So you got to come to a place where we got to constantly recognize and 00:04:26.560 --> 00:04:35.080 realize where the how do we survive as ministers and preachers is because you forget okay. That's 00:04:35.080 --> 00:04:41.200 the only way we survive because it's so much only is there content with regard if you really 00:04:41.200 --> 00:04:46.560 really take the content of the scriptures the content of the scriptures only seven main teaching 00:04:46.560 --> 00:04:54.120 topics. How do we survive? It is 00:05:27.760 --> 00:05:34.240 how we have translated this knowledge into everyday life and so God is calling this church 00:05:34.240 --> 00:05:44.400 Acts 29 and this evening I want to describe Acts 29 a little different than how it's been defined 00:05:44.400 --> 00:05:49.440 not because I've been given a permission to describe it that I take the liberty of coming 00:05:49.440 --> 00:05:57.080 to the church because I'm invited in I'm taking this liberty to say hey you are not just you are 00:05:57.080 --> 00:06:04.560 a network. I'm giving the statement and then I'm going to explain to you what this all about. A 00:06:04.560 --> 00:06:25.920 network of at least six churches in and around greater than Goa. I'm declaring it and then I'm 00:06:25.960 --> 00:06:32.200 going to help us understand together what this is all about. It's a network of at least six 00:06:32.200 --> 00:06:37.960 churches in and around greater Vancouver and so you got to understand that there is a base 00:06:37.960 --> 00:06:47.500 in which you operate. The base that you operated in till 2019 was that there is there's one 00:06:47.500 --> 00:06:53.440 congregation so the base that you were operated in is of the old paradigm which is called the you 00:06:53.440 --> 00:07:00.040 were a one congregation and called Acts 29 and you met together in different places at last you 00:07:00.040 --> 00:07:08.560 actually found a place in Inverness Inverness okay and you met together every evening every Sunday 00:07:08.560 --> 00:07:17.560 evening and Jacob was kind of although he did not mention he was a pastor he was a kind of a priest 00:07:17.560 --> 00:07:25.660 and you were a set of people who were clergy, he is clergy and you are a set of people who are 00:07:25.660 --> 00:07:31.840 laity but then God through various teachings broke that out and we actually moved into 00:07:31.840 --> 00:07:36.400 understanding that we are one people of God who need to serve all are called to serve there's 00:07:36.400 --> 00:07:41.640 so many so many teachings that have gone through father sons and I think God has brought in several 00:07:41.640 --> 00:07:47.480 people through the history of this church that have come and helped us understand and realize 00:07:47.480 --> 00:07:52.120 the teachings better and better and better and introduce introduction into the apostolic and all 00:07:52.120 --> 00:07:58.800 of that but slowly where God is taking you as a church is that you have become an apostolic base 00:07:58.800 --> 00:08:04.080 and I'm using all kinds of statements without explaining to you everything but I'm just throwing 00:08:04.080 --> 00:08:13.960 it out so we can start building around it you are in a apostolic base from where God is launching 00:08:13.960 --> 00:08:31.720 something powerful that's going to impact an entire world. Now in order to see this and recognize 00:08:31.720 --> 00:08:41.480 this you got to shift out of this old paradigm of we are a congregation here we are a congregation 00:08:42.000 --> 00:08:50.680 we have a pastor here we have someone that we meet every Sunday and and Pastor Jacob ministers to us 00:08:50.680 --> 00:08:56.600 and we love what God is doing in through Pastor Jacob to understanding that we are slowly becoming 00:08:56.600 --> 00:09:08.960 a six different not different in the sense six churches that are meeting together. because church somehow has lost its real essence and has become a religious body 00:10:22.600 --> 00:10:29.960 okay religious body and so churches represent the institution called religion and and that's why it's ineffective it's it is Christianity as a religion has no 00:10:42.200 --> 00:10:49.160 power and is ineffective in this world because Christianity is one more thing like Buddhism got to understand and I'm and I'm trying to push this and I'm extending it a little more 00:12:23.800 --> 00:12:29.560 there are demonic powers inside Christianity there are structures and church mess up with church structures attacks from the evil one you're just 00:12:42.760 --> 00:12:48.520 trying to go and shift structures inside a church a Pentecostal church and what gets attacked is a 00:12:48.520 --> 00:12:57.720 evil one because these structures are powered because there are selfish motives and and 00:12:57.880 --> 00:13:05.960 controls and and authorities that are not of Christ's that as a mammon that's motivated by 00:13:05.960 --> 00:13:13.000 money and motivated by self and motivated by by by by by obsession and dictatorship 00:13:15.240 --> 00:13:23.800 so you got to understand and we got a hate with all of our hearts the organized is when I say hate 00:13:23.800 --> 00:13:29.000 it doesn't mean that we don't love anybody we when I'm saying hate it's because of form of religion so this evening if you are coming here to be part of this 00:13:43.320 --> 00:13:48.840 church and you have this old idea of what a church is and what this Christianity is and you're that's the entire logic and entire thing that jesus explains in john chapter 17 00:19:23.080 --> 00:19:28.920 how will the world know the problem is the that that we have come and we have sold this what begins in greater vancouver 00:27:21.080 --> 00:27:25.560 is not going to be just greater vancouver but it's going to impact the world that's that's the larger 00:27:25.560 --> 00:27:33.560 picture okay so this being the introduction part of it i want to step into what is called as you 00:27:33.800 --> 00:27:40.360 as a church together you as churches together having a base of around six churches need to 00:27:40.360 --> 00:27:45.480 continue to grow need to continue to multiply around this place so that your base will become 00:27:45.480 --> 00:27:53.080 stronger and stronger because what needs to happen across the world truly depends on the base because 00:27:53.080 --> 00:27:57.720 if the base is not strong enough you know the foundations if the foundation is not strong enough 00:27:57.720 --> 00:28:03.640 whatever we build on this foundation is not going to last because jacob will be gone he'll 00:28:03.640 --> 00:28:07.640 be doing other things and jacob is not the only person who's going to be doing this and 00:28:07.640 --> 00:28:12.840 we have had several conversations and over a period of time also recognized and realized 00:28:12.840 --> 00:28:17.240 that jacob
