This shirt is in USED condition, with signs or previous usage and/or aging. There is also a small sized hole that is located towards the bottom edge of the back side of the shirt. The back side of the shirt features a list of all of the states that attended the congress, as well and a list of the service learning opportunities that were held.
What stands out is the rich solid tone that doesn’t fade after several washes.
