DELIVERY TIMES 1st and 2nd class services are NOT guaranteed services whether using Recorded Signed For or not. EBay’s estimated delivery times are exactly that - estimated. Royal Mail do not consider items delayed until 15 working days have passed for UK post and 25 working days for International post so please be patient with them. DELAYS Unfortunately some items do get delayed in the post.
