This T-shirt is currently made in Russia but virtually indistinguishable from Soviet era shirts. The light blue stripes are correct for Airborne Spetznaz troops (VDV or Vozdushno-Desantnye Voiska). PLEASE NOTE: a telnyashka should be washed in cold water and never in hot. It will shrink about a size if you wash it in warm water. It should probably be line dried her than dried in a drier.
