And by praying out of Kairos, 00:01:53.120 --> 00:02:01.720 I mean the ability to know the fluid times of God, what God wants at a certain time and then pray 00:02:01.720 --> 00:02:08.720 accordingly. I just want to spend some time on that. By the way, our friend in a certain part of 00:02:08.720 --> 00:02:17.400 India who had given a request for a person who was being forced into marriage to perhaps escape it, 00:02:17.400 --> 00:02:26.920 let me know that the marriage went through. And just remember to pray for that town in India 00:02:26.920 --> 00:02:32.240 because everyone's a little heartbroken about what happened because they were hoping that somehow 00:02:32.240 --> 00:02:38.280 the marriage would fall through but it didn't. So she had to go through all the rituals that 00:02:38.280 --> 00:02:47.840 Hinduism forces on her and then she was married off about two hours ago. So more than anything 00:02:47.840 --> 00:02:55.640 else, pray for her. Pray that she has the courage to live. Two, that God intervenes. Three, that the 00:02:55.800 --> 00:03:03.800 guys who were really hoping something will happen before might actually be quite disappointed with 00:03:03.800 --> 00:03:08.680 the turn of events. So just pray for their faith. So I've been in touch with our friend and I'm 00:03:08.680 --> 00:03:16.560 being cryptic because sometimes when things are put online, different people hear it. 00:03:16.560 --> 00:03:24.600 Yeah, so when it comes to praying out of Kairos, here are the things required guys. One, it requires 00:03:24.720 --> 00:03:30.920 that we ascertain God's plan. We ascertain God's plan as in father in the situation that we were 00:03:30.920 --> 00:03:36.400 talking about in the town or in New York where we are trying to start something or in dealing 00:03:36.400 --> 00:03:43.400 with a hurricane or in how we plan things. First, we ascertain God's plan and that's sometimes a 00:03:43.400 --> 00:03:50.640 tough estate because we always doubt what we think God is saying. Two, we obey its urgency without 00:03:50.640 --> 00:03:58.160 amendment. We obey its urgency without amendment and each word there is so potent. One is obey. 00:03:58.160 --> 00:04:03.720 Two, there's an urgency to what God says. Usually when God doesn't set a timeline, 00:04:03.720 --> 00:04:10.320 it doesn't set a deadline, but that doesn't mean that I can do it at my own pace. And I've been 00:04:10.320 --> 00:04:14.960 caught in this so many times. I know God is saying something, but I'll take my own sweet time getting 00:04:14.960 --> 00:04:22.840 to it, thinking I have time or thinking it's not a pronto thing. And as I keep waiting, situations 00:04:22.840 --> 00:04:29.040 around me keep changing. And then now I have to adjust not to God, I have to adjust to the situations 00:04:29.040 --> 00:04:35.120 because suddenly what was cheap is now expensive. What was easy is now difficult. And so each of 00:04:35.120 --> 00:04:39.520 these words is critical when it comes to praying out of Kairos. How do I define Kairos? I've done 00:04:39.520 --> 00:04:48.200 this before, but Kairos is this idea of things that God has prepared for us individually, for us 00:04:48.200 --> 00:04:55.600 corporately, for us as a nation and a people where he says this is the right time for it, therefore 00:04:55.600 --> 00:05:02.040 there's a fluidity about it. It's not determined by clocks, deadlines, it's now is the time. Another 00:05:02.040 --> 00:05:08.440 way of saying Kairos is in the fullness of time. This is a fancy Greek word that sounds really cool, 00:05:08.440 --> 00:05:15.320 but that's what it really means. So obey its urgency without amendment. So you have to obey 00:05:15.320 --> 00:05:19.640 that there has to be an urgency to it even though there is no deadline or timeline, now is the time. 00:05:19.640 --> 00:05:26.640 And one of the things you'll find many of us at Axe Billing and doing is we know we need to obey, 00:05:26.640 --> 00:05:31.920 we're even willing not to amend it, we'll stick with the plan, but there is no urgency. So things 00:05:31.920 --> 00:05:41.840 get harder, things get sometimes more expensive. And so we change the plans. Amendment happens 00:05:41.840 --> 00:05:46.240 because we cannot afford to pay the cost. That's when we as believers amend things. 00:05:46.240 --> 00:05:53.760 Oh, by the way, just on the side, this is nothing to do with the message. These guys slogged like crazy. I mean, thank God it was them 00:06:26.360 --> 00:06:31.240 because they knew what they were doing. It's one thing to slog and not see results. You'll have to now strive to bear the pain to protect, go through cycles, 00:08:34.760 --> 00:08:41.400 be stretched before the thing you're praying comes to pass. And these are things that I hope Acts 29 00:08:41.960 --> 00:08:46.520 will enter into now that you have house churches and hubs functioning the way they function. 00:08:46.520 --> 00:08:49.000 Most of the work will be done during the week, not on Sundays. 00:08:50.600 --> 00:08:55.480 Sundays isn't just for this new TV ministry that we have started. I'm kidding. 00:08:55.480 --> 00:09:07.000 Fourth, you have to transpose this urgency that God has given you to others. You have to transpose 00:09:07.000 --> 00:09:15.400 this urgency that God has given you to others. So one of the things that God would do with both the 00:09:15.400 --> 00:09:19.480 people of God through prophets, through leaders, is the urgency he would give them, he would then 00:09:19.480 --> 00:09:24.840 transpose to, he would have them transpose it to others so that an entire group of people would be 00:09:24.840 --> 00:09:31.000 grabbed by the same stirring that was on the heart of the one that God sent it to. A large part of 00:09:31.000 --> 00:09:38.440 that falls on me, but since we are raising leaders on a regular basis through our house churches and 00:09:38.440 --> 00:09:43.320 hubs, and the intent is that a wave after wave follows through the many years that lie ahead, 00:09:44.520 --> 00:09:50.920 you must learn to first be someone who takes something that is worth praying for, that God 00:09:50.920 --> 00:09:56.760 is laying on your heart, and allow it to grow in your womb because it'll be in a show, it'll 00:09:56.760 --> 00:10:00.200 be obsessive, and there'll be a passion, there'll be protection, there'll be a stretching, there'll 00:10:00.200 --> 00:10:05.480 be pain, and now it's easy to transpose to others what's in your womb. Otherwise it's not easy. 00:10:11.480 --> 00:10:16.040 The next one is now I have to have the faith for the unprecedented. 00:10:16.680 --> 00:10:25.480 I have to have the faith for the unprecedented. God is not, he's very often, he's doing new things. 00:10:25.480 --> 00:10:31.720 He's never run out of new things. We think, it seems like pastors always say new thing, new thing, 00:10:31.720 --> 00:10:37.960 new thing, but pastors or leaders say new thing, new thing, new things because God says it plenty 00:10:37.960 --> 00:10:45.560 of times in the Bible. He's really an old God who keeps doing new things. Everything is old to him, 00:10:45.560 --> 00:10:50.200 but everything is new here on earth when he releases it. And so I have to have the faith 00:10:50.840 --> 00:10:59.480 for the unprecedented to happen. Today was the first service we had as the church in New York, and 00:11:03.400 --> 00:11:11.400 one of the guys began to say that I feel that there's this overwhelming sense of God here, 00:11:11.400 --> 00:11:16.920 and what is going to happen will be overwhelming. That will be something that will affect 00:11:18.680 --> 00:11:21.960 the city. And these were just four people gathering, man. 00:11:25.000 --> 00:11:29.080 But the person had the faith for it, I have the faith for it, and I'm sure some of you have the 00:11:29.080 --> 00:11:35.880 faith for it. Oh, by the way, I gotta tell you this. So over the last few days, it felt a lot 00:11:35.880 --> 00:11:41.800 leading us to a specific place in New York to start the city. And so we chose that particular 00:11:41.800 --> 00:11:49.800 area to start the church. And so we decided to name the church after that part of New York. 00:11:49.800 --> 00:11:53.880 And so we went there, we prayed yesterday and going there again on Tuesday and praying in that 00:11:53.880 --> 00:11:59.640 area. And so the area is called Hell's Kitchen. And so the name of the church in New York will 00:11:59.640 --> 00:12:05.880 be Hell's Kitchen Church. Cool, huh? I wish I could see you guys laughing or commenting on that. 00:12:05.880 --> 00:12:15.240 Or is it the usual quiet stoic grunt? I hope not. So if you ever hear the words HKC, 00:12:15.880 --> 00:12:20.840 it stands for Hell's Kitchen Church. Cool name, huh? That's the name of the area. What can you do? 00:12:21.640 --> 00:12:27.320 And God confirmed it a couple of times. So I'll tell you about that and show you the way he 00:12:27.320 --> 00:12:32.760 confirmed it. And so that's where we'll be starting. Today we started, but that's where 00:12:32.760 --> 00:12:37.000 we'll be continuing. Good things have been happening, but I'll tell you about that later. 00:12:40.120 --> 00:12:47.480 The fifth thing is now that you have the faith for the unprecedented, begin to steward its effect 00:12:47.480 --> 00:12:52.680 to completion. It's not enough to now have a start. And this is the hardest thing. I mean, 00:12:52.680 --> 00:12:58.600 I'm just thinking of just New York alone. Now comes the hard part. You have gotten something 00:12:58.600 --> 00:13:05.720 going, but how do you steward it to completion? Finishing is so difficult. So that's what is next 00:13:06.600 --> 00:13:13.560 in line. So this is the kind of praying that I pray God will happen, especially during the 00:13:13.560 --> 00:13:20.920 house churches and the hubs, because you have time for it. And as long as we first ascertain that it 00:13:20.920 --> 00:13:29.320 is God, we can then be sure that it is not self-generated or is not something from what is 00:13:29.320 --> 00:13:34.680 old that God has already spoken or not something that we want to make happen. 00:13:37.480 --> 00:13:43.800 So churches that pray like this are able to open ancient gates. I know ancient gates is a favorite 00:13:43.800 --> 00:13:49.640 thing of mine, ancient doors. And one of the things we want to do in every city or every place we go 00:13:49.720 --> 00:13:56.280 into is open up ancient doors and shut down demonic doors. And they both are real. The fire of God as in the sheer power of God coming into a place just these four things. 00:14:56.280 --> 00:15:04.520 It falls upon situations and it either consumes it or judges it or blazes a new path. It consumes it both for good and bad because 00:15:12.520 --> 00:15:18.520 sometimes God is a consuming fire so he can remove what needs to be removed. Other times 00:15:18.520 --> 00:15:23.960 he's a consuming fire because he needs to destroy. I pray God that this is the kind of results we 00:15:23.960 --> 00:15:35.800 begin to see. So surprisingly let me start ending. I know you guys will end up going home too early 00:15:35.800 --> 00:15:46.440 today but what can I do? This kind of praying doesn't require faith, it requires fearlessness. 00:15:47.560 --> 00:15:52.920 This kind of praying does not require faith, it requires fearlessness, it requires courage 00:15:54.440 --> 00:15:58.120 because everything that God is going to ask us to pray for in the next little while will be things 00:15:58.120 --> 00:16:03.400 that he thinks we are ready for or we don't think we are ready for. He'll give us something to pray for that is not 00:16:08.280 --> 00:16:14.200 within our ability. That is far too excessive. So one of the things I'm hoping when I come back is 00:16:14.200 --> 00:16:23.000 that we'll have situations, nations, turnarounds, drastic circumstance changes that we can put on a 00:16:23.000 --> 00:16:27.640 board and say these are four or five things that we should now begin to pray for till we see the 00:16:27.640 --> 00:16:35.320 result. It's that push prayer idea, pray until something happens, it's that idea. So my hope is 00:16:35.320 --> 00:16:46.360 that we can begin to pray like that. Yeah so I'm already trying to, thanks Navina, I'm already 00:16:46.360 --> 00:16:55.160 trying to think of four things that we can begin to pray like that where we, sorry guys that's 00:16:55.160 --> 00:17:07.880 what it's. Bear this in your womb 00:18:37.080 --> 00:18:40.840 and begin to convey it with the passion that I need to. It is impossible to do. Please some of us have pet phrases man that we've used 00:19:24.760 --> 00:19:30.520 for so long it's time to get rid of them. God is in control. God is in charge. Time for us to move on from there. I'm taking you into a battle where I know the victor. Now is the right time to add this extra weaponry man of prayer like we've never 00:23:24.200 --> 00:23:28.360 done before. We've learned the principles but now we'll actually see it demonstrated 00:23:28.360 --> 00:23:31.320 and put it out on a billboard so others can see it too. 00:23:35.240 --> 00:23:38.360 Just continuing with the last point don't be alarmed by your opponents. 00:23:39.320 --> 00:23:44.440 It's a sign of distraction to them. He doesn't know what to do he does not know how to deal with this thing called 00:24:08.440 --> 00:24:14.920 he does not know so he cannot deal with it. He can only peddle trade deal with things that 00:24:14.920 --> 00:24:19.160 is within him. He is one of the most fearful creatures in the world. He's one of the most 00:24:19.160 --> 00:24:26.360 worthless creatures in the world. He's one of the most guilt-ridden shameful creatures in the world. 00:24:26.360 --> 00:24:31.800 He can only deal with things that are within him. He's one of the most proud arrogant creatures in 00:24:31.800 --> 00:24:34.840 the world. He's one of the most independent creatures in the world. 00:24:37.160 --> 00:24:41.960 He can only deal in these things. I cannot understand peace, joy. 00:24:45.720 --> 00:24:51.640 Therefore he begins to fear and he fears the one within you.
