able to appropriate,

00:10:42.000 --> 00:10:47.000
you're able to appropriate the benefits of the Kingdom,

00:10:47.000 --> 00:10:52.000
the privileges of the Kingdom,

00:10:52.000 --> 00:10:57.000
you're able to appropriate the benefits of the Kingdom and the privileges of the Kingdom,

00:10:57.000 --> 00:11:02.000
and you're able to function well. And the great thing about this Kingdom is that this Kingdom exists for the sake of others.

00:11:02.000 --> 00:11:07.000
So the more you begin to appropriate benefits, privileges, and functions,

00:11:07.000 --> 00:11:12.000
the more others benefit. That's the strange thing about this Kingdom.

00:11:12.000 --> 00:11:17.000
Like I said earlier on, the Church is the only organization that exists for the benefit of others.

00:11:17.000 --> 00:11:22.000
The Church is the only organization in the world that exists for the benefit of others.

00:11:22.000 --> 00:11:27.000
This Kingdom is the same. So every time I appropriate a benefit of the Kingdom,

00:11:27.000 --> 00:11:32.000
because I have started discovering new keys, new principles, new laws,

00:11:32.000 --> 00:11:37.000
and core truths like a child, as I appropriate benefits, privileges,

00:11:37.000 --> 00:11:42.000
and function well in it, others benefit.

00:11:42.000 --> 00:11:47.000
And these principles, laws, and keys, God declared them, and they are unchanging.

00:11:47.000 --> 00:11:52.000
If you go to Ecclesiastes 8,

00:11:52.000 --> 00:11:57.000
Ecclesiastes 8, verse 2 to 5.

00:11:57.000 --> 00:12:02.000
Hey, my niece is watching.

00:12:02.000 --> 00:12:07.000
Hi, Leah. Ecclesiastes 8, verse 2 to 5.

00:12:07.000 --> 00:12:12.000
Obey the King's command, because you took an oath before God.

00:12:12.000 --> 00:12:17.000
Do not be in a hurry to leave the King's presence. Do not stand up for a bad cause,

00:12:17.000 --> 00:12:22.000
for he will do whatever he pleases. Since the King's word is supreme,

00:12:22.000 --> 00:12:27.000
who can say to him, what are you doing?

00:12:27.000 --> 00:12:32.000
As in, the intent of Ecclesiastes 8 is to let us know that the King's word is supreme.

00:12:32.000 --> 00:12:37.000
It cannot be changed. What he decides, what he says, that's it.

00:12:37.000 --> 00:12:42.000
And so all these keys, laws, and principles are amen and unchanging.

00:12:42.000 --> 00:12:47.000
And so you can stake your life on it and know that it will work.

00:12:47.000 --> 00:12:52.000
I know you know that, but it is important to say that.

00:12:52.000 --> 00:12:57.000
The other thing about this is the Kingdom and the King cannot be separated.

00:12:57.000 --> 00:13:02.000
The Kingdom peuvent nicht sich verbreiten.

00:13:02.000 --> 00:13:07.000
The Kingdom and the King cannot be separated.

00:13:07.000 --> 00:13:12.000
Where the King is, there the Kingdom is.

00:13:12.000 --> 00:13:17.000
Everything the King is, the Kingdom is.

00:13:17.000 --> 00:13:22.000
Everything the King is, the Kingdom is.

00:13:22.000 --> 00:13:27.000
Where the Kingdom is, the Kingdom is.

00:13:27.000 --> 00:13:32.000
The Kingdom is.

00:13:32.000 --> 00:13:37.000
Just ponder on that for a second.

00:13:37.000 --> 00:13:42.000
The Kingdom and the King cannot be separated. Everything the King is.

00:13:42.000 --> 00:13:47.000
Is your King kind? The Kingdom is kind. Is your King a healer? The Kingdom heals. Is your King merciful? The Kingdom is merciful.

00:13:47.000 --> 00:13:52.000
Is the Kingdom pure? The Kingdom is pure.

00:13:52.000 --> 00:13:57.000
Is the King's ways right? Then the Kingdom's ways are right.

00:13:57.000 --> 00:14:02.000
And so you can't be part of this Kingdom and not be like the King because there's a disconnect there.

00:14:02.000 --> 00:14:07.000
And so everywhere the King is, the Kingdom is.

00:14:07.000 --> 00:14:12.000
And everything the King is, the Kingdom is.

00:14:12.000 --> 00:14:17.000
Everywhere the King is, the Kingdom is.

00:14:17.000 --> 00:14:22.000
Now do you understand why it says in Luke 17, 21 where Jesus says to them, the Kingdom of God is in your midst.

00:14:22.000 --> 00:14:27.000
Why is the Kingdom of God in your midst? Because where the King is, there the Kingdom is.

00:14:27.000 --> 00:14:32.000
Where is the King? Right here. Right here.

00:14:32.000 --> 00:14:37.000
And therefore he goes ahead and says, the Kingdom of God is in your midst. Why? Because the King has arrived and where the King is, there the Kingdom is.

00:14:37.000 --> 00:14:42.000
And so everything the King is, the Kingdom is. Whatever he says represents everything that the Kingdom is supposed to do.

00:14:42.000 --> 00:14:47.000
You cannot separate them.

00:14:47.000 --> 00:14:52.000
What happened during the Crusades, which is still a sticking point in one half of the world,

00:14:52.000 --> 00:14:57.000
is that the King and the Kingdom were separate.

00:14:57.000 --> 00:15:02.000
The King was benevolent, the Crusade wasn't.

00:15:02.000 --> 00:15:07.000
The King was merciful, the Crusades weren't.

00:15:07.000 --> 00:15:12.000
The King was about people, the Kingdom was about land. And it got separated.

00:15:12.000 --> 00:15:17.000
Every time the Church separates King and Kingdom, we get a distorted future.

00:15:17.000 --> 00:15:22.000
We get a distorted future.

00:15:22.000 --> 00:15:27.000
Because people remember.

00:15:27.000 --> 00:15:32.000
Any questions, guys? Any thoughts?

00:15:32.000 --> 00:15:37.000
Okay.

00:15:37.000 --> 00:15:42.000
So let's look at some of these keys.

00:15:42.000 --> 00:15:47.000
The first one is, this King is Lord.

00:15:47.000 --> 00:15:52.000
And it's not always the case, guys, with Kings.

00:15:52.000 --> 00:15:57.000
This King is Lord.

00:15:57.000 --> 00:16:02.000
Lord comes from a word, Kyrios.

00:16:02.000 --> 00:16:07.000
Let's just spell it this way for now.

00:16:07.000 --> 00:16:12.000
Which means, Tyrant Ruler.

00:16:12.000 --> 00:16:17.000
Only in this case, he is benevolent and not a tyrant.

00:16:17.000 --> 00:16:22.000
This King is Lord.

00:16:22.000 --> 00:16:27.000
He's so absolute, so sovereign.

00:16:27.000 --> 00:16:32.000
And the only reason things are the way they are is just because he's merciful and kind.

00:16:32.000 --> 00:16:37.000
But if you remove mercy and kindness from him, then he becomes a tyrant.

00:16:37.000 --> 00:16:42.000
The word Kyrios, or Lord, means one who is a tyrant, one who rules absolutely.

00:16:43.000 --> 00:16:48.000
And this King rules absolutely, where he's different from the actual meaning of the word,

00:16:48.000 --> 00:16:53.000
is in that he is kind and he is merciful.

00:16:53.000 --> 00:16:58.000
And the only reason we are the way we are in this world right now is because his mercy waits.

00:16:58.000 --> 00:17:03.000
And his mercy shows kindness.

00:17:03.000 --> 00:17:08.000
Can you imagine if I was God? You don't want to.

00:17:09.000 --> 00:17:14.000
There would be no maple leaves.

00:17:14.000 --> 00:17:19.000
There would be no Boston Bruins to begin with. Then it gets worse from there on.

00:17:19.000 --> 00:17:24.000
So, go to Revelation 17, 14.

00:17:38.000 --> 00:17:43.000
Someone said the definition of eternity

00:17:43.000 --> 00:17:48.000
is the canucks or the leaves winning the Stanley Cup.

00:17:48.000 --> 00:17:53.000
Okay.

00:17:53.000 --> 00:17:58.000
Revelation 17, verse 14.

00:17:58.000 --> 00:18:03.000
Could you guys sit in the back row or something?

00:18:03.000 --> 00:18:08.000
They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them.

00:18:08.000 --> 00:18:13.000
I love the next line. Why will he triumph over them? Because he's the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings,

00:18:13.000 --> 00:18:18.000
and with him will be his call chosen in faithful ones.

00:18:18.000 --> 00:18:23.000
They will wage war against the Lamb, as in those that want to overthrow this King

00:18:23.000 --> 00:18:28.000
will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them.

00:18:28.000 --> 00:18:33.000
They're not even calling him the Lion.

00:18:33.000 --> 00:18:38.000
They're going with the other part of him, the merciful, kind, slain, risen part of him.

00:18:38.000 --> 00:18:43.000
They're not going to the Lion, absolute monarch, sovereign. No, they're saying the Lamb will overcome.

00:18:43.000 --> 00:18:48.000
Imagine what the Lion can do then. It's very deliberate there. They will wage war against the Lamb.

00:18:48.000 --> 00:18:53.000
They're waging war against the Lamb, not the Lion, because they wouldn't be able to stand before him.

00:18:53.000 --> 00:18:58.000
They'll wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them. Why?

00:18:58.000 --> 00:19:03.000
Simply because he's the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings, and with him will be his call chosen in faithful followers.

00:19:03.000 --> 00:19:08.000
You and I have the privilege of being his called faithful and chosen followers.

00:19:08.000 --> 00:19:13.000
We were called, we were chosen. Faithfulness is up to us.

00:19:13.000 --> 00:19:18.000
These are the privileges we have, guys.

00:19:18.000 --> 00:19:23.000
We don't reflect on this daily because circumstances take over.

00:19:23.000 --> 00:19:28.000
Psalm 24, verse 1 and 2.

00:19:28.000 --> 00:19:33.000
We're trying to establish how this is such a key part of the functional DNA.

00:19:33.000 --> 00:19:38.000
We understand the absolute sovereignty of this God over your life and over the earth,

00:19:38.000 --> 00:19:43.000
though it doesn't seem so. Guys, you need DNA to function a certain way

00:19:43.000 --> 00:19:48.000
because everything else is screaming otherwise.

00:19:48.000 --> 00:19:53.000
Everything else is screaming otherwise. This is not the truth.

00:19:53.000 --> 00:19:58.000
Then you go back here and say, this is the DNA of the Kingdom.

00:19:58.000 --> 00:20:03.000
It helps you recapture what is invisible but real.

00:20:03.000 --> 00:20:08.000
Psalm 24, verse 1 and 2.

00:20:08.000 --> 00:20:13.000
The earth is the Lord and everything in it like nothing is left out.

00:20:13.000 --> 00:20:18.000
The earth is the Lord and everything in it, the world or the universe and all who live in it.

00:20:18.000 --> 00:20:23.000
He founded it on the seas and established it on the waters like nothing lives unless he permits.

00:20:23.000 --> 00:20:28.000
Everything consists in him.

00:20:28.000 --> 00:20:33.000
Go to Hebrews 1. I love that verse. Hebrews 1, verse 3.

00:20:33.000 --> 00:20:38.000
Gosh, what kind of power is this?

00:20:38.000 --> 00:20:43.000
What will it be like to see him in reality?

00:20:43.000 --> 00:20:48.000
Hebrews 1, 3.

00:20:48.000 --> 00:20:53.000
The sun is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being,

00:20:53.000 --> 00:20:58.000
sustaining all things by his powerful word, as in he sustains everything by his word.

00:20:58.000 --> 00:21:03.000
He makes things exist.

00:21:03.000 --> 00:21:08.000
He holds things in orbit by his word.

00:21:08.000 --> 00:21:13.000
Let's look at one more scripture. Daniel 4, verse 34.

00:21:13.000 --> 00:21:18.000
This came from the mouth of a pagan king who thought he was something and then found out that he wasn't.

00:21:18.000 --> 00:21:23.000
Daniel 4, verse 34.

00:21:23.000 --> 00:21:28.000
This is the story of Nebuchadnezzar after he's restored.

00:21:35.000 --> 00:21:40.000
At the end of the time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes towards heaven and my sanity was restored.

00:21:40.000 --> 00:21:45.000
Then I praised the Most High. I honored and glorified him who lives forever.

00:21:45.000 --> 00:21:50.000
His dominion is an eternal dominion. His kingdom endures from generation to generation.

00:21:50.000 --> 00:21:55.000
All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing.

00:21:55.000 --> 00:22:00.000
He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth.

00:22:00.000 --> 00:22:05.000
No one can hold back his hand and say to him, what have you done?

00:22:05.000 --> 00:22:10.000
I love that. Verse 35.

00:22:10.000 --> 00:22:15.000
He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven.

00:22:15.000 --> 00:22:20.000
These are kings who knew the power of witchcraft, knew the power that existed.

00:22:20.000 --> 00:22:25.000
These are kings who grew up in the plains of Shinar, who knew what Nimrod had started and what continued.

00:22:25.000 --> 00:22:30.000
These kings are now saying after they've been brought down,

00:22:30.000 --> 00:22:35.000
that I know how he deals with the powers of the heavens and the peoples on the earth.

00:22:35.000 --> 00:22:40.000
There's such absolute sovereignty that once we grasp the key, we begin to see more of it.

00:22:45.000 --> 00:22:50.000
The thing is because we don't have these keys tied to our shoulder

00:22:50.000 --> 00:22:55.000
or in our pockets, we lose our sense of it.

00:22:55.000 --> 00:23:00.000
You know when Jesus says, I put the keys of David on you,

00:23:00.000 --> 00:23:05.000
there used to be this magistrate who was the one who would allow entry into the king's presence

00:23:05.000 --> 00:23:10.000
and exit from the king's presence. He would have the keys on his shoulders

00:23:11.000 --> 00:23:16.000
as a sign of this is government, this is what I carry.

00:23:16.000 --> 00:23:21.000
I decide who goes in and who goes out.

00:23:21.000 --> 00:23:26.000
I'm not even going through all the keys, I'll just go through some.

00:23:26.000 --> 00:23:31.000
The more we get used to this idea, the more we will see an invisible kingdom.

00:23:31.000 --> 00:23:36.000
The more we get used to the idea, the more we see an invisible kingdom.

00:23:36.000 --> 00:23:41.000
It's like getting a new car. You never notice that there were cars like that on the road

00:23:41.000 --> 00:23:46.000
until you get that car and then everybody has that.

00:23:46.000 --> 00:23:51.000
Until then it was rare and you go buy it and then everybody has it and they have it in the same color.

00:23:51.000 --> 00:23:56.000
Because suddenly now that you become aware of it, you notice it everywhere.

00:23:56.000 --> 00:24:01.000
I don't know if that happens with bicycles, but with cars it does happen.

00:24:01.000 --> 00:24:06.000
No way, just checking.

00:24:06.000 --> 00:24:11.000
Second key, the kingdom has a standard of conduct.

00:24:11.000 --> 00:24:16.000
The kingdom has a standard of conduct.

00:24:16.000 --> 00:24:21.000
The kingdom has a standard of conduct that cannot be amended.

00:24:21.000 --> 00:24:26.000
That cannot be amended.

00:24:27.000 --> 00:24:32.000
Even if I'm not here next week, I'll zoom in.

00:24:32.000 --> 00:24:37.000
Because you guys have gotten so used to me over the last 513 days

00:24:37.000 --> 00:24:42.000
that I don't want to do the sudden thing where you're going to shock.

00:24:42.000 --> 00:24:47.000
So I'll be zooming and then eventually I'll move myself out.

00:24:47.000 --> 00:24:52.000
The kingdom has a standard of conduct that cannot be amended.

00:24:53.000 --> 00:24:58.000
So like I said, there can't be a disconnect between the king and the kingdom.

00:24:58.000 --> 00:25:03.000
And whenever there's a disconnect between the king and the kingdom,

00:25:03.000 --> 00:25:08.000
a future generation gets a distorted version.

00:25:08.000 --> 00:25:13.000
That's a sad thing. You and I can practice a disconnect between the king and kingdom.

00:25:13.000 --> 00:25:18.000
And tomorrow all those kids begin to get a distorted version.

00:25:18.000 --> 00:25:23.000
So we have to wait another generation before it's corrected.

00:25:23.000 --> 00:25:28.000
And so it has a standard of conduct that cannot be amended.

00:25:28.000 --> 00:25:33.000
Let's read some scriptures. Most of these things you know.

00:25:33.000 --> 00:25:38.000
So I'm just going to read out one of these keys and then you can go look at the scriptures.

00:25:38.000 --> 00:25:43.000
1 Corinthians 6, 9-11.

00:25:43.000 --> 00:25:48.000
And then 1 Corinthians 6, 9-11.

00:25:52.000 --> 00:25:55.000
Don't you realize that this is not the way to live?

00:25:55.000 --> 00:26:00.000
Unjust people who don't care about God will not be joining in this kingdom.

00:26:00.000 --> 00:26:05.000
Those who use and abuse each other, use and abuse sex, use and abuse the earth and everything in it,

00:26:05.000 --> 00:26:09.000
don't qualify as citizens in God's kingdom.

00:26:09.000 --> 00:26:14.000
A number of you know from experience what I'm talking about. For not so long ago you were on that list.

00:26:14.000 --> 00:26:19.000
Since then you've been cleaned up and given a fresh start by Jesus our master, our Messiah,

00:26:19.000 --> 00:26:24.000
and by our God present in us, the Spirit. Now let's read it from the NIV.

00:26:29.000 --> 00:26:34.000
The NIV is a little harsher, but it must be read harsher.

00:26:34.000 --> 00:26:39.000
Core truth, so let's not amend anything.

00:27:04.000 --> 00:27:08.000
Very unmistakable here, eh?

00:27:10.000 --> 00:27:15.000
Okay, let's look at another verse. Romans 12, 1-2. You know this really well.

00:27:15.000 --> 00:27:20.000
There is an expectation that those that say they are part of the kingdom behave like the king.

00:27:20.000 --> 00:27:23.000
Romans 12, 1-2.

00:27:23.000 --> 00:27:28.000
Therefore I urge you brothers and sisters in view of God's mercy

00:27:28.000 --> 00:27:33.000
to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God.

00:27:33.000 --> 00:27:37.000
This is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the patterns of this world,

00:27:37.000 --> 00:27:42.000
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve

00:27:42.000 --> 00:27:45.000
what God's will is, His good, pleasing and perfect will.

00:27:45.000 --> 00:27:49.000
So here's the thing guys, sometimes the dullness in figuring out the ways of God

00:27:49.000 --> 00:27:53.000
is simply because my body is not a living sacrifice.

00:27:53.000 --> 00:27:59.000
Not because my body is not a living sacrifice, because I'm not offering my body as a living sacrifice.

00:27:59.000 --> 00:28:05.000
Hear me again. Sometimes a dullness in knowing the good, pleasing and perfect will of God

00:28:05.000 --> 00:28:10.000
is because I'm not offering my body as a living sacrifice.

00:28:12.000 --> 00:28:21.000
One cannot withhold one's body from being offered as a holy, living sacrifice

00:28:21.000 --> 00:28:28.000
and yet expect at the same time that one will also figure out the good, pleasing and perfect will of God.

00:28:28.000 --> 00:28:30.000
It doesn't compute.

00:28:32.000 --> 00:28:34.000
Any questions?

00:28:40.000 --> 00:28:46.000
Yeah, so a living sacrifice had to be blemishless, had to be pure, had to be without fault.

00:28:46.000 --> 00:28:52.000
Now that's impossible for us, but that was what would be then taken as a living sacrifice in place before God.

00:28:52.000 --> 00:28:59.000
And so God is saying, hey Jacob, I expect you to have standards that cannot be amended.

00:28:59.000 --> 00:29:05.000
Where you fail, I will cover. But I do expect you to have standards that cannot be amended.

00:29:05.000 --> 00:29:08.000
Because a king and a kingdom cannot be separated.

00:29:08.000 --> 00:29:14.000
So I want you to aspire, not aspire, I want you to desire and then discipline yourself to live by those standards.

00:29:14.000 --> 00:29:19.000
And when you don't, you shouldn't then expect that there will be no dullness in the way you function.

00:29:20.000 --> 00:29:27.000
Because the verse that comes up after is, do not be conformed to the world, be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

00:29:27.000 --> 00:29:32.000
And in the process you will find out the good, pleasing and perfect will of God.

00:29:32.000 --> 00:29:40.000
The finding out of the good, pleasing and perfect will of God is to an extent dependent on the way I function with the king.

00:29:40.000 --> 00:29:42.000
Hey Annette.

00:29:43.000 --> 00:29:45.000
Sorry, I didn't see you.

00:29:45.000 --> 00:29:49.000
Yeah, I realized after I said hey Annette that you were trying to sneak in.

00:29:49.000 --> 00:29:51.000
Then it was too late.

00:29:56.000 --> 00:29:59.000
But since you have a mask on, nobody knows who you are.

00:30:03.000 --> 00:30:05.000
Does that explain?

00:30:05.000 --> 00:30:09.000
Okay, next one. Kingdom has sufficiency and provision.

00:30:09.000 --> 00:30:11.000
Kingdom has sufficiency and provision.

00:30:13.000 --> 00:30:19.000
Kingdom has sufficiency and provision.

00:30:24.000 --> 00:30:26.000
Kingdom has sufficiency and provision.

00:30:26.000 --> 00:30:29.000
These are keys of the kingdom. Jesus explained this.

00:30:29.000 --> 00:30:32.000
So please let us not come up with our own theories.

00:30:32.000 --> 00:30:38.000
Please. I was reading a book about stewardship that someone showed me.

00:30:38.000 --> 00:30:44.000
And one of the lines in that was that we should not expect health and wealth from God.

00:30:44.000 --> 00:30:50.000
But, and a lot depends on how you define health and wealth, but come on man.

00:30:50.000 --> 00:30:54.000
I'm a father, he is God, he is king, he is Lord.

00:30:54.000 --> 00:30:59.000
Surely I can have reasonable expectations that I have of my physical dad.

00:30:59.000 --> 00:31:01.000
I don't have to lower him below that.

00:31:01.000 --> 00:31:08.000
I'm not asking him to make me wealthy enough to buy this church, though I wouldn't mind that.

00:31:08.000 --> 00:31:18.000
But, this kingdom has sufficiency and provision.

00:31:18.000 --> 00:31:21.000
Matthew 6 verse 31 to 33.

00:31:23.000 --> 00:31:26.000
Matthew 6, 31 to 33.

00:31:26.000 --> 00:31:31.000
So do not worry what shall we eat, what shall we drink, or what shall we wear.

00:31:31.000 --> 00:31:36.000
For the pagans run after all these things and your heavenly father knows that you need them.

00:31:36.000 --> 00:31:41.000
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well.

00:31:41.000 --> 00:31:44.000
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.

00:31:44.000 --> 00:31:47.000
Each day has enough trouble of its own.

00:31:48.000 --> 00:31:50.000
Go to Psalm 84 verse 11.

00:31:50.000 --> 00:31:53.000
I can give you a lot of scriptures, but I just am highlighting some so you know it exists.

00:31:53.000 --> 00:31:55.000
This is how the kingdom works.

00:31:55.000 --> 00:31:58.000
Psalm 84 verse 11.

00:31:58.000 --> 00:32:00.000
I love this.

00:32:00.000 --> 00:32:05.000
This is a song I learned in Bahrain in 1991.

00:32:05.000 --> 00:32:10.000
For the Lord God is the Son and shield, he gives grace and glory.

00:32:10.000 --> 00:32:15.000
No good thing will he withhold from them that he may be saved.

00:32:15.000 --> 00:32:21.000
He gives grace and glory, no good thing will he withhold from them that walk out brightly.

00:32:21.000 --> 00:32:24.000
Now to the verse, Psalm 84 verse 11.

00:32:24.000 --> 00:32:30.000
For the Lord God is the Son and shield, the Lord bestows favor, the Lord bestows honor.

00:32:30.000 --> 00:32:35.000
No good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

00:32:35.000 --> 00:32:43.000
There's somehow a connection between how you conduct yourself and how you walk in this kingdom.

00:32:43.000 --> 00:32:45.000
There is a connection there.

00:32:45.000 --> 00:32:47.000
Any questions before we go on?

00:32:47.000 --> 00:32:49.000
This kingdom has sufficiency and...

00:32:49.000 --> 00:32:53.000
Praful, something's wrong with your buddy.

00:32:53.000 --> 00:32:58.000
Thank God for the board.

00:32:58.000 --> 00:33:03.000
So this kingdom has sufficiency and provision.

00:33:03.000 --> 00:33:05.000
Any questions guys?

00:33:05.000 --> 00:33:07.000
Anything you want to add?

00:33:07.000 --> 00:33:12.000
You'll have to speak a little louder.

00:33:37.000 --> 00:33:40.000
Yeah, partly, and some of it is just...

00:33:40.000 --> 00:33:44.000
There are three or four good reasons for things that go wonky.

00:33:44.000 --> 00:33:49.000
One is like you said, our separation from the king.

00:33:49.000 --> 00:33:52.000
Two, we have an active enemy.

00:33:52.000 --> 00:33:55.000
Three, the fallen nature of the world.

00:33:55.000 --> 00:33:57.000
Four, discipline.

00:33:57.000 --> 00:34:00.000
Three, the fall of the world.

00:34:00.000 --> 00:34:02.000
Four, discipline.

00:34:02.000 --> 00:34:05.000
Five, the fallen nature of the world.

00:34:05.000 --> 00:34:09.000
Four, discipline, as in God's discipline.

00:34:09.000 --> 00:34:11.000
Five, tests and trials.

00:34:11.000 --> 00:34:15.000
So these are the five reasons why things go wonky.

00:34:15.000 --> 00:34:18.000
Wonky is so not a Christian word.

00:34:18.000 --> 00:34:21.000
Things go sour and really bad.

00:34:21.000 --> 00:34:26.000
And so once we know which reason it is, it is easier to know how to deal with it.

00:34:26.000 --> 00:34:30.000
If you don't know the reason, then it becomes a problem.

00:34:30.000 --> 00:34:36.000
So you've got to figure out which reason, which would keep us here till 2.30.

00:34:36.000 --> 00:34:39.000
Thanks, Jenny.

00:34:39.000 --> 00:34:42.000
Next one, the kingdom has an economic system.

00:34:42.000 --> 00:34:44.000
The kingdom has an economic system.

00:34:44.000 --> 00:34:46.000
Does this work? It works.

00:34:46.000 --> 00:34:48.000
The kingdom has an economic system.

00:34:48.000 --> 00:34:59.000
The kingdom has an economic system with economic goals.

00:34:59.000 --> 00:35:15.000
And it has ways to thwart satanic inflation and depression.

00:35:15.000 --> 00:35:19.000
I'm talking about economic now.

00:35:19.000 --> 00:35:22.000
It's got an elaborate system.

00:35:22.000 --> 00:35:26.000
And if you look at it, God's clearly outlined it.

00:35:26.000 --> 00:35:30.000
The kingdom has an economic system that thwarts and rebukes.

00:35:30.000 --> 00:35:32.000
That thwarts and rebukes the devourer.

00:35:32.000 --> 00:35:42.000
That thwarts and rebukes the devourer.

00:35:42.000 --> 00:35:46.000
That thwarts and rebukes the devourer.

00:35:46.000 --> 00:35:50.000
And it thwarts Babylon's approach.

00:35:50.000 --> 00:35:52.000
It has economic goals.

00:35:52.000 --> 00:35:53.000
So let's look at some scriptures.

00:35:53.000 --> 00:36:03.000
Luke 6.38.

00:36:03.000 --> 00:36:05.000
It's got a system.

00:36:05.000 --> 00:36:06.000
And the system is very simple.

00:36:06.000 --> 00:36:08.000
Give, give, give, give, give, give, give, give.

00:36:08.000 --> 00:36:10.000
I'm not talking about tithes and offerings.

00:36:10.000 --> 00:36:11.000
That's separate.

00:36:11.000 --> 00:36:13.000
He's just talking about this idea of giving.

00:36:13.000 --> 00:36:20.000
This kingdom is so giving that it's the favorite word in this kingdom when it comes to economics.

00:36:20.000 --> 00:36:21.000
Give.

00:36:21.000 --> 00:36:22.000
So Luke 6.38.

00:36:22.000 --> 00:36:25.000
Give and it will be given to you.

00:36:25.000 --> 00:36:31.000
Good measure, press down, shaken together and running over.

00:36:31.000 --> 00:36:32.000
Give.

00:36:32.000 --> 00:36:33.000
That's Ron Canole.

00:36:33.000 --> 00:36:35.000
It's not Hillsong.

00:36:35.000 --> 00:36:36.000
Give and it will be given to you.

00:36:36.000 --> 00:36:41.000
A good measure, press down, shaken together, running over will be poured into your lap.

00:36:41.000 --> 00:36:44.000
For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

00:36:44.000 --> 00:36:46.000
Let's look at another one.

00:36:46.000 --> 00:36:48.000
Malachi 3, 8-12.

00:36:48.000 --> 00:36:51.000
Malachi 3, 8-12.

00:36:51.000 --> 00:36:54.000
I believe giving trumps tithing and offerings.

00:36:54.000 --> 00:36:56.000
And so go for giving than tithes and offerings.

00:36:56.000 --> 00:36:58.000
You'll have to use a calculator for tithes and offerings.

00:36:58.000 --> 00:37:00.000
With giving you don't have to.

00:37:00.000 --> 00:37:01.000
That's one good reason.

00:37:01.000 --> 00:37:03.000
There can be other good reasons too.

00:37:03.000 --> 00:37:05.000
Malachi 3, 8-12.

00:37:05.000 --> 00:37:07.000
Will a mere mortal rob God?

00:37:07.000 --> 00:37:08.000
Yet you rob me.

00:37:08.000 --> 00:37:11.000
But you ask, how are we robbing you in tithes and offerings?

00:37:11.000 --> 00:37:14.000
You're under a curse, your whole nation, because you're robbing me.

00:37:14.000 --> 00:37:18.000
Bring the whole tithe into my storehouse, that there may be food in my house.

00:37:18.000 --> 00:37:20.000
Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty.

00:37:20.000 --> 00:37:23.000
And see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven,

00:37:23.000 --> 00:37:28.000
and pour out so much blessing that there will not be enough room to store it.

00:37:28.000 --> 00:37:31.000
I will prevent pests from devouring your crops,

00:37:31.000 --> 00:37:34.000
and the vines in your field will not drop their fruit,

00:37:34.000 --> 00:37:36.000
because it is ripe, says the Lord Almighty.

00:37:36.000 --> 00:37:38.000
Then all the nations will call you blessed,

00:37:38.000 --> 00:37:41.000
for yours will be a delightful land, says the Lord Almighty.

00:37:41.000 --> 00:37:47.000
Guys, those that choose not to give to people,

00:37:47.000 --> 00:37:49.000
give to the house of God,

00:37:49.000 --> 00:37:51.000
I hate calling it house of God,

00:37:51.000 --> 00:37:54.000
give to the family of God, or to God himself as an offering,

00:37:54.000 --> 00:37:57.000
will not be able to rebuke the devourer.

00:37:57.000 --> 00:38:00.000
The devourer will have a day with your finances.

00:38:00.000 --> 00:38:03.000
The thing with these keys, laws and principles is,

00:38:03.000 --> 00:38:08.000
you can use your mind and your theology and your Greek and your Hebrew to work its way around it,

00:38:08.000 --> 00:38:14.000
and at the end of the day, all you are is poorer with a smattering of Greek and Hebrew.

00:38:14.000 --> 00:38:16.000
So be it.

00:38:16.000 --> 00:38:18.000
Some things are so dull,

00:38:18.000 --> 00:38:22.000
we shouldn't spend time looking at the Greek and Hebrew of it.

00:38:27.000 --> 00:38:30.000
Sorry, I thought there was a question.

00:38:30.000 --> 00:38:33.000
Matthew 22, 21.

00:38:33.000 --> 00:38:35.000
In the Middle East, we say,

00:38:35.000 --> 00:38:37.000
the other word is the poppa,

00:38:37.000 --> 00:38:39.000
which is the DNA.

00:38:39.000 --> 00:38:41.000
It's your nature.

00:38:41.000 --> 00:38:46.000
It will overtake what you're trying to pretend to be.

00:38:46.000 --> 00:38:57.000
The DNA is the basic principle of how you try to use your way of working on your life.

00:38:58.000 --> 00:39:02.000
Once these things become solid in our lives,

00:39:02.000 --> 00:39:04.000
it's very natural to function naturally.

00:39:04.000 --> 00:39:06.000
Matthew 22, 21.

00:39:06.000 --> 00:39:08.000
Matthew 22, 21.

00:39:08.000 --> 00:39:10.000
Today is scripture day.

00:39:10.000 --> 00:39:12.000
Matthew 22, 21.

00:39:12.000 --> 00:39:13.000
Love this.

00:39:13.000 --> 00:39:16.000
See, you see what a system he's established.

00:39:16.000 --> 00:39:18.000
He's covered everything.

00:39:18.000 --> 00:39:21.000
Whose inscription is this? Caesar's.

00:39:21.000 --> 00:39:22.000
Well, Caesar's, they replied.

00:39:22.000 --> 00:39:23.000
Then he said to them,

00:39:23.000 --> 00:39:25.000
Give back to Caesar what is Caesar's.

00:39:25.000 --> 00:39:26.000
Give to God what is God's.

00:39:26.000 --> 00:39:28.000
He's got everything covered.

00:39:28.000 --> 00:39:29.000
He's got his house covered.

00:39:29.000 --> 00:39:31.000
He's got people covered.

00:39:31.000 --> 00:39:32.000
He's got the government covered.

00:39:32.000 --> 00:39:34.000
He knows how we need to function.

00:39:34.000 --> 00:39:35.000
Why?

00:39:35.000 --> 00:39:39.000
Because he wants us to become his delivery mechanism here on earth.

00:39:39.000 --> 00:39:42.000
Can I make you my delivery mechanism?

00:39:42.000 --> 00:39:46.000
Can I use you to distribute my resources?

00:39:46.000 --> 00:39:48.000
But if you don't get these things right,

00:39:48.000 --> 00:39:50.000
you ain't no delivery mechanism.

00:39:50.000 --> 00:39:52.000
Your trigger is broken.

00:39:52.000 --> 00:39:54.000
I'll take care of you.

00:39:54.000 --> 00:39:57.000
I'll get you to heaven.

00:39:57.000 --> 00:39:59.000
That's about it.

00:39:59.000 --> 00:40:01.000
2 Corinthians 9, 6 to 9.

00:40:01.000 --> 00:40:02.000
I love this one.

00:40:02.000 --> 00:40:09.000
2 Corinthians 9, 6 to 9.

00:40:09.000 --> 00:40:12.000
2 Corinthians 9, 6 to 9.

00:40:12.000 --> 00:40:13.000
Remember this.

00:40:13.000 --> 00:40:16.000
Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly.

00:40:16.000 --> 00:40:18.000
Whoever sows generously will reap generously.

00:40:18.000 --> 00:40:21.000
Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart.

00:40:21.000 --> 00:40:23.000
Do not give reluctantly or under compulsion,

00:40:23.000 --> 00:40:25.000
for God loves the cheerful giver.

00:40:25.000 --> 00:40:28.000
God is able to bless you abundantly,

00:40:28.000 --> 00:40:30.000
so that in all things Jacob, at all times Acts 29,

00:40:30.000 --> 00:40:33.000
having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

00:40:33.000 --> 00:40:35.000
And then one last one.

00:40:35.000 --> 00:40:37.000
Look at the economic goal.

00:40:37.000 --> 00:40:41.000
2 Corinthians 8, 13 to 15.

00:40:41.000 --> 00:40:43.000
I know many of you practice this here in this church,

00:40:43.000 --> 00:40:46.000
and I love it when I hear stories.

00:40:46.000 --> 00:40:51.000
2 Corinthians 8, 13 to 15.

00:40:51.000 --> 00:40:53.000
Our desire is not that others might be relieved

00:40:53.000 --> 00:40:55.000
while you are heart-pressed,

00:40:55.000 --> 00:40:57.000
but that there might be equality.

00:40:57.000 --> 00:41:00.000
At the present time, your plenty will supply what they need,

00:41:00.000 --> 00:41:04.000
so that in turn, their plenty will supply what you need.

00:41:04.000 --> 00:41:05.000
The goal is equality.

00:41:05.000 --> 00:41:08.000
As it is written, the one who gathered much did not have too much,

00:41:08.000 --> 00:41:10.000
and the one who gathered little did not have too little.

00:41:10.000 --> 00:41:13.000
I mean, I remember when I was super poor.

00:41:13.000 --> 00:41:16.000
How many of you helped me, man?

00:41:21.000 --> 00:41:26.000
So that there's an equal distribution of whatever you bring into the church.

00:41:26.000 --> 00:41:30.000
So that we just don't eat it ourselves, we don't consume it on ourselves.

00:41:30.000 --> 00:41:32.000
We distribute it around.

00:41:32.000 --> 00:41:34.000
Yeah, let me get back to what I was saying.

00:41:34.000 --> 00:41:36.000
I was distracted by St. Albert's.

00:41:36.000 --> 00:41:43.000
So the thing is, I remember how much I benefited from guys sitting here in this church.

00:41:43.000 --> 00:41:47.000
Some of you knew me from Emmanuel Baptist.

00:41:47.000 --> 00:41:49.000
And your plenty supplied my lack,

00:41:49.000 --> 00:41:53.000
and I'm hoping my plenty is supplying some of your lack now.

00:41:53.000 --> 00:41:54.000
This is how it works.

00:41:54.000 --> 00:41:55.000
It becomes equitable.

00:41:55.000 --> 00:41:59.000
These are economic systems that God has established.

00:41:59.000 --> 00:42:02.000
Any questions before we go on?

00:42:09.000 --> 00:42:11.000
Okay, next one.

00:42:11.000 --> 00:42:13.000
This kingdom has a standing army.

00:42:13.000 --> 00:42:18.000
This kingdom has a standing army, like locked, ready, loaded kind of an army,

00:42:18.000 --> 00:42:20.000
that are invisible, but they're all around.

00:42:20.000 --> 00:42:24.000
And they are eager for a fight, and they're eager to minister, and they're eager to help.

00:42:24.000 --> 00:42:30.000
And they're flames of fire, and they're ministers to the ones that are saved.

00:42:30.000 --> 00:42:36.000
Psalm 34, 17, or 37, 14.

00:42:36.000 --> 00:42:41.000
The angels of the Lord encamp around those that trust him.

00:42:41.000 --> 00:42:43.000
Psalm 91, verse 11.

00:42:43.000 --> 00:42:51.000
Because angels charge over you, so that you will not hurt your foot.

00:42:51.000 --> 00:42:53.000
There's a standing army.

00:42:53.000 --> 00:42:54.000
God only knows.

00:42:54.000 --> 00:42:57.000
It would freak you out if God opened your eyes and saw the number of times

00:42:57.000 --> 00:43:02.000
he had to intervene to keep you safe.

00:43:02.000 --> 00:43:07.000
You think it's your driving skills?

00:43:07.000 --> 00:43:09.000
I have sat with some of you.

00:43:09.000 --> 00:43:15.000
Trust me, it was not your driving skills.

00:43:15.000 --> 00:43:24.000
If our eyes would be opened, we would see the number of times the standing army was there.

00:43:24.000 --> 00:43:26.000
Cool kingdom, huh?

00:43:26.000 --> 00:43:28.000
Now you know why part of offering worship is saying,

00:43:28.000 --> 00:43:32.000
oh God, I thank you for the security of belonging to the King and Kingdom.

00:43:32.000 --> 00:43:33.000
What a privileged class.

00:43:33.000 --> 00:43:34.000
It's almost unfair.

00:43:34.000 --> 00:43:38.000
Which is why then it must be made fair.

00:43:38.000 --> 00:43:40.000
Which is another key of the Kingdom.

00:43:40.000 --> 00:43:45.000
That in this Kingdom, there are ambassadors, and they are sent 24-7 by the power

00:43:45.000 --> 00:43:48.000
and under the power of the Holy Spirit to display the King

00:43:48.000 --> 00:43:51.000
and to invite people into the Kingdom.

00:43:51.000 --> 00:43:52.000
That's the next key.

00:43:52.000 --> 00:43:54.000
That there are ambassadors in this Kingdom.

00:43:54.000 --> 00:43:59.000
If there's a standing army in this Kingdom, there are ambassadors in this Kingdom.

00:43:59.000 --> 00:44:02.000
And if you're wondering who that was, it's you.

00:44:02.000 --> 00:44:07.000
Where the idea is you are sent 24-7.

00:44:07.000 --> 00:44:11.000
So May and Jane might be going to Vernon, so we prayed for them.

00:44:11.000 --> 00:44:15.000
But in his mind, it is like you're here for a little while,

00:44:15.000 --> 00:44:22.000
chill out in this embassy, and then go out and do exactly what May and Jane are going to do in Vernon.

00:44:22.000 --> 00:44:25.000
So the doxology is a sending out.

00:44:25.000 --> 00:44:29.000
The doxology is not a conclusion of the service.

00:44:29.000 --> 00:44:37.000
It's the grace of the Father and the marvelous partnership and one anothering of the Holy Spirit.

00:44:37.000 --> 00:44:41.000
And the...I don't know what the third one is.

00:44:41.000 --> 00:44:46.000
Let's just say, the presence of Jesus Christ be with you as you go now.

00:44:46.000 --> 00:44:49.000
And then that is how this 24-7 sending happens.

00:44:49.000 --> 00:44:54.000
2 Corinthians 5, 19 and 20.

00:45:01.000 --> 00:45:06.000
All this is from God who reconciled us to himself, to Christ, and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.

00:45:06.000 --> 00:45:09.000
That God was reconciling the world.

00:45:09.000 --> 00:45:10.000
Let's read it from the message.

00:45:10.000 --> 00:45:13.000
It really says it simply there.

00:45:13.000 --> 00:45:15.000
Verse 19 and 20.

00:45:15.000 --> 00:45:19.000
God put the world square with himself through the Messiah,

00:45:19.000 --> 00:45:24.000
giving the world a fresh start by offering forgiveness of sins.

00:45:24.000 --> 00:45:28.000
God has given us the task of telling everyone what he is doing.

00:45:28.000 --> 00:45:31.000
We are Christ's ambassadors or representatives.

00:45:31.000 --> 00:45:35.000
God uses us to persuade men and women to drop their differences

00:45:35.000 --> 00:45:39.000
and enter into God's work of making things right between them.

00:45:39.000 --> 00:45:41.000
We are speaking for Christ himself now.

00:45:41.000 --> 00:45:42.000
Become friends with God.

00:45:42.000 --> 00:45:44.000
He's already a friend with you.

00:45:44.000 --> 00:45:45.000
That's the message.

00:45:45.000 --> 00:45:46.000
Become friends with God.

00:45:46.000 --> 00:45:48.000
He's already a friend with you.

00:45:48.000 --> 00:45:52.000
And so, the kingdom has ambassadors.

00:45:52.000 --> 00:45:54.000
John 20, verse 21.

00:45:54.000 --> 00:45:59.000
And so, Jesus said, as the Father has sent me, so I send you.

00:45:59.000 --> 00:46:00.000
And then he didn't stop there.

00:46:00.000 --> 00:46:04.000
He breathed on them and said, receive the Holy Spirit.

00:46:04.000 --> 00:46:09.000
Because the sending is not potent without the Spirit of God.

00:46:09.000 --> 00:46:12.000
So, you're sent in the power of the Spirit to represent

00:46:12.000 --> 00:46:13.000
the interests of the Kingdom.

00:46:13.000 --> 00:46:15.000
You're sent in the power of the Spirit to represent

00:46:15.000 --> 00:46:18.000
the interests of the Kingdom.

00:46:18.000 --> 00:46:20.000
And not to represent the interests of Acts 29,

00:46:20.000 --> 00:46:22.000
not to represent the interests of your Qu'hub,

00:46:22.000 --> 00:46:24.000
to represent the interests of the kingdom.

00:46:24.000 --> 00:46:27.000
You are sent, 24, seven, in the power of the Holy Spirit

00:46:27.000 --> 00:46:32.000
to represent the interests of the Kingdom.

00:46:32.000 --> 00:46:35.440
interests of the kingdom.

00:46:35.440 --> 00:46:37.400
Next one.

00:46:37.400 --> 00:46:40.160
This kingdom trains for service.

00:46:40.160 --> 00:46:46.880
This kingdom trains for service.

00:46:46.880 --> 00:46:50.440
As in it has its own educational system.

00:46:50.440 --> 00:46:54.400
So if you go to, and kings always have this, eh?

00:46:54.400 --> 00:47:07.240
If you go to Daniel 1, 3 to 5.

00:47:07.240 --> 00:47:12.120
The king told Ashpenaz, head of the palace staff, to get some Israelites from the royal

00:47:12.120 --> 00:47:17.240
family and nobility, young men who were healthy and handsome, intelligent and well-educated.

00:47:17.240 --> 00:47:23.440
Gosh, sounds like it's talking about me.

00:47:23.440 --> 00:47:27.320
The king told Ashpenaz, I've got to read it again, this is very flattering.

00:47:27.320 --> 00:47:30.560
The king told Ashpenaz, head of the palace staff, to get some Israelites from the royal

00:47:30.560 --> 00:47:36.360
family and nobility, young men who were healthy and handsome, intelligent and well-educated,

00:47:36.360 --> 00:47:42.680
good prospects for leadership positions in the government, perfect specimens, and indoctrinate

00:47:42.680 --> 00:47:46.400
them in the Babylonian language and the lore of magic and fortune telling.

00:47:46.400 --> 00:47:50.160
The king then ordered that they be served from the same menu as the royal table, the

00:47:50.720 --> 00:47:51.720
finest wine.

00:47:51.720 --> 00:47:55.160
After three years of training, they would be given positions in the king's court.

00:47:55.160 --> 00:47:56.160
Kings used to do this.

00:47:56.160 --> 00:47:57.440
They used to train people.

00:47:57.440 --> 00:47:59.520
You think this king won't?

00:47:59.520 --> 00:48:05.680
Everything that exists in the world is a counterfeit of the real kingdom.

00:48:05.680 --> 00:48:08.600
It's always an imitation.

00:48:08.600 --> 00:48:10.880
And so there is training for service.

00:48:10.880 --> 00:48:15.020
And you can't avoid this if you want to participate in the kingdom.

00:48:15.020 --> 00:48:17.980
So in John 14, 26, exists on many different levels.

00:48:17.980 --> 00:48:25.940
John 14, 26, the Holy Spirit trains.

00:48:25.940 --> 00:48:36.740
So in John 14, 26, it's the Holy Spirit who says, and Jesus says, but the advocate, the

00:48:36.740 --> 00:48:40.300
Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will

00:48:40.300 --> 00:48:42.020
remind you of everything I have said.

00:48:42.020 --> 00:48:43.340
So the Holy Spirit teaches you.

00:48:43.340 --> 00:48:45.420
Should Ephesians 4, 12?

00:48:45.420 --> 00:48:50.180
Ephesians 4, 12?

00:48:50.180 --> 00:48:51.660
And you need all these.

00:48:51.660 --> 00:48:55.140
You can't decide that, all right, I'm only going to learn from the Holy Spirit.

00:48:55.140 --> 00:48:58.580
Because then the Holy Spirit will say, well, I'm only going to teach you through people.

00:48:58.580 --> 00:48:59.580
And then you're stuck.

00:48:59.580 --> 00:49:02.740
Ephesians 4, 11, and 12.

00:49:02.740 --> 00:49:04.780
I love it when the Holy Spirit does that.

00:49:04.780 --> 00:49:08.100
Every time someone says, I'm going to learn from the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit will

00:49:08.100 --> 00:49:11.020
say, I'm going to teach you through people, and you're stuck.

00:49:11.700 --> 00:49:16.980
And you don't understand why you're not moving further, because you cannot learn only from

00:49:16.980 --> 00:49:18.420
the Holy Spirit.

00:49:22.420 --> 00:49:23.580
Ephesians 4, 11, and 12.

00:49:23.580 --> 00:49:27.580
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors, and teachers

00:49:27.580 --> 00:49:31.520
to equip his people for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up.

00:49:31.520 --> 00:49:33.220
So he teaches through people.

00:49:33.220 --> 00:49:34.220
And then let's take one more.

00:49:34.220 --> 00:49:36.020
Second Timothy 2, 15.

00:49:36.020 --> 00:49:38.700
Second Timothy 2, 15.

00:49:38.700 --> 00:49:41.500
And this is when you do your studying too.

00:49:41.500 --> 00:49:45.700
Second Timothy 2, 15.

00:49:45.700 --> 00:49:49.860
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to

00:49:49.860 --> 00:49:52.100
be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

00:49:52.100 --> 00:49:54.420
Where now you're trying to learn it to yourself.

00:49:54.420 --> 00:49:55.500
So it's on three levels.

00:49:55.500 --> 00:49:56.500
Learn yourself.

00:49:56.500 --> 00:49:58.500
Brandon's been reading like crazy.

00:49:58.500 --> 00:50:02.500
Two, ask the Holy Spirit to teach you.

00:50:03.300 --> 00:50:08.300
Learn from walking with and under people.

00:50:08.300 --> 00:50:12.300
Remember, I've said this before.

00:50:14.300 --> 00:50:18.300
Obedience is learning under the word.

00:50:18.300 --> 00:50:21.300
Disobedience is learning around the word.

00:50:21.300 --> 00:50:24.300
Obedience is sitting under the word.

00:50:24.300 --> 00:50:28.300
Disobedience is walking around the word.

00:50:29.300 --> 00:50:31.300
That's how this works.

00:50:33.300 --> 00:50:35.300
That's the actual definition.

00:50:35.300 --> 00:50:37.300
Alrighty.

00:50:41.300 --> 00:50:43.300
Let's skip a few.

00:50:45.300 --> 00:50:47.300
Kingdom worship.

00:50:47.300 --> 00:50:49.300
Worship is a big deal in the Kingdom.

00:50:49.300 --> 00:50:55.700
I don't know if you know this, but one of the reasons Pharaoh lost his firstborn was

00:50:55.700 --> 00:51:00.300
because he was preventing Israel from worshipping.

00:51:00.300 --> 00:51:02.300
Exodus 422.

00:51:03.100 --> 00:51:05.100
God says to Moses,

00:51:05.100 --> 00:51:08.100
Moses, I want you to go and say to Pharaoh,

00:51:08.100 --> 00:51:10.100
my people need to worship me.

00:51:10.100 --> 00:51:12.100
Let my people go.

00:51:12.100 --> 00:51:15.100
Pharaoh says, I will not let them go.

00:51:15.100 --> 00:51:19.100
And God says to them, tell him that he will lose his firstborn because he does not let

00:51:19.100 --> 00:51:21.100
you go to worship me.

00:51:22.100 --> 00:51:25.100
Worship is a big deal in this Kingdom.

00:51:25.100 --> 00:51:27.100
And here's the reason it is a big deal.

00:51:27.100 --> 00:51:32.100
God says to Moses, listen, I want you to know that worship is your firstborn right.

00:51:32.100 --> 00:51:33.100
You are my firstborn.

00:51:33.100 --> 00:51:34.100
Israel, you are my firstborn.

00:51:34.100 --> 00:51:36.100
I've called you to worship me.

00:51:36.100 --> 00:51:40.100
If he does not let you go, tell him that I'll take his firstborn.

00:51:44.100 --> 00:51:49.100
And so, for whatever reason, in the church,

00:51:51.100 --> 00:51:55.100
we are not able to engage in it the way we want to, and men in particular find it more

00:51:55.100 --> 00:51:58.100
difficult, which shouldn't be the case.

00:51:59.100 --> 00:52:04.100
But it is a key component, a functional DNA of the Kingdom, and I don't mean just with

00:52:04.100 --> 00:52:05.100
music.

00:52:06.100 --> 00:52:08.100
And so look at what Pharaoh does.

00:52:08.100 --> 00:52:14.100
Pharaoh says to him, in Exodus 10, you see this happening from verse 14 to 28 or something.

00:52:14.100 --> 00:52:18.100
So Pharaoh says to him, all right, so since you're insisting and you've already sent

00:52:18.100 --> 00:52:20.100
hail, who do you want to take with you for worship?

00:52:20.100 --> 00:52:22.100
He wants a list of those that will worship.

00:52:22.100 --> 00:52:26.100
Pharaoh does everything in his power to hamstring worship.

00:52:27.100 --> 00:52:31.100
So first he says, now, who are you going to take with him?

00:52:31.100 --> 00:52:33.100
Then Moses tells him everybody.

00:52:33.100 --> 00:52:38.100
He says, now, the men can go, but the women and the children have to stay.

00:52:38.100 --> 00:52:39.100
He won't let everybody go.

00:52:39.100 --> 00:52:40.100
Moses says, no.

00:52:40.100 --> 00:52:44.100
Then he says, okay, take the men and the women, but if flocks and herds have to stay.

00:52:44.100 --> 00:52:45.100
Moses says, no.

00:52:45.100 --> 00:52:50.100
He says, either all of us will go and all of us will worship God, or we will not.

00:52:51.100 --> 00:52:53.100
There is this intent even today.

00:52:53.100 --> 00:52:56.100
Hi, I'm KK.

00:52:56.100 --> 00:52:57.100
I forgot.

00:52:58.100 --> 00:52:59.100
Hi.

00:52:59.100 --> 00:53:00.100
Hi.

00:53:00.100 --> 00:53:01.100
Go say hello to Coco.

00:53:03.100 --> 00:53:04.100
Pardon?

00:53:05.100 --> 00:53:06.100
Oh, she said I'm Phoebe.

00:53:06.100 --> 00:53:08.100
Yeah, she calls me Jacob.

00:53:08.100 --> 00:53:09.100
Jacob becomes KK.

00:53:09.100 --> 00:53:10.100
Coco?

00:53:11.100 --> 00:53:12.100
Yeah.

00:53:15.100 --> 00:53:17.100
I'm so glad you're Coco and I'm not Coco.

00:53:17.100 --> 00:53:18.100
I'm KK.

00:53:24.100 --> 00:53:27.100
Can you get her to go from KK to JK?

00:53:28.100 --> 00:53:29.100
Okay.

00:53:31.100 --> 00:53:32.100
It's better than?

00:53:33.100 --> 00:53:34.100
Yeah, it's better than that.

00:53:36.100 --> 00:53:41.100
Yeah, guys, so understand how critical this idea of worship is in the kingdom, eh?

00:53:41.100 --> 00:53:43.100
And I'll tell you something.

00:53:43.100 --> 00:53:51.100
Every time you break loose through disciplining yourself to worship, what happens is pharaohs are slaughtered.

00:53:52.100 --> 00:53:57.100
I can't make a clear logical connection, but I want to say this to you.

00:53:57.100 --> 00:54:08.100
That every time a believer breaks out of an inability to worship to a greater place of worship, and the only way you can do it is through discipline.

00:54:08.100 --> 00:54:10.100
You can't do it through good music.

00:54:10.100 --> 00:54:12.100
You can't do it through a fast song.

00:54:12.100 --> 00:54:15.100
You can't do it through an inspired moment.

00:54:15.100 --> 00:54:18.100
It has to be a disciplined approach to worship.

00:54:18.100 --> 00:54:21.100
I will, because it has nothing to do with music to begin with.

00:54:21.100 --> 00:54:30.100
Every time a believer breaks out of an inability or the sluggishness of worship, pharaohs suffer loss.

00:54:35.100 --> 00:54:44.100
So every time you decide that I cannot connect, I don't want to open my mouth, and you go through that process, I'm telling you something, man.

00:54:44.100 --> 00:54:46.100
You're being hamstrung.

00:54:46.100 --> 00:54:47.100
Break out of it.

00:54:47.100 --> 00:54:49.100
He'll pay with his firstborn.

00:54:51.100 --> 00:54:55.100
I was fascinated to find out that that was the reason God wanted them out in the desert.

00:54:55.100 --> 00:54:57.100
You're my firstborn.

00:54:57.100 --> 00:54:58.100
You need to worship me.

00:54:58.100 --> 00:54:59.100
Let my people go.

00:54:59.100 --> 00:55:02.100
And if you don't, I'll kill your firstborns.

00:55:05.100 --> 00:55:07.100
And he tried his best not to let them go.

00:55:07.100 --> 00:55:10.100
And Moses kept insisting, we'll all go.

00:55:10.100 --> 00:55:12.100
We'll worship him with everything we have.

00:55:12.100 --> 00:55:16.100
If you don't allow us to worship him with everything we have, you'll have a problem.

00:55:23.100 --> 00:55:25.100
Ah, kingdom has presence.

00:55:25.100 --> 00:55:27.100
Kingdom has presence.

00:55:27.100 --> 00:55:30.100
This kingdom is so entirely about presence.

00:55:30.100 --> 00:55:32.100
This kingdom has presence.

00:55:35.100 --> 00:55:39.100
This kingdom is so about presence.

00:55:40.100 --> 00:55:44.100
Or in other words, the Hebrew word used is paniem.

00:55:44.100 --> 00:55:51.100
Paniem means face, which means that this kingdom is about the face of God.

00:55:51.100 --> 00:55:59.100
And it is always present for New Testament believers.

00:56:04.100 --> 00:56:06.100
This kingdom has presence, man.

00:56:07.100 --> 00:56:10.100
If you get this part right, you'll get everything right.

00:56:10.100 --> 00:56:12.100
You get this part right.

00:56:12.100 --> 00:56:20.100
And if you learn how to cultivate this, again, the word discipline is so not fun, but it's a critical part of king and kingdom.

00:56:20.100 --> 00:56:30.100
If I can discipline myself to be subconsciously aware of his presence, not consciously aware because that's too much effort.

00:56:31.100 --> 00:56:39.100
Subconsciously aware, like you feel about someone you love or you feel about your wife or your husband, even when you don't love them.

00:56:39.100 --> 00:56:42.100
Because there are days like that when you're highly aware of them.

00:56:44.100 --> 00:56:49.100
Where that begins to happen, gosh, you got everything.

00:56:49.100 --> 00:56:52.100
Because here's what presence does in the kingdom.

00:56:52.100 --> 00:56:54.100
Presence, and this is why it's such an advantage to others.

00:56:54.100 --> 00:56:56.100
Presence releases goodness.

00:56:56.100 --> 00:56:59.100
Presence releases glory.

00:56:59.100 --> 00:57:01.100
I call these the four G's.

00:57:01.100 --> 00:57:05.100
Presence releases government.

00:57:05.100 --> 00:57:09.100
And presence releases grace or favor.

00:57:09.100 --> 00:57:12.100
Show me your glory, O God.

00:57:12.100 --> 00:57:18.100
If your presence doesn't go with us, we don't want to go because it's only your presence that distinguishes us from all the people on the earth.

00:57:18.100 --> 00:57:19.100
Show us your glory.

00:57:19.100 --> 00:57:20.100
I'll show you my glory.

00:57:20.100 --> 00:57:22.100
But I'll also show you my goodness.

00:57:23.100 --> 00:57:33.100
As in, when I become aware of the presence of God, the splendor of God begins to display itself through me pretty easily.

00:57:39.100 --> 00:57:46.100
I mean, again, going to a hockey analogy, when a team wins, when a team is in the semis, in the finals, what happens?

00:57:46.100 --> 00:57:49.100
People wear their jerseys, the city is aware of it.

00:57:49.100 --> 00:57:55.100
They walk in their conscious knowledge that today we've got to get home by four o'clock.

00:57:55.100 --> 00:57:58.100
Apply for sick leave because the game starts at 4.30.

00:57:58.100 --> 00:58:03.100
Do whatever is necessary because you're highly aware of an event that is going to happen.

00:58:03.100 --> 00:58:05.100
The same thing happens with God.

00:58:05.100 --> 00:58:11.100
When people become highly aware of God, the display of God becomes very evident.

00:58:11.100 --> 00:58:15.100
His splendor displays easily when one becomes aware of presence.

00:58:15.100 --> 00:58:22.100
But the only way to become aware of presence is to walk in to discipline yourself, which is again the problem, right?

00:58:22.100 --> 00:58:24.100
That word discipline, what an ugly word.

00:58:25.100 --> 00:58:26.100
And then goodness.

00:58:27.100 --> 00:58:33.100
The presence of God always allows you to experience the goodness of God.

00:58:33.100 --> 00:58:43.100
The presence of God and awareness of the presence of God leads to an awareness of the goodness of God in all circumstances.

00:58:45.100 --> 00:58:52.100
Third, the presence of God brings into your circumstance the government of God.

00:58:52.100 --> 00:58:58.100
How Jacob? Because where the king is, there his government or kingdom is.

00:59:01.100 --> 00:59:05.100
The presence of God brings in the government of God.

00:59:05.100 --> 00:59:10.100
In a storm, the presence of Jesus brings peace.

00:59:11.100 --> 00:59:19.100
In gathering, the presence of Jesus causes demons to scream out saying, why have you come to torment us?

00:59:19.100 --> 00:59:25.100
In a graveyard, the presence of Jesus causes Lazarus to come out.

00:59:25.100 --> 00:59:31.100
On the cross, the presence of Jesus causes the sky to turn dark.

00:59:32.100 --> 00:59:38.100
On the road to Damascus, the presence of Jesus knocks a man off his horse and changes the world.

00:59:41.100 --> 00:59:47.100
And finally, the presence of God gives grace and favor.

00:59:48.100 --> 00:59:57.100
Moses says, hey, if I have found favor in your sight, then let your presence go with us so that I may know your ways and I might lead these people in the way they should go.

00:59:57.100 --> 01:00:01.100
Favor and grace both come from a Hebrew word called khan, K-H-A-N-E.

01:00:01.100 --> 01:00:03.100
They mean the same thing.

01:00:03.100 --> 01:00:10.100
The demonstrated delight of God that is unmerited but poured out copiously on those that are his.

01:00:14.100 --> 01:00:18.100
Get this one right. This key is the key to all keys.

01:00:18.100 --> 01:00:21.100
This is the mother of all keys.

01:00:26.100 --> 01:00:30.100
What was Trump's favorite word whenever he wanted to explain things?

01:00:33.100 --> 01:00:35.100
I miss him, man.

01:00:38.100 --> 01:00:42.100
It was like, yeah, this is amazing. This is just beautiful. This is just beautiful.

01:00:42.100 --> 01:00:47.100
He would always, there were certain adjectives, adjectives he used to do, he used to describe everything.

01:00:47.100 --> 01:00:50.100
This key is like that. This is like.

01:00:55.100 --> 01:00:57.100
I got to end, man.

01:00:58.100 --> 01:01:02.100
Let's do just one more. Kingdom has reputation. Kingdom has reputation.

01:01:02.100 --> 01:01:05.100
We'll end with that. Kingdom has reputation.

01:01:07.100 --> 01:01:11.100
As in the reputation of the kingdom can be affected.

01:01:11.100 --> 01:01:19.100
The reputation of the kingdom, the reputation of the kingdom can be affected

01:01:22.100 --> 01:01:29.100
by the conduct of its citizens.

01:01:33.100 --> 01:01:36.100
Unfortunately, terrible writing.

01:01:36.100 --> 01:01:41.100
The reputation of the kingdom can be affected by the conduct of its citizens.

01:01:41.100 --> 01:01:45.100
The reputation of the kingdom can be affected by the conduct of its citizens.

01:01:45.100 --> 01:01:48.100
Let's leave on that sobering note.

01:01:49.100 --> 01:01:51.100
Second Peter 2-2.

01:01:53.100 --> 01:01:57.100
Second Peter 2-2. I'll read from the NIRV.

01:01:58.100 --> 01:02:00.100
Second Peter 2-2.

01:02:02.100 --> 01:02:05.100
Yep. Second Peter 2-2.

01:02:11.100 --> 01:02:12.100
Reading from verse 1.

01:02:33.100 --> 01:02:40.100
The cool thing about God is that God has the, God sometimes when people give the kingdom a bad reputation,

01:02:40.100 --> 01:02:43.100
here's what God does. He says, for my name's sake.

01:02:44.100 --> 01:02:46.100
And then he steps in.

01:02:46.100 --> 01:02:49.100
And he retrieves his name.

01:02:49.100 --> 01:02:55.100
Ezekiel 20 verse 39 onwards he says, guys, you have worshiped idols, you've done whatever you wanted,

01:02:55.100 --> 01:03:00.100
you've trodden my name in the mud, but for my name's sake,

01:03:00.100 --> 01:03:03.100
and because I am faithful and because of the promise I made to your fathers,

01:03:03.100 --> 01:03:10.100
for my name's sake, so that it is not sullied, I am still going to be faithful and I will bring you back.

01:03:10.100 --> 01:03:14.100
How he brings back? Sorry? Ezekiel 20.

01:03:17.100 --> 01:03:20.100
Ezekiel 20 verse 39 to 44.

01:03:21.100 --> 01:03:24.100
For my name's sake. Just remember that, eh?

01:03:25.100 --> 01:03:27.100
Did I say I was going to stop at this point?

01:03:28.100 --> 01:03:29.100
And you believed it?

01:03:30.100 --> 01:03:31.100
No.

01:03:31.100 --> 01:03:32.100
Okay.

01:03:37.100 --> 01:03:40.100
Ezekiel 20 verse 39 to 44.

01:03:41.100 --> 01:03:44.100
This last one is an easy one because you know it.

01:03:44.100 --> 01:03:47.100
Kingdom decrees our legal writ.

01:03:47.100 --> 01:03:51.100
Kingdom decrees our legal writ.

01:03:51.100 --> 01:03:55.100
W-R-I-T. Kingdom decrees.

01:03:57.100 --> 01:04:01.100
Our legal writ.

01:04:01.100 --> 01:04:09.100
As in, if something that comes out of Logos or something that you know without a shadow of doubt

01:04:09.100 --> 01:04:17.100
is a Rhema word from God is decreed and it comes from the king, it is legal writ.

01:04:17.100 --> 01:04:18.100
It is binding.

01:04:19.100 --> 01:04:21.100
Psalm 149 verse 69.

01:04:22.100 --> 01:04:24.100
Psalm 149, 69.

01:04:25.100 --> 01:04:26.100
Psalm 149.

01:04:27.100 --> 01:04:28.100
69.

01:04:33.100 --> 01:04:34.100
Beautiful.

01:04:34.100 --> 01:04:38.100
May the praise of God, may they praise God with their mouths.

01:04:39.100 --> 01:04:43.100
May they hold in their hands a sword that has two edges as in the word.

01:04:43.100 --> 01:04:46.100
Let them pay the nations back. Let them punish the people of the earth.

01:04:46.100 --> 01:04:49.100
Let them put the kings of those nations in chains.

01:04:49.100 --> 01:04:52.100
Let them put their nobles in iron chains.

01:04:52.100 --> 01:04:55.100
Let them carry out God's sentence against the nations.

01:04:55.100 --> 01:04:57.100
That will be...

01:04:57.100 --> 01:04:59.100
This is from an NIRV.

01:04:59.100 --> 01:05:01.100
Let me read it from the NIRV.

01:05:01.100 --> 01:05:04.100
May the praise of God be in their mouths, a double-edged sword in their hands.

01:05:04.100 --> 01:05:07.100
To inflict vengeance on the nations, punishment on the peoples.

01:05:07.100 --> 01:05:10.100
To bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron.

01:05:10.100 --> 01:05:15.100
To carry out the sentence written against them, for this is the glory of all his faithful people.

01:05:15.100 --> 01:05:17.100
Praise the Lord.

01:05:19.100 --> 01:05:21.100
Daniel 615.

01:05:21.100 --> 01:05:23.100
You can look at it later. It says,

01:05:23.100 --> 01:05:26.100
This was common amongst the kings of Persia.

01:05:26.100 --> 01:05:30.100
So it is written, so it shall be.

01:05:30.100 --> 01:05:32.100
Once a king speaks, there is no breaking the law.

01:05:32.100 --> 01:05:34.100
Which is why Daniel ended up in the lions' den.

01:05:34.100 --> 01:05:36.100
Because it was too late.

01:05:36.100 --> 01:05:41.100
So he had spoken, so he had written, so it was spoken, so it will have to be.

01:05:41.100 --> 01:05:46.100
Once this king decrees something, you can take it to the bank and you can use it as legal writ.

01:05:46.100 --> 01:05:50.100
You can use it as binding agreement. It cannot be broken.

01:05:50.100 --> 01:05:52.100
To break it would result in torment.

01:05:53.100 --> 01:05:55.100
The king doesn't rescind it.

01:05:55.100 --> 01:05:57.100
The king doesn't rescind it.

01:06:00.100 --> 01:06:02.100
These are some of the keys of the kingdom.

01:06:02.100 --> 01:06:05.100
There are plenty more, but I just wanted to touch on some of these.

01:06:05.100 --> 01:06:08.100
So we have an idea of how we can function, man.

01:06:09.100 --> 01:06:12.100
Any questions before we go on to communion?

01:06:12.100 --> 01:06:16.100
When I say the word communion, is it supposed to be a cue for someone to bring things up?

01:06:16.100 --> 01:06:18.100
We are going to have communion now.

01:06:26.100 --> 01:06:29.100
Just so you guys know, we are really a very well-oiled machine.

01:06:29.100 --> 01:06:31.100
It's just that everything is breaking down today.

01:06:31.100 --> 01:06:34.100
Otherwise, this thing hums like a machine.

01:06:34.100 --> 01:06:37.100
It's just that we are going to have a very good time.

01:06:38.100 --> 01:06:40.100
It is, right?

01:06:48.100 --> 01:06:53.100
Morgan, how does it feel to be back among unfamiliar friends?

01:06:53.100 --> 01:06:54.100
Okay.

01:06:56.100 --> 01:06:58.100
It's good to have you back, man.

01:06:58.100 --> 01:07:00.100
Oh, unfamiliar friends.

01:07:01.820 --> 01:07:03.020
Okay, never mind.

01:07:03.020 --> 01:07:05.780
Okay, good to have you back, man.

01:07:09.060 --> 01:07:11.360
Sometimes they eat and drink after the service,

01:07:11.360 --> 01:07:13.360
so you're welcome to stay.

01:07:15.200 --> 01:07:17.280
And we always stick to the time.

01:07:17.280 --> 01:07:18.660
Yeah, and we stick to the time.

01:07:18.660 --> 01:07:21.580
Like, by 2.30 we are out of here.

01:07:21.580 --> 01:07:25.580
Hey, are 16-year-olds allowed for young adults?

01:07:27.580 --> 01:07:30.580
As long as they're giving consent.

01:07:30.580 --> 01:07:32.580
Oh, the parents have to give consent?

01:07:32.580 --> 01:07:34.580
Okay, I'll work on the parents.

01:07:34.580 --> 01:07:36.580
If you're giving consent.

01:07:38.580 --> 01:07:42.580
They only have to give consent when they're making a decision.

01:07:44.580 --> 01:07:45.580
As in?

01:07:45.580 --> 01:07:50.580
As in, whoever is in charge has to be allowed to give consent.

01:07:51.580 --> 01:07:53.580
Thank you very much.

01:07:59.580 --> 01:08:01.580
Last weekend is your turn.

01:08:01.580 --> 01:08:03.580
Thanks.

01:08:03.580 --> 01:08:05.580
Oh, sorry.

01:08:05.580 --> 01:08:06.580
You want an interview?

01:08:06.580 --> 01:08:09.580
No, I might pray over it and stuff like that.

01:08:13.580 --> 01:08:15.580
I'll call you back, Manoj.

01:08:15.580 --> 01:08:19.580
Guys, I read this somewhere and I thought it was so cool.

01:08:19.580 --> 01:08:21.580
King's pardon.

01:08:21.580 --> 01:08:23.580
King's pardon.

01:08:23.580 --> 01:08:28.580
I mean, the American president pardons.

01:08:28.580 --> 01:08:32.580
But the king's pardon, and a pardon is a powerful thing

01:08:32.580 --> 01:08:34.580
because it's irreversible.

01:08:34.580 --> 01:08:38.580
A pardon is a powerful thing because it's irreversible.

01:08:38.580 --> 01:08:40.580
Once a king has pardoned,

01:08:40.580 --> 01:08:45.580
that person is forever exonerated of the crime they committed,

01:08:45.580 --> 01:08:47.580
that they were previously judged for.

01:08:47.580 --> 01:08:52.580
Once a king pardons you, it's not like probation or parole.

01:08:52.580 --> 01:08:55.580
Probation, you still have restrictions like some of you do.

01:08:55.580 --> 01:09:00.580
But this is like a pardon where nothing is held against you.

01:09:00.580 --> 01:09:04.580
A pardon declares its recipient as innocent,

01:09:04.580 --> 01:09:07.580
as if the offense never occurred.

01:09:07.580 --> 01:09:11.580
And once you're pardoned, you're free to enjoy all the benefits

01:09:11.580 --> 01:09:13.580
and all the privileges of the kingdom.

01:09:13.580 --> 01:09:16.580
As we break bread today, I want you to remember that.

01:09:16.580 --> 01:09:18.580
That the king has pardoned you.

01:09:18.580 --> 01:09:23.580
The king has pardoned you for everything that you have done thus far.

01:09:23.580 --> 01:09:27.580
And that, and this we cannot compute,

01:09:27.580 --> 01:09:30.580
but that you will do tomorrow and for the rest of your life.

01:09:30.580 --> 01:09:33.580
But every time I get to this place called pardon,

01:09:33.580 --> 01:09:38.580
it is such a refreshing start that I do not have to look back

01:09:38.580 --> 01:09:43.580
and feel the weight of the guilt and the dark cloud of condemnation.

01:09:43.580 --> 01:09:46.580
That others may throw my way, but the king has pardoned me

01:09:46.580 --> 01:09:49.580
and there is no accusation against me.

01:09:51.580 --> 01:09:55.580
And this kingdom is a blood-soaked kingdom.

01:09:55.580 --> 01:09:57.580
It's a blood-soaked kingdom.

01:09:57.580 --> 01:10:01.580
But it is not the blood of his enemies, it is the blood of the king.

01:10:01.580 --> 01:10:03.580
No kingdom like that exists.

01:10:03.580 --> 01:10:07.580
Usually you build a kingdom with the blood of your enemies.

01:10:07.580 --> 01:10:11.580
But here, it is a blood-soaked kingdom because it is the blood of the king.

01:10:11.580 --> 01:10:14.580
And so we all get a fresh start today, guys.

01:10:16.580 --> 01:10:18.580
All of us get a fresh start.

01:10:20.580 --> 01:10:23.580
As if I have not committed any offense.

01:10:26.580 --> 01:10:28.580
Previous judgments canceled.

01:10:28.580 --> 01:10:30.580
They will not carry on into tomorrow.

01:10:30.580 --> 01:10:34.580
You do not have to worry about what are the consequences of what I did yesterday

01:10:34.580 --> 01:10:37.580
because he is mitigating even the consequences.

01:10:37.580 --> 01:10:40.580
He is already in your tomorrow fixing things so that you do not suffer

01:10:40.580 --> 01:10:42.580
the consequences of yesterday.

01:10:42.580 --> 01:10:44.580
It is a full pardon.

01:10:44.580 --> 01:10:45.580
It is not probation.

01:10:45.580 --> 01:10:47.580
It is not parole.

01:10:47.580 --> 01:10:49.580
Yeah?

01:10:49.580 --> 01:10:52.580
On the day he was betrayed, he took bread and he broke it.

01:10:52.580 --> 01:10:54.580
He gave thanks and he said,

01:10:54.580 --> 01:10:56.580
this is my body which is broken for you.

01:10:56.580 --> 01:10:58.580
I want you to walk so free.

01:10:58.580 --> 01:11:00.580
I want you to walk so free with me.

01:11:00.580 --> 01:11:03.580
I do not want you to have even an eye on me.

01:11:03.580 --> 01:11:05.580
I want you to walk so free with me.

01:11:05.580 --> 01:11:09.580
I do not want you to have even an eye or tail suspicion of my heart towards you.

01:11:09.580 --> 01:11:12.580
I just want you to be so free and open.

01:11:14.580 --> 01:11:18.580
Does anyone know the song, Dancing in the Fields of Grace?

01:11:20.580 --> 01:11:22.580
You know it a little?

01:11:22.580 --> 01:11:23.580
Come on.

01:11:24.580 --> 01:11:25.580
Come on, Brandon.

01:11:26.580 --> 01:11:27.580
Yeah, just sing it.

01:11:27.580 --> 01:11:28.580
I will sing with you.

01:11:28.580 --> 01:11:29.580
Yeah.

01:11:32.580 --> 01:11:34.580
There is this idea that God wants us to invite,

01:11:34.580 --> 01:11:37.580
God wants to invite us into where you dance,

01:11:37.580 --> 01:11:40.580
dancing in the Father's Fields of Grace.

01:11:40.580 --> 01:11:46.580
Where there is, I want you to be free of any suspicion you have in your heart towards me

01:11:46.580 --> 01:11:51.580
that I am holding anything against you because as a king I am fully pardoning you.

01:11:58.580 --> 01:12:00.580
Big Daddy Weave.

01:12:08.580 --> 01:12:10.580
Big Daddy Weave.

01:12:21.580 --> 01:12:24.580
If you want to pull it up in your phones,

01:12:24.580 --> 01:12:26.580
it's by a group called Big Daddy Weave.

01:12:26.580 --> 01:12:28.580
If you're offended by the name, they're still okay.

01:12:29.580 --> 01:12:30.580
Yeah.

01:12:34.580 --> 01:12:35.580
You're going to have to start that.

01:12:35.580 --> 01:12:36.580
Okay.

01:12:38.580 --> 01:12:42.580
There's a place that I love to run and play.

01:12:42.580 --> 01:12:46.580
There's a place that I sing new songs of praise.

01:12:46.580 --> 01:12:50.580
Dancing with my father in fields of grace.

01:12:50.580 --> 01:12:51.580
You've got to jump on that one.

01:12:51.580 --> 01:12:52.580
Okay.

01:12:52.580 --> 01:12:53.580
So start again.

01:12:53.580 --> 01:12:57.580
There's a place that I love to run and play.

01:12:57.580 --> 01:13:01.580
There's a place that I sing new songs of praise.

01:13:01.580 --> 01:13:06.580
Dancing with my father in fields of grace.

01:13:06.580 --> 01:13:07.580
One more time.

01:13:07.580 --> 01:13:11.580
Dancing with my father in fields of grace.

01:13:11.580 --> 01:13:16.580
There's a place that I lose myself within.

01:13:16.580 --> 01:13:20.580
There's a place that I find myself again.

01:13:21.580 --> 01:13:25.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:13:25.580 --> 01:13:27.580
Can we do it only once from now on?

01:13:27.580 --> 01:13:31.580
There's a place where religion finally dies.

01:13:31.580 --> 01:13:35.580
There's a place where I lose my selfish pride.

01:13:35.580 --> 01:13:40.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:13:40.580 --> 01:13:42.580
What are you sitting for?

01:13:45.580 --> 01:13:46.580
Okay.

01:13:46.580 --> 01:13:48.580
Can we put the words up?

01:13:50.580 --> 01:13:54.580
There's a place that I love to run and play.

01:13:54.580 --> 01:13:56.580
Guys, this is what he's inviting us to.

01:13:56.580 --> 01:13:59.580
There's a place that I feel...

01:13:59.580 --> 01:14:01.580
Let's start one last time.

01:14:01.580 --> 01:14:05.580
There's a place that I love to run and play.

01:14:05.580 --> 01:14:10.580
There's a place that I sing new songs of praise.

01:14:10.580 --> 01:14:15.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:14:15.580 --> 01:14:20.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:14:22.580 --> 01:14:25.580
A place that I lose myself within.

01:14:25.580 --> 01:14:30.580
There's a place that I find myself again.

01:14:30.580 --> 01:14:35.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:14:35.580 --> 01:14:40.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:14:41.580 --> 01:14:45.580
There's a place where religion finally dies.

01:14:45.580 --> 01:14:50.580
There's a place that I lose my selfish pride.

01:14:50.580 --> 01:14:55.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:14:55.580 --> 01:15:00.580
Dancing with my father, God, in fields of grace.

01:15:00.580 --> 01:15:02.580
How does this next line go?

01:15:04.580 --> 01:15:06.580
Okay, that's enough.

01:15:06.580 --> 01:15:08.580
This is what he's inviting us to.

01:15:08.580 --> 01:15:10.580
I'm not trying to make this childish.

01:15:10.580 --> 01:15:13.580
I'm not trying to make this some kind of fun experience.

01:15:13.580 --> 01:15:17.580
I'm just asking that you realize that throughout this week,

01:15:17.580 --> 01:15:19.580
he wants you to remember the simple line.

01:15:19.580 --> 01:15:25.580
I'm calling you out to fields of grace, fully pardoned.

01:15:25.580 --> 01:15:28.580
I am king. I have decided so.

01:15:28.580 --> 01:15:33.580
So you can walk with me through this week with no suspicion.

01:15:33.580 --> 01:15:36.580
With no suspicion of my heart towards you.

01:15:36.580 --> 01:15:39.580
Not a cloud in my heart towards you, Jacob.

01:15:39.580 --> 01:15:42.580
So dance with me.

01:15:44.580 --> 01:15:46.580
So he broke bread. He gave thanks, and he said,

01:15:46.580 --> 01:15:48.580
this is my body which is broken for you.

01:15:48.580 --> 01:15:50.580
Manoj, come.

01:15:59.580 --> 01:16:01.580
Hey, Brandon, well done.

01:16:01.580 --> 01:16:04.580
It's very hard to come out here and sing like that, man.

01:16:06.580 --> 01:16:08.580
Thank you.

01:16:36.580 --> 01:16:38.580
Do do do do.

01:16:38.580 --> 01:16:40.580
Do do do do.

01:16:40.580 --> 01:16:42.580
Do do do do.

01:16:42.580 --> 01:16:44.580
Do do do do.

01:16:44.580 --> 01:16:46.580
Do do do do.

01:16:46.580 --> 01:16:48.580
Do do do do.

01:16:48.580 --> 01:16:50.580
Grab the cup too, guys.

01:16:50.580 --> 01:16:53.580
And we'll pray for the cup and then we'll drink.

01:16:53.580 --> 01:16:55.580
Do do do do.

01:16:55.580 --> 01:16:57.580
Do do do do.

01:16:57.580 --> 01:17:00.580
Dancing in the father's.

01:17:00.580 --> 01:17:03.580
Dancing with my father, God.

01:17:03.580 --> 01:17:05.580
In fields of grace.

01:17:05.580 --> 01:17:08.580
Dancing with my father, God.

01:17:08.580 --> 01:17:10.580
In fields of grace.

01:17:22.580 --> 01:17:24.580
Do do do do.

01:17:24.580 --> 01:17:26.580
Do do do do.

01:17:27.580 --> 01:17:29.580
Do do do do.

01:17:29.580 --> 01:17:31.580
Do do do do.

01:17:31.580 --> 01:17:33.580
Do do do do.

01:17:33.580 --> 01:17:35.580
Do.

01:17:35.580 --> 01:17:37.580
Do do do.

01:17:37.580 --> 01:17:39.580
Do.

01:17:39.580 --> 01:17:41.580
Do.

01:17:41.580 --> 01:17:43.580
Do do do.

01:17:45.580 --> 01:17:47.580
Do we need more?

01:17:47.580 --> 01:17:49.580
Yeah.

01:18:01.580 --> 01:18:10.580
May I ask you to come up and pray for me before the service ends so in case I go.

01:18:10.580 --> 01:18:13.580
I have a strong feeling I'll be going.

01:18:31.580 --> 01:18:43.580
Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do.

01:18:43.580 --> 01:18:51.580
Father this week every time we suspect your heart or intent towards us, please help us remember the song.

01:18:51.580 --> 01:18:54.580
I've been through so many times circumstances forces into that place.

01:18:54.580 --> 01:19:01.580
I'm not sure what your intent is towards us, the suspicion.

01:19:01.580 --> 01:19:08.580
So father in the same manner after supper your son took the cup and he gave thanks and he said,

01:19:08.580 --> 01:19:13.580
this is my blood with which I write a new agreement with you.

01:19:13.580 --> 01:19:16.580
My father will be your father.

01:19:16.580 --> 01:19:21.580
I'm king and I fully pardon you.

01:19:21.580 --> 01:19:27.580
Thank you for a fresh start for the rest of the month, the rest of my life, rest of the week, rest of the day.

01:19:27.580 --> 01:19:29.580
Thank you, Jesus.

01:19:29.580 --> 01:19:33.580
So we lift our glasses to you.

01:19:33.580 --> 01:19:35.580
We say, Jesus, thank you so much.

01:19:35.580 --> 01:19:36.580
Thank you so much.

01:19:36.580 --> 01:19:38.580
Thank you for the security of the kingdom.

01:19:38.580 --> 01:19:39.580
Thank you so much.

01:19:39.580 --> 01:19:41.580
Thank you so much, Lord.

01:19:41.580 --> 01:19:43.580
Thank you so much.

01:19:43.580 --> 01:19:44.580
Anyone wants to burst into a song?

01:19:44.580 --> 01:19:45.580
Feel free.

01:20:04.580 --> 01:20:05.580
Anyone else?

01:20:05.580 --> 01:20:06.580
Thank you, Jane.

01:20:11.580 --> 01:20:16.580
Amen.

01:20:16.580 --> 01:20:23.580
Anyone else?

01:20:23.580 --> 01:20:32.580
Songs that burst from your heart.

01:20:32.580 --> 01:20:34.580
Hallelujah.

01:20:34.580 --> 01:20:42.580
Your presence is heaven to me.

01:20:42.580 --> 01:20:47.580
Beautiful.

01:20:47.580 --> 01:20:51.580
Unto you the slain and risen king,

01:20:51.580 --> 01:20:55.580
with lift of hearts to heaven, singing,

01:20:55.580 --> 01:21:00.580
where are you, Lord?

01:21:05.580 --> 01:21:06.580
Anyone else?

01:21:06.580 --> 01:21:16.580
So, Father, be blessed by our hearts as we drink this to the honor of your son and for the covenant that you made with us now in Jesus' name.

01:21:16.580 --> 01:21:21.580
Amen.

01:21:21.580 --> 01:21:25.580
Come, May.

01:21:25.580 --> 01:21:29.580
Oh, shucks, forgot the bread.

01:21:30.580 --> 01:21:31.580
It's okay.

01:21:31.580 --> 01:21:33.580
Forgive me, Father.

01:21:33.580 --> 01:21:35.580
Let's eat the bread.

01:21:59.580 --> 01:22:11.580
There's a mic missing.

01:22:11.580 --> 01:22:18.580
Oh, it's there.

01:22:18.580 --> 01:22:25.580
So May's going to pray for me because assuming I'm going, I don't want to go in my own name.

01:22:25.580 --> 01:22:28.580
But sent by you guys in the name of Jesus.

01:22:28.580 --> 01:22:33.580
I just got a text from the guys in Houston saying that figuring out how to do things.

01:22:33.580 --> 01:22:44.580
So let's just pray that COVID has caused the U.S. to become a nation that we are going into, which had never happened in the last 15 years.

01:22:44.580 --> 01:22:49.580
So may may churches now begin to mushroom there too.

01:22:49.580 --> 01:22:50.580
Yep.

01:22:50.580 --> 01:22:52.580
Go ahead, man.

01:22:52.580 --> 01:22:55.580
Father, nothing can stop your plans, even COVID.

01:22:55.580 --> 01:23:00.580
So, yeah, I say these things in full trust that you will be taking care of them.

01:23:00.580 --> 01:23:04.580
I pray that there will be no delay in flights for Jacob.

01:23:04.580 --> 01:23:07.580
No border barriers, no test barriers, Father.

01:23:07.580 --> 01:23:08.580
Thank you, Father.

01:23:08.580 --> 01:23:13.580
These things are already in your hands and already taken care of because Satan can't thwart your plans, Father.

01:23:13.580 --> 01:23:15.580
COVID can't thwart your plans.

01:23:15.580 --> 01:23:20.580
So instead, Father, I just want to focus on what you're sending Jacob to do, Father.

01:23:20.580 --> 01:23:29.580
In New York, Houston, and even in L.A., I actually just don't doubt that these three cities will happen, but you are sending him through us, Father.

01:23:29.580 --> 01:23:43.580
So, Father, I just pray that in this time, Father, that Jacob will really experience your wisdom, Father, for these three different places and these three different churches.

01:23:43.580 --> 01:23:53.580
Just experience an outpouring of your wisdom over him as there are important decisions to be made and things that need to be pointed out, Father.

01:23:53.580 --> 01:23:56.580
So I just bless him with your wisdom upon him.

01:23:56.580 --> 01:23:57.580
Thank you.

01:23:57.580 --> 01:24:04.580
And may he really experience this over the next coming days in the areas where big decisions need to be made.

01:24:04.580 --> 01:24:06.580
So, yeah, we send him, Father.

01:24:06.580 --> 01:24:07.580
Bless him.

01:24:07.580 --> 01:24:13.580
It will be smooth sailing, and we look forward to the stories that he has to share with us that just really glorify who you are.

01:24:13.580 --> 01:24:14.580
Yeah.

01:24:14.580 --> 01:24:15.580
In your precious name I pray.

01:24:15.580 --> 01:24:16.580
Amen.

01:24:16.580 --> 01:24:17.580
Amen.

01:24:17.580 --> 01:24:18.580
Thank you, May.

01:24:18.580 --> 01:24:23.580
All right, you guys, I'll either see you in two weeks or I'll see you in three weeks, depending on what happens when I come back.

01:24:23.580 --> 01:24:28.580
But I'll be zooming in on Sundays, so please turn up.
