Okay so two weeks ago Jacob started the series on the ministry of 00:01:29.820 --> 00:01:36.140 the Holy Spirit. The first week he talked about, do you guys know? So the first week he talked about the blazing ministry of the Holy 00:01:42.180 --> 00:01:47.300 Spirit and last week he talked about the glorious ministry of the Holy Spirit and 00:01:47.780 --> 00:01:53.780 today I'm gonna talk about the ambassadorial ministry of Holy Spirit. 00:01:53.780 --> 00:02:02.740 The ambassadorial ministry of Holy Spirit. In India we have we used to have a car model 00:02:02.740 --> 00:02:09.220 ambassador. Do you remember? I went to Jacob's home in Kochi to meet Jacob's 00:02:09.220 --> 00:02:16.140 mother and then I saw this ambassador car there. It's a brand of India. It was a 00:02:16.180 --> 00:02:20.180 brand of India at the time but now it's no more in service. They are not making 00:02:20.180 --> 00:02:26.740 it. Today God has called us. You know when we accept Christ we 00:02:26.740 --> 00:02:31.460 enjoy God as our Father. We enjoy God as our healer and some of you have shared 00:02:31.460 --> 00:02:37.140 your stories and testimonies. We have experienced God's grace, 00:02:37.140 --> 00:02:42.700 God's mercy and God's glory in our life and in fact a day to day that's how we 00:02:42.700 --> 00:02:50.660 live. That's what drives us to move forward but at the same time everyone 00:02:50.660 --> 00:02:55.340 has called for something like God has called each one of us for different 00:02:55.340 --> 00:03:00.220 purposes. That's what the body is. Body is made by different parts. Some are 00:03:00.220 --> 00:03:03.900 like hands, some are like hearts, some are like feet. It's like everyone has a 00:03:03.900 --> 00:03:10.380 different role to play in the body but there is one common 00:03:10.380 --> 00:03:15.180 calling for each one of us. That one common calling for each one of us is 00:03:15.180 --> 00:03:20.900 ambassadorial calling. Everything that you do on this earth, every ministry that 00:03:20.900 --> 00:03:26.780 you do or however you want to do ministry or however you want to live 00:03:26.780 --> 00:03:33.380 the life that Christ wants us to live, it has ambassadorial calling at the 00:03:33.380 --> 00:03:40.100 beginning. Whether you worship, whether you go and preach or whether you do 00:03:40.100 --> 00:03:44.860 ministry among orphans or whether you build schools or whether you 00:03:44.860 --> 00:03:48.900 build roads or whether you develop programs like I do, computer programs 00:03:48.900 --> 00:03:54.580 whatever it is but everything behind that there is a prime 00:03:54.580 --> 00:03:59.500 calling for all of us that is ambassadorial because Christ 00:03:59.500 --> 00:04:03.940 when he was ascending to heaven that's what he did, that's what he 00:04:03.940 --> 00:04:09.300 gave us and we know we all talk about that Matthew chapter 28 verse 16, verse 00:04:09.340 --> 00:04:14.820 17, verse 18 that's what we talk about that God, Jesus Christ he sent us in his 00:04:14.820 --> 00:04:21.540 authority to into the world to make disciples. He sent his disciples to make 00:04:21.540 --> 00:04:27.300 disciples so that everyone can be part of his wonderful calling. So whatever you 00:04:27.300 --> 00:04:31.980 do, whatever ministry or whatever however we are we are pursuing our calling or 00:04:31.980 --> 00:04:37.460 living out our lives the prime the the prime calling of our life on this earth 00:04:37.460 --> 00:04:42.660 is to become is to be an ambassador for God. Today that's what we are gonna learn 00:04:42.660 --> 00:04:47.260 that's what we're gonna learn how Holy Spirit, how does he how does he do this 00:04:47.260 --> 00:04:52.900 ministry in our life and how we have to do how we are supposed to do live this 00:04:52.900 --> 00:04:59.100 life on this earth. These are very familiar verses. Father attracted us. The God the Father he called us he 00:09:45.740 --> 00:09:52.300 attracted us. He attracted us with his love. it's very hard to 00:11:10.060 --> 00:11:16.540 go and preach gospel outside that's they are very very hard on gospel because 14 years ago they 00:11:16.540 --> 00:11:23.540 burnt alive missionary family from from Australia that's the kind of province you can't go you can't 00:11:23.540 --> 00:11:28.980 even drive a car that has cross or that has written any any any Christian words on it because they're 00:11:28.980 --> 00:11:33.580 gonna they're gonna smash the car because that's the kind of province and in that province there 00:11:33.580 --> 00:11:39.140 were like 400 pastors doing ministry in a remote villages and and I was invited it was such a 00:11:39.220 --> 00:11:44.700 humbling experience for me to go and then to encourage them with the word of God I was asking 00:11:44.700 --> 00:11:50.260 Lord what should I speak so I was there I was talking to them and what I asked one guy about 00:11:50.260 --> 00:11:56.340 his experience on about his experience doing ministry amongst the villages one story that 00:11:56.340 --> 00:12:01.340 stuck in my heart that stuck in my mind he said G when I went to a village and when I went to the 00:12:01.340 --> 00:12:05.500 village the village people they came to me they surrounded me and then they said who gave you the 00:12:05.500 --> 00:12:10.140 authority who gave you the permission to come and then preach the gospel I didn't know what to do 00:12:10.140 --> 00:12:15.820 even but I was I was asking the Holy Spirit to give me the right words as promised in the scripture 00:12:15.820 --> 00:12:21.180 the Holy Spirit gave me the right words and I said you know Jesus Christ sent me with his authority 00:12:21.180 --> 00:12:27.820 because he has the authority and power on all heavens and the earth he said he said he said 00:12:27.820 --> 00:12:34.540 given the moment I released those words from my mouth everybody was like they stepped back it is 00:12:34.540 --> 00:12:39.860 like it was like as if there was a power release and everybody everybody stepped back and they kept 00:12:39.860 --> 00:12:46.820 quiet and I did not stop I start I kept continuing sharing the gospel and now in his name in that authority we are sent but for us to first to 00:13:06.660 --> 00:13:12.780 go and do the ministry we need the power we have the love of father and we have the authority given
